In a normal society, if you are raped then the police find the rapist, arrest him, and he goes on trial. Not so in the Muslim world. As we have documented before, if a woman is raped in a Muslim country often she is arrested and put on trial for adultery and in this case faces prison time and under UAE law possibly the death penalty:

A British tourist allegedly gang-raped in Dubai faces a prison sentence and needs £24,000 for legal fees after police accused her of having “extra-marital sex”.
The 25-year-old woman was reportedly arrested and charged after going to the authorities about the alleged attack by two Britons last month.
She is now on bail, but is not allowed to leave the country and is said to be “absolutely terrified” of being imprisoned for breaching strict laws on sex.

She is said to have been lured into a hotel room by two British men, who are alleged to have both raped her while filming the attack.

The woman’s family claimed the men flew home to Britain just hours later.
When she reported the attack to police, the alleged victim was then herself charged with having sex outside marriage.

In the United Arab Emirates, of which Dubai is the most populated city, it is illegal for married couples to have sex outside of wedlock.
It is also against the law for a single person to have sex with someone who is married.
The alleged victim has been released by police on bail, but her family said she needs £24,000 for legal fees.
“They have taken her passport as lawyers thrash it out,” a family friend told the newspaper. “She is staying with an English family, but she is absolutely terrified. (source)

Dubai is a “modern city,” but the reality is that underneath it only is that way because of foreigners- take them away and the business they bring and the city returns to the 7th century desert life. It is a pig wearing lipstick and a dress- no matter what you put on it, it is still a pig.
The best lesson to get from this is don’t go to Muslim majority places because they do not care about you. They will kill you in a heartbeat, even if it is for no reason at all. So why give them even a penny of your hard-earned money?

Washington AG Claims that Religious Expression Must Remain Inside the Person

We have all lived under a delusion.
Many if not all Americans thought that our First Amendment Right to freedom of religion covered the exercise of religion.
Apparently, we have all been wrong. Our freedom of religious expression must be contained within ourselves, and this freedom cuts off once you have a business.
We have found this to be the case as Washington State Attorney General Bob Ferguson argued his case before the Washington State Supreme Court. He was defending the verdict of the law suit against florist Baronelle Stutzman.

Christian News reports

Washington Attorney General Bob Ferguson told the court that Baronelle Stutzman of Arlene’s Flowers may believe what she wishes in her heart and mind, but cannot live out her convictions when it comes to a public business.
“Ms. Stutzman for her religious expression is free to believe what she wishes,” he argued. “But when she engages in public accommodations and avails herself of the protections and benefits that come with being a business, there are of course responsibilities that flow from that.”

Would this mean that a Muslim restaurant owner must sell pork if a customer wanted a Cuban sandwich? What about a Jewish deli? Would they be required to slaughter a pig if a customer asked? 

No, this is foolish.

This same Attorney General would demand the opposite he has demanded of Stutzman. He would stand and say that this was an infringement of the Jew’s and the Muslim’s rights.
The point that is at issue is the fact that the left, including Ferguson, wants to punish those who disagree with them on this issue. Lawsuits are a means of coercion. It is the first step in moral and ethical conformity. You believe what they say, or you pay the price.

“Two Kansans face up to a decade in prison for making and selling silencers without registering them with the federal government or paying the special taxes,” Wichita CBS affiliate KWCH12 reported Tuesday. “They say it’s allowed under state law. But a federal jury says it’s illegal.”
The defendants were relying on the Kansas Second Amendment Protection Act, a duly enacted law citing Second, Ninth and Tenth Amendment protections against federal infringements, declaring:

A personal firearm, a firearm accessory or ammunition that is owned or manufactured commercially or privately in Kansas and that remains within the borders of Kansas is not subject to any federal law, treaty, federal regulation, or federal executive action, including any federal firearm or ammunition registration program, under the authority of congress to regulate interstate commerce. It is declared by the legislature that those items have not traveled in interstate commerce.

That’s been the position proponents of state Firearms Freedom Acts have been arguing for years, as efforts to the one first pioneered in Montana, have enjoyed various levels of acceptance and advancement in the states.  The jury, obviously unschooled in its power to judge law as well as fact, sided with the government’s position, which is basically “Too bad. Get our permission and pay us tribute or be destroyed.”
That point has been emphasized – in no uncertain terms – in letters to Federal Firearms Licensees sent out by ATF in response to states that have the audacity to think otherwise. Bureaucrat Carson W. Carroll, Assistant Director, Enforcement Programs and Services (one of the “swarms of officers” decried in the Declaration), has made that more than clear (except for what actual “services” his department provides). A legal challenge, filed by the Montana Shooting Sports Association and Second Amendment Foundation, died the death when the Supreme Court passed on taking up MSSA v. Holder.
Unfortunately, competing efforts in Congress to treat suppressors the same as long guns look like they’re going nowhere. GovTrack gives identical Senate and House bills, S.2236 and H.R.3799, the Hearing Protection Act of 2015, both stuck in committee, a “1% chance of being enacted.”

