Chuck Norris, identified this election as the endorsement most sought after by Republicans, says he’s throwing his considerable influence behind the campaign for president in 2012 of former House Speaker Newt Gingrich because “we need a veteran of political war who has already fought Goliath.” In a new column published on WND, Norris explains he agrees with Gingrich’s statement that there is no enemy this year but Barack Obama.

Gingrich had explained, “We have no opponents except Barack Obama. I think that’s very important.”
“I’m tired of watching our country being torn to shreds by those who think the answer is more government debt and control. I’m tired of being in bondage to a tax system that robs U.S. citizens like the King of England did before the Revolution,” Norris writes.”I’m tired of watching our sovereignty being sold by foreign loans and loose borders. And I will not sit back and merely watch this decay and degradation of the U.S. and then hand it over to my children and grandchildren to deal with.”
In 2008, Norris’ endorsement of Mike Huckabee propelled the former Arkansas governor to the top tier of GOP candidates and resulted in his best fundraising day ever. He then appeared in an ad with Huckabee, who explained his answer to secure borders in America during a presidency would be two words: “Chuck … Norris.”
The ad, which has been viewed millions of times, still is popular online years after the GOP nominating process ultimately picked Arizona Sen. John McCain:
Norris continued, “That is why my wife Gena and I have committed the rest of our lives to help Old Glory rise again to her heights of splendor. And that is why we are endorsing and standing with Newt Gingrich, because we believe he can lead all of us who have committed to the same.”

Georgia Judge Malihi Denies Obama's Motion to Not Appear At Georgia Ballot Challenge Hearing

ORDER ON MOTION TO QUASH SUBPOENAS

Defendant, President Barack Obama, a candidate seeking the Democratic nomination for the office of the President of the United States, has filed a motion to quash the subpoena compelling his attendance at the hearing on January 26, 2012.

In support of his motion, Defendant argues that "if enforced, [the subpoena] requires him to interrupt duties as President of the United States" to attend a hearing in Atlanta, Georgia. However, Defendant fails to provide any legal authority to support his motion to quash the subpoena to attend. Defendant's motion suggests that no President should be compelled to attend a Court hearing. This may be correct. But Defendant has failed to enlighten the Court with any legal authority. Specifically, Defendant has failed to cite to any legal authority evidencing why his attendance is "unreasonable or oppressive, or that the testimony... [is] irrelevant, immaterial, or cumulative and unnecessary to a party's preparation or presentation at the hearing, or that basic fairness dictates that the subpoena should not be enforced." Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. r. 616-1-2-.19(5).

Defendant further alludes to a defect in service of the subpoena. However, the Court's rules provide for service of a subpoena upon a party, by serving the party's counsel of record. Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. r. 616-1-2-.19(4). Thus, the argument regarding service is without merit.

Accordingly, Defendant's motion to quash is denied.

SO ORDERED, this the 20th day of January, 2012.

A just breaking development has a high ranking member the Barack Obama Department of Justice indicating they will refuse to disclose any information before Congressman Darrell Issa’s committee next month by utlizing 5th Amendment protection.
 The chief of the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Arizona is refusing to testify before Congress regarding Operation Fast and Furious, the federal gun-running scandal that sent U.S. weapons to Mexico.
Patrick J. Cunningham informed the House Oversight Committee late Thursday through his attorney that he will use the Fifth Amendment protection.
Cunningham is represented by Tobin Romero of Williams and Connolly who is a specialist in white collar crime. In the letter, he suggests witnesses from the Department of Justice in Washington, who have spoken in support of Attorney

Tuskegee Airmen Leave Legacy of Perseverance

The skies were filled with bombers and fighter planes. Their engines hummed steadily, in the otherwise quiet skies above Germany. The target of the March 24, 1945, mission was the Daimler-Benz tank assembly plant—one of the most heavily guarded targets of the Third Reich.
As they approached Berlin, the reality of one of the most dangerous air missions of World War II became apparent. They were up against the world’s first operational fighter jets—the German ME 262. Amid the horrors of World War II, these were the monsters of the skies. They could fly 150 mph faster than the fastest U.S. fighter plane, and could climb 1,300 feet higher than the P-51 Mustangs they were up against in the battle.



