Obama Threatens Consequences for Obeying Court Order

oped: Barack Obama is a illegal POTUS issuing illegal orders ...Jeh Johnson the head of DHS is passing on and enforcing illegal orders...Congress failure to Impeach said illegal POTUS issuing illegal orders while defying a legal court order makes them co conspirators in violation of the US Constitution /Bill of Rights as well as numerous federal laws! Any ICE agent who participates in said violation of US Laws as well as violating their said Oath of Office should be prosecuted for said offenses. 

If congress: Speaker of the House John Boehner and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell fails to act and start immediate Impeachment hearings as well as defunding said funds for illegal orders should be recalled from office by their respective electorate in the states of Ohio and Kentucky! A new Speaker of the House as well as new Senate Majority Leader should be installed and start the Impeachment hearings of Barack Obama as well as Jeh Johnson for violation of federal laws as well as violation of their Oath of Office! 

The court of record upon which Barack Obama is defying a court order should issue a immediate Contempt of Court citation and refer it to Congress!

When Obama threatens public employees to follow orders that are contrary to a judicial ruling as to their legality, he is demanding criminal behavior.

Does anyone get it? We have a Constitutional crisis in process.
Here it is, from the Weekly Standard: “Obama: ‘Consequences’ for ICE Officials Who Don’t Follow Executive Amnesty.”

President Obama warned workers at the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement: implement executive amnesty, or else. He made the comments in a town hall event on immigration on MSNBC.

According to the White House pool report, President Obama was asked for reassurance that people wouldn’t be deported as the legal battle over the executive amnesty plays out in the courts. 

“Until we pass a law through Congress, the executive actions we’ve taken are not going to be permanent; they are temporary. There are going to be some jurisdictions and there may be individual ICE official or Border Control agent not paying attention to our new directives. But they’re going to be answerable to the head of Homeland Security because he’s been very clear about what our priorities will be,” Obama said, according to a partial transcript provided by the pool reporter.

“Not only are we going to have to win this legal fight.. but ultimately we’re still going to pass a law through Congress. The bottom line is I’m using all the legal power invested in me in order to solve this problem.”

“If somebody’s working for ICE … and they don’t follow the policy, there’s going to be consequences to it.” 

The Legislative Branch says the President does not have authority to reward illegal residents with his proposed slate of benefits. The Judicial Branch has forbidden the President from pursuing his plan. Yet the President is threatening Federal workers to obey him—or else.
Only one Branch has the power to stop this act of blatant tyranny: the Legislative.
Congress should pass DHS funding, specifically prohibiting the unconstitutional activities. They must follow that with a clear letter to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue saying if the President fails to stop his actions that Articles of Impeachment will be immediately filed—those Articles should be written, now.
The Democrats’ actions here are understandable: they are Statist totalitarians by ideology. If the Republicans continue their failure to act we must realize it demonstrates their leadership is equally as corrupt and illegitimate as their alleged political opponents.
Between this issue and what’s happening with the FCC every American should wake up and realize that our liberty is on life-support. If you don’t crush tyrants early, they will absolutely crush the People.