So what we’re left with while dithering is going on are good Americans who believed (correctly) they had a right to do what they did, now facing life-destroying punishments from a government ignoring two clear mandates: “…to secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity” and “shall not be infringed.” We’re also left with the states and the people not just being ignored by the national government, but in-their-faces ruled.
It’s reminiscent of another case, that of Wayne Fincher, who made a machine gun specifically not for interstate commerce. The judge did not allow mention of the Constitution and Second Amendment in “his” court room. While serving his 6 ½-year sentence, Fincher was not allowed out on guarded furlough to attend his wife’s funeral.
While gun owners and others who supported him are looking for Donald Trump to live up to his pledge to appoint federal and Supreme Court justices who will uphold the Second Amendment (and all of the Bill of Rights), the Kansas defendants shouldn’t have to wait for the years it could take with such a terrible sword, such unsustainable expenses, and such uncertainty, disruption and punishment hanging over their heads. As president, he’ll hold great sway over the Department of Justice and over ATF. There’s no shortage of arbitrary rules and injustices that could be addressed through the right appointments issuing new management directives, and also via executive actions.

Trump has promised Kent Terry, brother of slain Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry, that he will “open the books” on Operation Fast and Furious “gunwalking.” Part of that scrutiny needs to include looking at the systemic waste, abuse, corruption and fraud that led to that criminal conspiracy – and a host of unjust and inconsistent rules — in the first place.
True, the preferred solution would be to abolish agencies that have no Constitutional basis for existence. Realistically, until such time as that becomes politically feasible, gun owners can still focus on lost ground we can take back. There have already been plenty of suggestions for what Trump can do to make good on his campaign promises, things like national reciprocity, ending gun bans at military bases, rescinding import bans and the like.
Why not add to that a position to honor the Firearms Freedom laws enacted by the states?

Liberals Trying to Label Conservative Media as “Fake News”

We’ve been forced to talk about the idea of “fake news” in recent days, due largely to the crush of pressure from the left following Donald Trump’s “surprising” election victory. 

Liberals, searching for the nearest scapegoat (that doesn’t have anything to do with them) have latched on to the “right-wing” media as the reason for Hillary Clinton’s spectacular collapse. For them it is more likely that conservative websites publishing “fake news” caused Clinton’s downfall than it is that they made a mistake in letting the DNC select the most corrupt, untrustworthy candidate in recent memory. 

They don’t care about the WikiLeaks releases, they don’t care about the undercover video from Project Veritas proving that the Democrat Party was involved in illegal electoral behavior, they don’t care that the DNC rigged the primary for Hillary Clinton, they don’t care that the media was found to be working with the Democrat Party in an effort to win the election.
Nope. They care about conservative websites running content that they disagree with. Which is why they’ve started labeling us all “fake news,” whether or not the moniker is accurate.

For example:
CNN ran this story on Wednesday saying that Trump supporters were considering boycotting Pepsi over comments that the CEO of the company never actually made. If I were a fact-checker I’d rate this story as half-true and the CNN story as “fake.” CNN complained that several sites said that PepsiCo’s CEO Indra Nooyi told Trump supporters to “take their business elsewhere.” (She never said this.) Based on these four words, CNN argued that the entire Nooyi as anti-Trump story was “fake.”
However, any reader of Constitution.com knows that this CNN story is just plain wrong. Sure, the fake quote may have swayed some folks, but there is more to this story and Nooyi’s disdain for Trump and his supporters than CNN (and Brian Stelter) let on. In the interview in question, Nooyi makes clear what she thinks of Mr. Trump and his supporters, and we reported on it at Constitution.

PepsiCo’s CEO said the election of Donald Trump as president was terrifying her employees.
“I had to answer a lot of questions from my daughters, from our employees. They were all in mourning,” PepsiCo CEO Indra Nooyi told Andrew Ross Sorkin at The New York Times’ DealBook conference on Thursday. 

“Our employees were all crying,” she said. “And the question that they’re asking, especially those who are not white, ‘Are we safe?’ Women are asking, ‘Are we safe?’ LGBT people are asking, ‘Are we safe?’ I never thought I would have to answer those questions.” 


That quote alone is enough to cause Trump’s supporters to boycott Pepsi. In fact, Yahoo’s title to their story would probably be enough – “PepsiCo CEO: Employees are scared for their safety after Trump’s Election”. 

Consider the implications of her comments. Why would PepsiCo’s employees be scared? They can’t be scared that they’ll be deported – they have jobs at PepsiCo, so they must be legal residents or citizens. So what fear does Donald Trump and his supporters instill in them? The reality is that while Nooyi may never have said that she wanted Trump supporters to “take their business elsewhere,” what she did imply with her comments was far worse.
Here’s another example of “Fake News” this time from NBC:

Check out this headline: As Trump Leaves Press Behind for Steak Dinner, Incoming Admin Already Showing Lack of Transparency.
Donald Trump took his family out for dinner on Tuesday night after the Secret Service had told the press who were following him that he was in for the night. The decision to go out to dinner prompted NBC to say that Trump was “already showing” that his administration would lack transparency. While the title might be discounted as simply foolish, consider that this is the same media that allowed Hillary Clinton to hide for the better part of two years as she simultaneously campaigned for the presidency. Trump has allowed an unprecedented amount of public access into his life, but the first time he goes to dinner without the press… he’s excoriated for not being “transparent” enough.