“They had just a devastating effect when they encountered American bombers because they could climb up very high and just make passes through the bomber formations and knock them out,” said retired Air Force Col. Roosevelt Lewis.
Yet flying with the Americans was something the Germans had not expected—the Tuskegee Airmen. They were African-American fighter pilots who had to fight prejudice at home so they could go to war against the Germans, and whose participation in the battle was an honor. “They were afraid of nothing,” Lewis said. “They wanted a chance to fly and fight for this nation.”
The men who flew the red-tailed P-51 Mustangs are said to have never lost a bomber in all their hundreds of escort missions. The black pilots were discriminated against at every turn, yet they took that discrimination as a cause to show the world what they could do.
They saw that mission through, and escorted the bombers back to safe ground.

Justice Department blinks in battle against Sheriff Joe

In its developing battle with Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio over alleged violations of the civil rights of Hispanics, the Justice Department appears to have blinked, backing away from an earlier threat to take the Arizona lawman to federal court immediately.
Now, the DOJ suddenly wants to talk.

Still, the Civil Rights Division under the direction of Assistant Attorney General Thomas E. Perez has made it clear that the DOJ has no intent of proving its charges, as Arpaio has demanded.
In an email sent to WND on Jan. 5, the DOJ stated, “If MCSO wants to debate the facts instead of fixing the problems stated in our findings, we will do so by way of litigation.”
Yet, in a six-page letter delivered to Arpaio’s office Wednesday, Perez appeared to have softened his position by offering to talk, rather than going to court immediately.
“We stand ready to meet, answer questions and discuss a resolution with you and your client immediately.” Perez wrote to the sheriff’s office’s outside counsel, Joseph J. Popolizio.
In the proposed meetings, nevertheless, Perez made it clear the DOJ has no intent of showing or debating any of its alleged evidence.
“The nature and extent of the document request suggests that your real goal is not ‘transparency’ and ‘cooperation,’ but rather further delay,” Perez wrote.
Arpaio was not amused.
“I’ll be happy to meet with DOJ anytime,” Arpaio told WND. “But I believe we have a right to see the evidence DOJ says they have against us and to defend ourselves against the charges.”

Ron Paul: 'I wouldn't send US troops to fight Nazis'

WASHINGTON – Republican presidential hopeful Ron Paul's past statements are coming back to haunt him – and this time it's about the US' role in ending World War 2 and the Holocaust. 

Following a controversial revelation by a former aide to the congressman, saying that Paul "wishes Israel didn't exist," another blogger said Tuesday that in 2009 Paul went on the record as saying that if he were the president of the United States during WWII he "wouldn't have risked American lives to end the Holocaust."

Journalist Jeff Shapiro: "I asked Congressman Paul: If he were president of the United States during World War II would he have sent American troops to Nazi Germany to save the Jews? And the Congressman answered: No, I wouldn't."

"I wouldn't risk American lives to do that. If someone wants to do that on their own because they want to do that, well, that’s fine, but I wouldn't do that," Shapiro wrote.
Shapiro added that he later contacted Eric Dondero, Paul's former top aide, who said that he had heard his boss make similar comments on various occasions.  

Gingrich Gets Endorsement as Perry Drops Out

Rick Perry bowed to the inevitable on Thursday dropping out of the Republican presidential race after consistently finishing at the bottom of the pack in all polls in the run-up to Saturday’s South Carolina primary.


In quitting, Perry endorsed Newt Gingrich, who this week urged both him and fellow conservative Rick Santorum to drop out to give him a clear shot at front-runner Mitt Romney.

“I believe Newt is a conservative visionary who can transform our country,” he said as he announced his decision in Charleston, S.C.

“We have had our differences which campaigns will inevitably have,” Perry said. “Newt is not perfect, but who among us is?”

Gingrich said he was “humbled and honored” to receive Perry’s endorsement. “His selflessness is yet another demonstration of his deep sense of citizenship and commitment to the cause of limited government, historic American values and greater freedom for every American."

This country, The United States of America, is no longer United. It should be called what it is.....The Divided States of America. We are no longer one America. We are a mix of cultures that refuse to blend into the American way of life. Instead, the new cultures (Especially Muslims) want America to blend into their way of life. I'm glad I lived during the United States of America era. It was really great to have been part of a Christian Principled America with prayer and the pledge of allegiance in schools. No anti-American groups like the ACLU, CAIR, La Raza, etc. Not having to worry about multi-culturalism. We could joke with each other about our ethnicities (polish, German, Italian, etc jokes) and we laughed instead of calling each other racist and getting offended. I believe the Divided States of America is past the point of no return. I will miss the United States of America and feel sorry for the young people who will never experience this. America was great while it lasted. Bye USA.....!

