RE: The Cordray Anointing Is The Final Straw. Remove Barack Obama Or The American People Will Remove You!
Congratulations, you finally succeeded in allowing Barack Obama to declare you IRRELEVANT. For months, Barack Obama has telegraphed that he fully intends to trample our Constitution into the dirt and govern without the consent of Congress and the courts. To put it in the words of Obama adviser Josh Earnest, working with Congress is "no longer a requirement."

On Wednesday, January 4, 2012, Obama finally made good on that promise and, in direct violation of Article 2, Section 2 of the United States Constitution, anointed Richard Cordray as head of the new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau without the advice and consent of the United States Senate and in spite of the fact that the United States Senate was clearly in session. Do not deceive yourselves, this anointing was not simply another Obama usurpation of power and abuse of the Constitution. It was a test; and it was a test that you are failing miserably.

What must Barack Obama do? How many offenses must he commit before you begin to understand that, for the good of the country, he must be impeached? When will you realize that the American people can't wait another year to remove the malignancy that is killing this great country from power? When will you realize that Barack Obama is clearly out of control and there is only one Constitutional remedy that can save our Republic and stop his tyrannical abuses of power?

Tough sounding words will not stop him; he clearly is not intimidated by your feckless protests. And hoping that the courts will step in and intercede is a strategy that will doom this great country to ruin.

Get some backbone. Your duty is clear. Barack Obama must be impeached before he can do any more harm to the American people. Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution exists for such a time as this and the American people are counting on you to do your duty and do what is right for this great country. You have a choice. Remove Barack Obama from office or the American people will remove you!