But don’t worry, NBC doesn’t do “fake news,” only the right wing media does.
Just in case you think these are cherry-picked, here are some more examples of the main stream media posting “fake news” by using clickbait headlines, false headlines, burying the lede, and other “fake news” methods.

• One of the more famous “fake stories” from the recent presidential campaign argued that Mr. Trump mocking a disabled reporter. Sadly, for the media, it only looked as if Trump was mocking him if you edited the video footage just right.

• CBS caught editing Bill Clinton’s comments about Hillary Clinton’s health.
• The New York Times announcing Donald Trump’s election victory used this headline to lead their paper, “Democrats, Students and Foreign Allies Face the Reality of a Trump Presidency.” The headline was so terrible that even the folks at MSNBC were shocked and disgusted.

• Here’s the AP with a story titled, GOP Lawmaker: FBI gave immunity to top Clinton aide. Sounds innocuous enough… until you dig down to the 22^nd paragraph (out of 25 paragraphs) and learn that President Obama had been emailing Clinton on her private server! Something the President said he had no knowledge about.
• Many different mainstream news sources have been reporting on the “surge” of hate crimes in 2016. Only problem… no such “surge” has occurred.

• Here’s one from the Washington Post back in May. They had just conducted a poll showing Donald Trump with a 2-point lead over Hillary Clinton but decided to go with this headline for the piece: Poll: Election 2016 shapes up as a contest of negatives. Weird, right? The big story was that Trump had overtaken Clinton in their poll, but instead WaPo chose to focus on… the negatives.
• Here’s a story that almost every major media organization ran some version of – Trump tried to get his kids security clearance. The only issue with this story is, that again, almost every major media organization ran with – is that it never actually seems to have happened.

• Remember when CNN used a misleading headline to tie Donald Trump to shock-jock Howard Stern?

• ABC basically invents the idea that Newt Gingrich agreed with Mitt Romney about Romneycare.

• A bunch of main stream media sources published headlines about a Palestinian terrorist attack that forgot to mention the terrorists.
• Just last year NBC argued that “free” college was “a goal everyone can agree on.”

• How about the time that the NY Daily News cover compared NRA president Wayne LaPierre with 5 different murdering terrorists?

• When the main stream media sees ethics problems with conservatives who do business with foreign entities, but never seemed that concerned with Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation’s activities.
• CNN runs a story about a professor predicting Donald Trump’s impeachment just days after Mr. Trump wins the White House. This is the definition of “fake news,” isn’t it?

These are just a few, and probably not even the best examples. The point is that when it comes to calling out “fake news” websites, the mainstream media is the proverbial pot calling the kettle black.

Twitter Takes Aim At ‘Hate Speech’

So, is Twitter going to crack down on people like the ones calling for the assassination of the president elect? Or do they mean they are just going to ban more conservatives. You know because being conservative is deemed hateful? It is clear that twitter is uniquely qualified to determine what is actually hate speech. I am sure they will use the same criteria as most college campuses do. Anything liberal or progressive no matter how hateful or untrue is good. Anything a conservative is always bad.

With public backlash growing, Twitter says it’s taking steps to crack down on hate speech, from making it easier to report alleged incidents on the social media service to educating moderators on what kind of conduct violates the rules.
Twitter users will also gain more control over their experience on Twitter with the ability to mute words and phrases, even entire conversations, if they don’t want to receive notifications about them, said Del Harvey, Twitter’s head of safety.
The effort comes as an uptick in biased graffiti, assaults and other incidents have been reported in the news and on social media since Election Day, prompting president-elect Donald Trump to call for people to “stop it” during a 60 Minutes interview on Sunday night. The FBI reports that hate crimes rose 7% in 2015, led by attacks on Muslim Americans.

It’s also in response to escalating concern about abuse and harassment on Twitter that has stalled growth among users and advertisers alike.
Under chief executive Jack Dorsey, Twitter has pledged that “trust and safety” is among its top priorities. Earlier this year, the company improved its abuse reporting system and convened outside advisers on safety issues. More

Man Gunned Down After Joking That He Had Voted For Trump

A first date went terribly wrong when a man was gunned down outside a bar after he jokingly said he voted for President-elect Donald Trump.
Shaunita Walker told WSB-TV that she and Mitchell Mormon Jr. were outside Church Bar on Edgewood Avenue in Atlanta at about 3 a.m. Saturday when her new date got into an argument with another man who pulled a gun.
Walker, 25, said the alleged shooter uttered something disrespectful to her as she went back into the bar, angering Mormon, 32, who confronted the man and began arguing with him. Walker said Mormon jokingly told the man he voted for Trump.
The argument continued and the alleged shooter — identified by Walker as a Hispanic man wearing a white coat — went around a corner, came back with a gun and opened fire. More

 

Disgraceful: Brown University Students Vandalize Veterans Day Memorial

Funny how the left must bash that country when it did the right thing. Meanwhile Islam is still taking slaves, but the Universities will never let that little fact out.