After China, Russia Threatens War Over Iran

The Israeli newspaper Arutz Sheva reported yesterday the words of the Russian ambassador to NATO, Dmitry Rogozin, that any threat to Iran’s security will be considered a threat against Russia as well. Rogozin seems to be serious about it. Russia, though still weak economically, has recovered much of its military strength after the breakup of the Soviet Union. Putin is facing dissent domestically – both for his policies toward the political parties of the opposition and for the economic slow-down of an economy that is highly centralized. This is the perfect time for Russia to flex a few muscles on the world arena, and even engage in a war or two – if for nothing else, at least to rally the people around the flag. Traditionally, Russian rulers went to war in situations like that. This time they do not even need to be the aggressor. The war drums banging by the politicians in Washington DC is giving Putin the perfect opportunity to appear as the good guy defending his friends.

Putin knows something else as well: America has overstretched itself militarily, and that in a time of economic recession and debt crisis. If there has ever been a time to start a war against the United States, it is this time. Putin runs a very high chance to have some success in such a war.
Iran is strategically important to Russia just as it is to China. China gets the bulk of its oil from Iran. Russia uses Iran as their economic colony, exporting food, clothes, and industrial equipment. Iranian military bases have been opened to Russian military planes for a decade now. A US invasion of Iran would endanger both the Chinese and the Russian interests in the region. So banging the war drums can easily lead to a WWIII.

VERY QUIETLY OBAMA'S CITIZENSHIP CASE REACHES THE SUPREME COURT

 In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama's qualifications for the presidency, the group "Americans for Freedom of Information" has Released copies of President Obama's college transcripts from Occidental College ... Released today, the transcript school indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate. The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program.. To qualify, for the scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship..

This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama's detractors have been seeking. Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya and there is no record of him ever applying for US citizenship, this is looking pretty grim. The news has created a firestorm at the White House as the release casts increasing doubt about Obama's legitimacy and qualification to serve as President article titled, "Obama Eligibility Questioned," leading some to speculate that the story may overshadow economic issues on Obama's first official visit to the U.K. In a related matter, under growing pressure from several groups, Justice Antonin Scalia announced that the Supreme Court agreed on Tuesday to hear arguments concerning Obama's legal eligibility to serve as President in a case brought by Leo Donofrio of New Jersey . This lawsuit claims Obama's dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president.. Donofrio's case is just one of 18 suits brought by citizens demanding proof of Obama's citizenship or qualification to serve as president.

 Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation of Obama's campaign spending. This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds in the past year with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure of any of his personal records. Mr. Kreep indicated that the investigation is still ongoing but that the final report will be provided to the U.S. Attorney general, Eric Holder. Mr. Holder has refused to comment on the matter...

While I've little interest in getting in the middle of the Obama birth issue, Paul Hollrah over at FSM did so yesterday and believes the issue can be resolved by Obama answering one simple question: What passport did he use when he was shuttling between New York , Jakarta , and Karachi ?
So how did a young man who arrived in New York in early June 1981, without the price of a hotel room in his pocket, suddenly come up with the price of a round-the-world trip just a month later?
And once he was on a plane, shuttling between New York , Jakarta , and Karachi , what passport was he offering when he passed through Customs and Immigration?

The American people not only deserve to have answers to these questions, they must have answers. It makes the debate over Obama's citizenship a rather short and simple one.
Q: Did he travel to Pakistan in 1981, at age 20?
A : Yes, by his own admission.
Q: What passport did he travel under?
A: There are only three possibilities.
1) He traveled with a U.S. ... Passport,
2) He traveled with a British passport, or
3) He traveled with an Indonesia passport.
Q: Is it possible that Obama traveled with a U.S. Passport in 1981?
A: No. It is not possible. Pakistan was on the U.S. .. State Department's "no travel" list in 1981.
Conclusion: When Obama went to Pakistan in 1981 he was traveling either with a British passport or an Indonesian passport.
If he were traveling with a British passport that would provide proof that he was born in Kenya on August 4, 1961, not in Hawaii as he claims.. And if he were traveling with an Indonesian passport that would tend to prove that he relinquished whatever previous citizenship he held, British or American, prior to being adopted by his Indonesian step-father in 1967.
Whatever the truth of the matter, the American people need to know how he managed to become a "natural born" American citizen between 1981 and 2008.
Given the destructive nature of his plans for America, as illustrated by his speech before Congress and the disastrous spending plan he has presented to Congress, the sooner we learn the truth of all this, the better.
If you Don't care that Your President is not a natural born Citizen and in Violation of the Constitution, then Delete this, and then lower your American Flag to half-staff, because the U.S. Constitution is already on life-support, and won't survive much longer.
If you do care then Forward this to as many patriotic Americans as you can,
because our country is being looted and ransacked!

