fyi: the only person within the US Federal Government exempted from prosecution is the POTUS while sitting...however he or she can be prosecuted after being Impeached~ thus removed from office by the House and Senate...this has not happened because of the lack of Cajone's in both sides of the aisle.
ie: during the course of the investigation, prosecution, or sentencing for ... Obstruction of Congress: A Brief Overview of Federal Law Relating to Interference with ..... of evidence (18 U.S.C. 1512(a)); use of deception or corruption.

All other elected and or appointed officials can be prosecuted by Congress including the sitting appointed USAG Loretta Lynch...all that needs to be done is for Congress to request the FBI to investigate Obstruction of Justice/Corruption charges against the official and then appointing a Special Counsel to prosecute...Congress does not need permission from POTUS nor the DOJ AG office to do so...they just need to request the FBI to Investigate / then fund... including a Special Counsel!

Speaker Ryan et al the GOP congress/sore losers are so busy trying to keep Donald Trump from being the peoples pick for POTUS they are letting a pathological liar along with all of her cohorts within the Obama administration subvert justice and steal a election once again...enough is enough... time to put Speaker Ryan et al on notice, we know the laws and the workings of the US Constitution/Bill of Rights...we will no longer allow them to snow us saying their proverbial hands are tied ...this is pure BS!

Note: Obama, the Democrats, and the mainstream media are armoring up Clinton (against the FBI and other threats) for a final, brutal, knock-down-drag-out fight for the presidency.  The Clintons do not back down, admit wrongdoing, or give up, and Obama is unlikely to force the issue.  Everyone knows that Hillary is a weak pathological liar and a corrupt candidate, but Obama, the Democrats, and the media think the Republicans are worse off.  Unless Trump and the Republicans get their act together, then their enemies will probably be proved right.