Brown University students actually caught their fellow classmates trample on flags and vandalize a memorial to those who served on the eve of Veterans Day last week. Brown Student Nicky Strada posted about this event on Facebook. He also caught a student dropping American flags on the ground unceremoniously after ripping them from the ground on November 10:
Today was a sad day…Hundreds of flags were set up on the main green of Brown University by 2 VETERANS in honor of Veterans Day tomorrow, and when i got out of class, people had snapped them, ripped them, and threw them aside (in the video). I spent 1.5 hours outside taping them back together and putting all of them back in the ground, with a few confrontations. Only 2 people out of hundreds of people that passed by stopped to help. More

“Physically Violent Hillary” Lashed Out Against Aides in Drunken Tirade on Election Night: Report

Fresh reports are confirming what we already knew – that Hillary Clinton was nowhere to be seen on election night because she was preoccupied with a terrible rage, losing it once again in front of her closest circle of staff and surrogates.
If these accounts have any validity, she was absolutely livid. Is there a more dangerous enemy to make, or a more unstable person to attempt to gain power over the nation?
According to The Gateway Pundit:

Radio host Todd Kincannon from The Kincannon Show tweeted today that a CNN reporter told him Hillary Clinton became physically violent towards Robby Mook and John Podesta around midnight last Tuesday as the presidency was slipping away.

Hillary was reportedly drunk and had a violent temper on full display. For one reason or another, she did not appear on stage election night to concede, delay, or anything else.
And it appears there was good reason for it, as she was busy lashing out, blaming those around and closest too her and playing the victim as her loss became more and more apparent.

CNN reporter tells me Hillary became physically violent towards Robby Mook and John Podesta around midnight; had to be briefly restrained.

The report is unconfirmed, but is hardly surprising. It seems to fit the narrative we all expected.
Already accounts of that fateful election night have emerged of Hillary crying and sobbing all night, and rambling incoherently to her staff and support network.
In between her sobbing fits, Hillary reportedly remembered to blame FBI Director Comey as well as  the media – and likely many others – for her loss :

Here’s what I know, not my opinion. About 6:30 this morning she called an old friend. She was crying inconsolably. She couldn’t stop crying. And her friend, her female friend from way, way back said it was even hard to understand what she was saying she was crying so hard. This is Hillary we’re talking about.

Only a few weeks before the election, a report emerged about Hillary’s alleged behavior backstage after the Commander-in-Chief Forum (the first pseudo-debate against Trump). According to the report, she went fully ballistic after host Matt Lauer was ‘allowed’ to ask an unscripted question pushing her on the email scandal:
Behind the scenes, NBC technicians and cameramen at the Wednesday night, Commander-in-Chief Forum (Sept 7) report that Hillary Clinton was so angry and incensed that she had been  ‘blind-sided’ by one question she was not prepared for and had not approved in advance.
“When her time in front of the cameras ended, Clinton shook the hand Lauer extended to her and smiled once more for the wide camera shot and then Hillary proceeded to pick up a full glass of water and threw it at the face of her assistant and the screaming started. She was in a full meltdown and no one on her staff dared speak with her

Much more could be said about the reputation that precedes Hillary, her angry and demeaning temper, throwing objects, etc. but there is no need to go on.
The people of the United States dodged a devil… but that doesn’t mean that more evil isn’t fast approaching with the cesspool that is Washington.
No election is going to break the cycle of corruption and criminality that has long defined the actions of the leaders of the federal government.

Being that my Grandpa, Moms dad, was the head of transportation at the Old Warner Brothers Studios in Burbank California I told my mom I wanted to be a Mouseketter cause' I had a crush on Karen and Annette...she had G/pa take me to the studios and introduced me to John Wayne and Ronald Reagan, my fav actors...she also enrolled me into Tap and Ballet classes as she said I would have to do this for the Mickey Mouse Club...I lasted about three classes and told Ma hell no I will stick with Pop Warner football and Little league baseball...ha also Ronald and John asked me if I was going to become a actor I said I don't think so...they said "good decision"... albeit I did a couple of Spin &  Marty... Mickey Mouse Club serials as I was into horses and sports...ha...that was it for me!

Good guys win! Armed hero saves cop’s life

The war on cops is spiraling out of control, but not all hope is lost. In Florida, one heroic citizen proved there are good citizens still willing to do what’s right for our men and women in blue.
A routine traffic stop on Interstate 75 in Estero, Florida Monday morning resulted in a high speed chase that ended in a deadly confrontation between the criminal suspect and a police officer.
This time, the criminal suspect ended up dead. But without an armed Good Samaritan, the result could have been much different.
It all began around 9:30 a.m. when a Lee County deputy was led on a car chase after the suspect refused to pull over. According to witnesses, after reaching an on-ramp the suspect got out of his car and lunged at the officer, Deputy Dean Bardes, a 12-year veteran of the Lee County Sheriff’s Office.