Mitt Romney..dual Mexican Nationality!

While Mitt Romney can by Mexican Law become a dual nationality not a citizen... if he were to claim dual nationality he would not be eligible under the US Constitution to run for the Office of President!
According to Mexican Law dated March 20,1998 one can claim dual Nationality but not Citizenship!

Although “citizenship” and “nationality” are bandied about interchangeably, they are separate and distinct concepts.
The Mexican Law of No Loss of Nationality, which went into effect in 1998, makes the procedure quite simple. Until at least 2003, the application can be made at the Mexican Consulate having jurisdiction over wherever it is that you live.
The Nationality Act revokes the previous rule that took away Mexican nationality from those who became citizens of another country. Furthermore, the new act broadens eligibility for nationality to include children of Mexican-born people. And the law is retroactive: Those who would have met the revised terms in the past may now claim back their Mexican nationality. Those eligible have five years to apply. The law permits Mexican dual nationality but not dual citizenship, a distinction that will prevent dual nationals from voting in Mexican elections or holding high office here. Some Mexican Americans are now pushing for full voting rights in Mexican elections. Among the most significant changes in the new law is the removal of investment restrictions imposed on foreigners in Mexico, which some expect to unleash greater capital flows by Mexican nationals to Mexico.
As of March 20, 1998, Mexican law recognizes dual nationality for Mexicans by birth, those born in Mexico or those born abroad to Mexican parents. U. S. Citizens who are also Mexican nationals should be aware that they will be considered Mexican by local authorities and that dual nationality status may hamper U.S. government efforts to provide consular protection. Dual nationals will not, however, be subject to compulsory military service. Travelers possessing both U.S. and Mexican nationalities must carry with them proof of their citizenship in both countries. Under Mexican law, dual nationals entering or departing Mexico must identify themselves as Mexican or face a stiff fine. Under U.S. law, U.S. citizens must enter the U.S. territory with documents proving U.S. citizenship.

Why Conservatives are Wary of Romney

George Romney did not run against Reagan. I checked. He was running against Nixon when his campaign began to collapse after his “I was brainwashed in Vietnam” statement. Reagan came along later. It was Nixon he was running against. Now, I got an e-mail during the break. “Why is this intelligence business…” somebody was worried about the debates mattering so much. Somebody was just terribly concerned. I appreciate, by the way, this notion that we have to nominate somebody who can win a debate. I don’t think that’s how this election is gonna be won. This is an election about ideas, not debate skills, but I know people disagree with me. The reason people, conservatives, the reason people on our side care about this so much is very simple.

 Conservatism is an idea with multiple subsets of ideas. Conservatism requires basic speaking and communication skills to explain it and to contrast it with liberalism. In addition to that, people have to be able to complete thoughts and get those ideas across. When you are in the ideas business, you had better be able to communicate them. I would submit to most of you who think that recent Republican presidential nominees have been stupid or inarticulate, is really not what they’ve been. They haven’t been full-fledged conservative. When it’s in your heart, it pours out of you. When it’s not and you’re having to fake it, that’s gonna create pauses and insecurity, unsuredness and so forth.

Obama campaign makes ‘ridiculous distortion’ on Israel

JERUSALEM – President Obama’s reelection campaign misleadingly claimed GOP presidential contenders Mitt Romney, Rick Perry and Newt Gingrich would all cut foreign aid to Israel.
“Stand against ‘zeroing out’ aid to Israel,” reads the title of a page of Obama’s official campaign website.
 “Republican candidates for president Mitt Romney, Rick Perry and Newt Gingrich all say they would cut foreign aid to Israel – and every other country – to zero.
“Stand up to this extreme isolationism and join the call to reject the Romney-Perry-Gingrich plan,” the campaign concludes
The claim was so faulty that Politifact.com, a Pulitzer Prize-winning fact-check project operated by the Tampa Bay Times, labeled it a “ridiculous distortion” deserving of the site’s “Pants-On-Fire” rating.
