Welcome to the New America: Too Rah,Rah? EBT Abuse? Spying on Citizens?

Don’t be too American. Wouldn’t want to offend anyone.
“I really believe that the way America will look best, the way we can really do best, is to not be Americans so vigilantly and so vehemently.” said no one, ever. Oh, unless you count the Creative Director for the 9/11 Museum and a few staffers that agree.
The photo snapped while three firefighters raised the Stars and Stripes over the Ground-Zero rubble was almost excluded for being too “vehemently American”. Some staffers at the 9/11 Museum thought the photo was too “rah, rah, American” for the museum. It was the creative director, Michael Shulan who said, “I really believe that the way America will look best, the way we can really do best, is to not be Americans so vigilantly and so vehemently.” You can read the whole story over at the NY Post.

Screw these turds. Who puts morons like this in charge of something as American as this anyway? The same folks who elected lil’ Miss “for once in my life I’m proud to be an American” that’s who. What say you? Is there such a thing as too “rah, rah, American?” or being to “vigilant” or “vehemently” American? I want some one a little jingoistic putting together a memorial such as this. Besides hating the commie’s a few decades ago, when was the last time we put aside partisanship and actually had unity on something? The unity and “proud to be a ‘Murican” from 9/11 lasted a few weeks for some; others will never forget.
And…..
It’s for the children, dontcha’ know!

American taxpayers are funding the Black Market in Dominican Republic via welfare fraud. Using EBT (welfare) cards, the items are purchased by those on the American dole at markets in NYC, shipped to the DR and then sold on the streets in Santiago.
If its not for the black market its for good ‘ol green backs right here at home! As one perp admits, its so she can get liquored up:
The Post reports one account from a Santos, Black Marketeer who says: her sister has Bronx grocers ring up bogus $250 transactions with her EBT card and in exchange, the stores hand her $200 cash and pocket the rest. No goods are exchanged. Instead, Maria-Teresa’s sister sends the money to Santiago — when she’s not spending it on liquor or other nonfood items. She goes on to say; “We do it all the time, and a lot of people do this,” Maria-Teresa said. “It’s a way of laundering money, but it’s easier because it’s free.”
So, while were feeding the needy and lining the pockets of more law breakers with the programs you pay for, the left will continue to tell you that you’re not paying enough.
Or things like this: Our Nation is full of obese kids who need to get out and exercise and conservatives, because we oppose the welfare state and believe people should make it based on their own merits and hard work, are heartless ghouls who just don’t care about all the starving children in America. Sit and think about this for a moment; How many times do you hear progressives talk about the pandemic obesity problem on, say, Monday and by Friday the number of starving kids is at epidemic proportions.

Is your confidence building for the perpetual need for welfare funding and new programs? It’s for the children, remember, so if you’re opposed to this you’re probably just another hateful racist, bigot of some new sort or another and most likely a puppy killer.
And for the win:
Low-level scumbags at the NSA can listen and read your stuff without a warrant:
“There are legal constraints for how you can spy on Americans,” Greenwald said. “You can’t target them without going to the FISA court. But these systems allow analysts to listen to whatever emails they want, whatever telephone calls, browsing histories, Microsoft Word documents.”
“And it’s all done with no need to go to a court, with no need to even get supervisor approval on the part of the analyst,” he added

The spying on Americans will continue as the House — Republican controlled House — just approved continued funding for this piece of garbage. Who thinks this is a good idea? There is no doubt this will, or is being, abused. What low level flunky, if not for themselves, know a friend, or friend of a friend, that will snoop on someone they may have a grudge against. Maybe some one didn’t check the “yes” box on the “will you be my girlfriend” note from grade school. So, hey, lets see whats on their pc, phone records and emails.

Have you called your representative lately?