The suspect pinned the officer to the ground and was striking him repeatedly.
Luckily, a still-unidentified armed citizen witnessed the attack and — after several warnings — shot the suspected criminal three times, killing him.
“He just kept beating him and beating him, throwing him to the ground and punching him in all different directions,” Shana Holditch told WZVN.
Holditch said the suspect was relentless and, “refused to get off the officer and the officer kept yelling, ‘shoot him, shoot him, shoot him,’ and then he shot him.”
Bardes was hospitalized briefly and has since been released. The suspect later died, and authorities have said the investigation is continuing.
Pro-Second Amendment advocates say the incident proves the importance of concealed carry rights being available for good people.

Introduction

Over the past 5 days, the nation has experienced major protests in 12 Democratic Party controlled cities and minor protests in many others. In each case, the protests were sponsored by organizations that openly support the overthrow of the United States, promote communism or promote a social agenda; including The Muslim Brotherhood, CAIR, Black Lives Matter, La Raza and MEChA. Protesters proudly carried red communist flags emblazoned with the Soviet hammer and sickle, as well as Mexican flags, while they in turn burned American flags.

The logistics, transportation, signs, promotional activities and leadership have all been provided at significant expense to these organizations. Protests have turned violent in Oakland, Los Angeles and Portland. Physical attacks have occurred against the supporters of the President Elect in many other cities.

As of the writing of this article, neither President Obama nor former Secretary Hillary Clinton has denounced these violent protests or the attacks on citizens by disappointed Clinton supporters. I find this very disturbing. Only a few days ago, Secretary Clinton was admonishing now President Elect Donald Trump regarding the peaceful transition of power being a hallmark of our great nation. Now we have crickets when her supporters are openly and actively trying to subvert the U.S. Constitution and prevent the peaceful transition of power to the newly elected President.

The Options

Having observed these organizations in action, I have listened first-hand to numerous proponents of the left that, regardless of the means necessary to achieve their goal, feel their cause is more important. The recent riots in Portland and Oakland make it clear that many of these individuals will resort to violence. When challenged regarding the legality or the potential for large-scale backlash from the people as a result of their actions, these leaders simply do not care as long as the result is the prevention of the President Elect from assuming office. They are not concerned that their actions could lead to armed conflict with those that they oppose. In fact, many would like nothing more than to instigate a conflict that they believe would result in the elimination of their opposition.  They are completely unprepared to back up their bold assertions.  They have no idea how quickly their supporters will fold and their plan will fail.  Most of their supporters are merely college students. Some are street thugs, but there is no military expertise within their ranks.

What is actually more amazing is that the majority of their protests have not yet turned violent considering the hateful rhetoric towards not only the President Elect but anyone that voted for him.  The leaders and supporters of these organizations have proposed many ways that they can achieve their objective. The following methods are most frequently promoted:

1. Corrupt/Coerce the Electoral College to Change the Election Results
2. Use Riots to Force the President to use Emergency Powers to Suspend the Inauguration
3. Expand Protests and Riots to Shopping Malls to Generate an Economic Collapse
4. Disrupt the Inauguration and Somehow Cause the President Elect to not Become President
5. Eliminate the President Elect

Before I discuss each of these items, please remember, these ideas are being discussed by the protesters and the organizations sponsoring their activities. This does not mean they are actually possible, probable or supported by the current President or former Secretary Clinton. Based on the President’s statements during a press conference held earlier today, the notion that the President Elect will somehow not ascend to office now seems remote.

President Obama stated that “Donald Trump will be the next president, the 45th president of the United States.“

This seems pretty unambiguous to me that at least President Obama is not actively involved in any of the above listed conspiracies.
Item 1 – Corrupt/Coerce the Electoral College to Change the Election Results – this conspiracy is supported by a petition sponsored by Change.org that encourages the electors of the states to refuse their duty to cast their vote for the President Elect. Clearly this is unconstitutional and should be considered sedition by those that participate. Over 4 million signatures have been collected.

The electors from each state are designated by party, either by convention or election in accordance with their party’s rules. The 306 electors bound to the President Elect are all members of the GOP and were selected by the GOP to cast their vote for the GOP Presidential candidate.  Similarly, the state electors for the DNC will be allowed to cast 232 votes for former Secretary Clinton at the meeting of the Electoral College.  The Electoral College will declare the GOP candidate as the next President because the required 270 votes will be surpassed. I would not want to even contemplate the anger of the American people should the Electoral College not perform its’ Constitutional duty. Use your imagination, but I’ll wager that whatever you imagine, the actual results would be far worse.  I imagine that it would be worse than when Abraham Lincoln marched the Massachusetts militia through Baltimore in 1861.
Item 2 – Use Riots to Force the President to use Emergency Powers to Suspend the Inauguration – this could only be achieved if the riots expand and increase in intensity. There are several organizations, including ANSWER Coalition, that are providing the “useful idiots” with the means to expand these protests at a high level of anger and emotion.  Many of these organizations are financially tied to Billionaire Globalist, George Soros.  As we learned from WikiLeaks, former Secretary Clinton was an obedient servant to the Soros Empire.  President Obama also owes much of his success to the support of the Soros Empire.



