Boehner Rules Out Impeachment of Dictator Obama

obama boehner
oped: Attn: Speaker Boehner..if you are not going for impeachment..Do Not~I repeat Do Not pursue the Law suit...this will only enable Obama more...it would have zero impact if won (who is going to enforce it? ) and if lost you just gave the Manchurian POTUS a green light to pursue his destruction of the US Constitution/Bill of Rights this would make you a co~conspirator/enabler.

Here is my suggestion: you and GOP Congressmen and Senators meet with the other side ...advise them to support/vote for Impeachment this would guarantee their retained positions respectfully . Try to work across the table for the good of our nation not your personal agendas and retention of your jobs...I can guarantee one thing for sure if Obama is not impeached and you do not gain the Senate..the GOP is finished... no longer a relevant party of the conservative bent. I am not a Republican nor Democrat nor progressive nor liberal I am a registered conservative Independent as are many independents...all of you have us wrong we will turn our collective backs on the GOP as well as the DNC...Just food for thought...as our collective patience is about to expire!

Despite Obama’s unconstitutional and completely lawless dictatorial acts, Republican Speaker of the House John Boehner revealed on Tuesday that, to go along with Congress already giving up the power of the purse to check Obama’s usurpations, it has no current or future plans to perform its constitutional duty to impeach Obama.
“We have no plans to impeach the president. We have no future plans,” Boehner said on Tuesday, then continued to accuse Democrats of beginning the impeachment narrative as a method to somehow fire up their radical leftist base.

“Listen, it’s all a scam started by Democrats at the White House,” Boehner said.

Boehner has agreed to sue the president, however the likelihood of anything substantial coming of it is seen as being extremely unlikely.

Constitutional scholar, attorney and radio talk show host Mark Levin has continually lambasted Boehner’s lawsuit as “risky and foolish.”

Levin contends that if the case is thrown out because Congress may not be able to obtain “standing” with the courts, then it would backfire and allow Obama to claim the courts have given him his dictatorial powers.

Newsmax  reported Levin’s concerns about the lawsuit on July 11:
Even in a case where the full Congress, House and Senate, have brought a case, the courts have asked. Why are we involved in this? It’s for you to duke it out, politically and electorally, with the executive branch.“My problem is that it’s an outlier argument — not the part whether the president is lawless; he is lawless. Let’s say this case is quickly dismissed. Who will benefit from that? The House will be damaged by that in terms of the politics. But Obama cay say, ‘Look at this, the courts agree with me.’“It will embolden him and future presidents to violate the Constitution and to expand their illegitimate imperial power. This is playing with fire. I’m not kidding.

Boehner has thrown this 60-yard pass into the federal courts … and it makes it makes me enormously nervous. And the outcome is, as I suggest, a disaster, because Obama will claim that courts have confirmed that he has this power.”

Another issue with the lawsuit is assuming a Boehner victory, who would enforce the outcome, the Obama-Holder Department of Justice?

I think we all know how that would turn out.
