What often gets lost in the discussion of ISIS terrorism is the group’s ultimate goal of establishing a world caliphate. Their aim is not simply rule over Iraq or Syria or even the Middle East, but to establish Islamic rule over the entire globe. Now, documents have been leaked that reveals their plans in shocking detail.
The leaked document outlines how the terror army expects to build a fully operational state and features guidelines for education, natural resources, industry, propaganda, military, and even diplomacy with other nations.
The document shows that the Islamic State organization is far more sophisticated than Obama has made it seem with his dismissal of the group as the “JV team.” Far from being mere mindless murderers, ISIS has made far reaching plans with real world solutions to the struggles they face in their battle against the world.
According to the UK Mirror, The 24-page document ‘Principles in the administration of the Islamic State’ gives an incredible insight into the well-funded regime.” 

In one part, for instance, the document written by an Egyptian named Abu Abdullah outlines how children under ISIS’ control must receive “training on bearing light arms.”
The document also calls for the group to subsume other factions, becoming one giant organization. It also calls for the uniting of foreigners and local Iraqis and Syrians to create “factories for local military and food production.”
Charlie Winter, a senior researcher for Georgia State University, told the UK Guardian, “Far from being an army of irrational, bloodthirsty fanatics, ISIS is a deeply calculating political organization with an extremely complex, well-planned infrastructure behind it.”

The group is making every effort to put their plan into action. Earlier this year, it was reported that ISIS has set up a system of taxation to bring money into the group’s coffers to build a nation of their own out of their conquests.
In a December 2 piece, Business Insider even noted that ISIS has found a “huge moneymaking method that’s impervious to sanctions and air raids.”
In its article, it was reported that ISIS “pulls in hundreds of millions of dollars from ‘taxing’ and extorting those who live in the territory that the group controls in Iraq and Syria.”
It was estimated that ISIS pulls in $900 million a year form these taxes.