The large-scale protests since the election have all been supported or sponsored by organizations that rely on financial support from the Soros Empire. Remember, these organizations openly support the overthrow of the United States, or promote a social agenda; including The Muslim Brotherhood, CAIR, Black Lives Matter, La Raza and MEChA.  It might be possible for these organizations to generate enough hate and fear to push the remaining peaceful protests into riots. This could provide the President with justification to declare a State of Emergency/martial law (both unconstitutional actions).  If the current President were so inclined, a national emergency could be used to suspend the inauguration of the President Elect.  If an emergency were declared, the current administration could attempt to disarm those opposed to the coup against the President Elect. Again, it must be stated that these are the conspiracies being discussed by the protesters and their organizers. There is currently no evidence that the President would be inclined to pursue their agenda. Even if such action were to be taken, I am confident that the U.S. Military would refuse to participate in this obvious usurpation of power.  This would present a serious dilemma for the President. Should United Nations peacekeepers be called in to enforce disarmament or to put down an uprising of the people, they would find a rifle behind every blade of grass. The outcome would be decisive and quick. The trials for those that committed this treason would take longer to complete than the conflict itself.

Item 3 – Expand Protests and Riots to Shopping Malls to Generate an Economic Collapse – this is similer to Item 2 in that it could only be achieved if the riots expand and increase in intensity. The protests/riots would have to be focused on a particularly important sector of the economy and be achievable within a reasonably short timeframe. Using terms like “constructive apocalypse” and “economic collapse”, the protestors have considered targeting the nation’s retail sector starting on the Friday following Thanksgiving Day. The assumption is that if shoppers abandoned the malls during the crucial Christmas shopping season, the economy would implode resulting in a national emergency. In the scenarios being discussed, this approach has the distinct advantage of taking the responsibility for the emergency declaration out of the hands of the current President. From that point forward, the goals of the protesters are identical to Item 2 above.
Item 4 – Disrupt the Inauguration and Somehow Cause the President Elect to not Become President – this is a rather far-fetched and novel concept being widely discussed both at protests and on social media. Also known as #DisruptJ20, the idea would be to cause a protest so large on January 20, 2017 that the inauguration would not be possible.

The concept includes seizing federal buildings and possibly even the U.S. Capitol and the White House using the “Occupy Wall Street” approach. The concept, motivation and some goals are further discussed in the video above. Clearly the people promoting this treason have never attended a National Special Security Event like a Presidential inauguration. The concept is preposterous and will fail if ever actually attempted.


I do not want to even discuss item 5 – Eliminate the President Elect. It has happened before. It has been attempted more times than it has succeeded. I think we all know the outcome should this come to pass. The 1861 Baltimore Riot and resulting uprising would pale by comparison.

Be Prepared to Survive and Resist

Many of you may be asking if Oath Keepers and other American patriots should take to the streets to try to counter these social disruption riots.   I believe that the answer is no because that is EXACTLY what the Globalists, such as George Soros, are hoping for; images and news stories of patriots (right-wingers) armed to the teeth, using force against the rioters.  No matter how just the cause or how much our efforts may be appreciated by the local communities and police, the main stream left dominated media would exploit those images and use them to sell the lie of “Trump’s racist ‘brown shirts’ assault ‘peaceful protesters.'” Riots around the nation would explode, with leftists claiming to now be defending themselves against “right-wing, racist fascists who are trampling on free speech and assembly.”  We cannot take the bait.  Let the radical communists that infest the left show their true colors.  And let the police in Portland, Oakland, and other cities handle these riots.  We can be their eyes and ears (see Operation HYPO), but I believe that our visible presence must be avoided, for now.

I have been told by my developed sources of information in Portland, OR that some locals even believe that their city was targeted for riots because of the recent acquittal of the Malheur occupation defendants. These acquittals severely agitated the leftists. Their theory is that the globalists also believe these acquittals have emboldened the local patriot community and that the riots are being used, in part, to provoke their reaction.
Should these events lead the nation into conflict, my loyalty will be to the U.S. Constitution and my brothers and sisters dedicated to its’ preservation. Clearly this outcome is a risk that the Globalists are willing to take based on their actions discussed above; or in the case of President Obama and former Secretary Hillary Clinton, their inaction and studied failure to denounce the violence that has already caused numerous injuries and millions of dollars in damages.  I hope that I am wrong, but with each passing day that hope is fading.


For those of you within Oath Keepers who have procrastinated on your CPT programs, you have little time should the series of events described above continue.  Food, water, medical supplies, staying warm, emergency communications, and local community defense should be your priorities.  Unlike many other patriot organizations advocating that you need more ammunition, I do not believe our members need to be told the obvious.   If you have not yet watched the video recording of our recent webinar on how to prepare for civil unrest, violence, and terrorism in this post-election environment, I highly recommend that you take the time to watch it now, and heed our advice.

“Violent Revolution If Trump Lets Them Down”: People Remain Poised for Angry Revolt – Roberts

“Revolution is probably the only solution.”
That seems to be the conclusion of Paul Craig Roberts, a respected member of Reagan’s Administration and former Assistant Secretary of the Treasury.
The crisis has simply been building.
Like others, Dr. Roberts highlights the promises of Donald Trump and the reasons behind his sweeping populist victory.
However, he warns that if Trump “pulls an Obama” and sells out the people to whom he has promised change, violent revolution will likely be the result – because the rage against the machine is “permanent.” 

He told the Richie Allen Show:

Paul Craig Roberts: “The good thing about the election is it showed the American people could defeat the establishment; it could defeat the oligarchs; it could defeat their candidate. So that is a good thing; it shows that the people finally woke up. They understood that a lot was at risk. They were not being served by the government – and the fact that they realized this. They are not as insouciant as they have been. They are more aware. They were determined; they were not influenced by the propaganda against Trump. And so that’s what’s good, and this will stay. I think this will be permanent.
Now if Trump pulls and Obama and sells them out, the question is will they get demoralized and give up, or do they get more angry and the next time we see a bloody revolution. You know, sometimes, when you had so much corruption – in the United States, every institution is totally corrupt, everyone. The oligarchy have corrupted everything. When you get so much corruption, sometimes you can’t have a change without bloodshed. People have to die.
Richie Allen: “And you’re a pacifist.”
Roberts: “Our founding fathers were aware of this. Thomas Jefferson was explicit about it. So what we may see if Trump is blocked or he gives up or nothing can happen, people they could just give up or they could just get angry.”

Why? Because people are fed up with the establishment, hungry for change and too desperate to ignore the crisis they are in.
The economic situation alone has driven the masses to the edge. Without a decent standard of living and a secure place in or near the middle class, things are going to be unstable and ripe for a volatile chemical reaction.
Although Paul Craig Roberts statements seem alarming, they are in line with everything that has been happening economically, and secondarily politically, for the past several cycles and through the entire Obama presidency.

Paul Craig Roberts “The People Spoke But We’ll Have Violent Revolution
If Trump Lets Them Down!”

 History proves that things are teetering towards revolution, and if a President Trump doesn’t offer satisfaction, then people may very likely turn towards their only remaining alternative.

Allen: “So we could see more than civil disobedience, we could see violence.”
Roberts: “I think it only could be violence, because if you try to do civil disobedience, you’re individually acting and you have no protection, but violence requires large numbers and there’s protection in numbers. If I tell them, ‘I’m not having anything to do with you, I’m not paying my taxes,’ they’ll just come pick me up. But there’s tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands, millions saying, ‘Screw you, we’re going to kill you’, you can’t pick them up.”

“And so, I think that if – you see, look, Richie, everyone needs to understand this. The living standards of the average American have collapsed. All this b.s. about America being rich, and they’re always so wonderful and the streets are paved with gold, but it’s all B.S. For 20, 30 years the living standards have been collapsing – since the Clinton regime. Collapsing. We have half of the 25 year old Americans living at home with their parents because they cannot get employment that lets them have an independent existence. They cannot pay their rent. We have huge numbers of university graduates suffocated by student loans. They can’t get jobs that let them pay the loans off. We have more people aged 24 through 34 years of age living at home with their parents than living independently.”

“There are no good jobs created. The jobs reports, to the extent that they aren’t just fabricated, they are part-time, low-pay jobs without any benefits. No pension. No health benefits. They country, the people are being destroyed. The retired people have had no interest income on their savings for eight years – they’re having to draw down the money they expected to produce an income to see them through their retirement. People are suffering. They can’t buy houses – if you can’t form a household, you can’t buy a house. You can’t buy home furnishings, appliances.”
“The whole economy is hurt. So it’s a really serious economic situation. The domestic market is almost non-existent; it can’t grow because there’s no income growth for anybody except the 1% – and there’s a limit to how much the 1% can consume. So the economic situation is very bad. There’s debt everywhere. Individuals don’t have any discretionary income – except for a very few. And so that type of situation, if it worsens, at some point people say ‘I can’t survive… I’ve nothing to lose’. […] This is a situation here. We’re talking about the United States is degenerating into a third world country.”

This is not just a question of Trump’s performance, qualifications or ego in office.
This is a systematic problem that spans decades of the American history. The Clintons and Bushes are symptoms of that problem, and the system underestimated the intense angry and dissatisfaction against those entrenched oligarchs and elites.
However, as Paul Craig Roberts makes clear earlier in his interview here, Trump faces a significant threat of being undermined by his “advisors,” staff, cabinet appointments and so forth, particularly if they are loyal to the establishment, as nearly every ‘experienced’ individual in these positions seems to be.
Neocons and the like could swiftly pervert yet another “change” administration into an establishment cover operation for the continuity of their control system. Indeed, even with the best of intentions, Trump faces an uphill battle at overturning the status quo. Indeed, the system may well be plotting to unleash a new wave of economic decline that they can blame him for, and break the dam of unrest that has been swelling.

The larger storm is still brewing. Roberts argued in his column, ‘The working class won the election‘ that:
The US presidential election is historic, because the American people were able to defeat the oligarchs. Hillary Clinton, an agent for the Oligarchy, was defeated despite the vicious media campaign against Donald Trump. This shows that the media and the political establishments of the political parties no longer have credibility with the American people.
It remains to be seen whether Trump can select and appoint a government that will serve him and his goals to restore American jobs and to establish friendly and respectful relations with Russia, China, Syria, and Iran.
It also remains to be seen how the Oligarchy will respond to Trump’s victory. Wall Street and the Federal Reserve can cause an economic crisis in order to put Trump on the defensive, and they can use the crisis to force Trump to appoint one of their own as Secretary of the Treasury.
[…] We won’t know what to expect until we see who are the Secretaries and Assistant Secretaries. If it is the usual crowd, we will know Trump has been captured. 

[…] If Trump is advised to be conciliatory, to hold out his hand, and to take the establishment into his government, the American people will again be disappointed. In a country whose institutions have been so completely corrupted by the Oligarchy, it is difficult to achieve real change without bloodshed.
The post-election riots against Trump, the Black Lives Matter protests that have pitted police against inner-city people of color and the quieter exercises for martial law and the containment of a domestic uprising all prove that the elite understand what is coming, and while they may have no way to stop it altogether, they may succeed in steering it into meaningless fights and divisions which they can use as a buffer.
Economic devastation and the collapse of the system means that literally tens of millions of people will have nothing left to lose, and nothing better to turn to than mob revolt.
Beware of what’s coming, prepare for long periods of instability and roaming violence, and pray that the system corrects for the benefit of the people of this country once again.

Hamas-CAIR Leader Calls For Overthrow Of U.S. Government

The left-wing histrionics continue in the wake of Donald Trump’s victory on Tuesday. The latest example of over-the-top rhetoric comes from Hussam Ayloush, the head of the Council on American Islamic Relations’ Los Angeles office.

In a tweet on Wednesday, Ayloush suggests an Arab Spring-like overthrow of the United States Government.
Take a look:
According to Daniel Pipes of the Mideast Forum, “that second line is Arabic (“الشعب يريد إسقاط النظام‎‎”) for ‘The people wants to bring down the regime.'”

Not exactly subtle
The slogan was first used during the Tunisian Revolution which kicked off the Arab Spring. It was also used frequently during the Egyptian revolution in which the regime of Hosni Mubarak was overthrown.
Despite Ayloush’s tweet, other CAIR leaders showed restraint in the face of Trump’s election.
According to The Daily Caller, Nihad Awad, the longtime CAIR executive director and Hamas sympathizer, struck a conciliatory tone.
“As citizens of this great nation, we accept the result of the democratic process that has bound us together as one nation,” Awad said. “Regardless of who won or lost yesterday’s election, American Muslims are here to stay. We are not going anywhere, and will not be intimidated or marginalized

Should Trump lock Hillary up?

oped: First and foremost Donald Trump made many promises while campaigning ..he engaged the electorate and strongly stated he was not the establishment and would correct all the wrongs committed by the establishment on both sides of the aisle ie: "Drain the Swamp" For him to know say "I am the President" and have to start work on the economy ...which is all good ..however he was elected because of all the promises he made...to brush them aside now that he has grasped the golden ring of office just makes him also part of the establishment and his credibility will suffer from such!


Once only a popular rallying cry, “lock her up” could take on a very real meaning now that President Elect Donald Trump is heading to the Oval Office.
During the third and final Presidential debate, Donald Trump told Democratic nominee Hilary Clinton that if he became President, he would, “instruct my attorney general to get a special prosecutor into your situation.”
Throughout his campaign, Trump questioned the legitimacy of the FBI’s investigation into Clinton’s illegal use of a private email server.  He referred to her email scandal as, “bigger than Watergate,” and argued that she was, “protected by a rigged system.”

Now he has won the presidency, and Clinton is shaking in her pantsuit that she is heading to jail.
When FBI Director James Comey did not recommend charges for the second time, Trump said, “Unbelievable what she gets away with.”
While the process of putting Clinton behind bars would be a long one, Trump could very well restart the investigation, and potentially land her in jail.
Should he follow through with his threat to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate Clinton, the inquiry would have to reveal that she did in fact violate criminal law. From that point, she would have the right to a fair trial in which the prosecutor would have to argue against the original evidence that led the FBI to not recommend charges.

While it’s anything from impossible, there is plenty of speculation he would actually follow through with the prosecution.
Trump praised Clinton during his victory speech, saying she was owed, “a major debt of gratitude for her service to our country.”
However, some Republicans have called for Trump to pardon Clinton as an act of unity, a gracious act that could help heal the post-election divide.

Some political analysts believe Trump doesn’t actually want to prosecute her. “Whatever you think of Donald Trump, I don’t believe he really thinks he would put Hillary Clinton in jail. The President has no authority to jail people, and people in her position don’t normally get sent to jail for first offenses,” conservative lobbyist Curt Levey told The Guardian.
While he couldn’t personally put Clinton in jail, we can think of one potential Attorney General who would love to have that honor.
The Horn News predicted Rudy Giuliani could potentially be appointed as Trump’s Attorney General.
“The crime was pretty bad, exposing national security information to countries we know can take it from us… and for that, you shouldn’t be allowed to get off,” he told Fox News.

In August, he spoke to Fox News about the Clinton Foundation, saying, “If I was attorney general, I would indict the Clinton Foundation as a racketeering enterprise.”
While the mainstream media doesn’t believe Trump would truly “lock her up,” this election has taught us that they can never be trusted.
