The Importance of our Citizens Owning AR-15’s

Talking about guns and who should own them has become toxic. It wasn’t too many years ago that parents never had the thought that their children could be murdered while at school by a crazed person with a gun of any type.

It was all about grades, not getting in trouble at school, not getting pregnant, not getting drunk at parties, not doing drugs (a concern that began in the late 1960s and has escalated with the opioid crisis), and hoping your children had the right kind of friends.

When children learned to drive, the anxiety level increased for parents. More teenagers are killed in automobile accidents than have ever been killed from school shootings. But this is less than consoling for parents whose child was murdered while getting an education in a seemingly safe environment.
People talk about gun control. There are a lot of controls already placed on guns and gun ownership. Not even full gun confiscation will stop bad people from doing bad things, as Oklahoma City and 9-11 proved. The latest proposals for gun regulation won’t do anything to stop a crazed person from killing other people.

The Florida shooter should have been stopped long before his murder spree happened. How crazy does a person have to act before someone in law enforcement steps in, especially with dozens of tips from citizens and the killer’s postings on Facebook? Government officials did not do their job – from the local police to the FBI.
Zero tolerance was applied to a kid who made a  Pop-Tart look like a gun but didn’t do anything to a kid who actually threatened people with a real knife and gun numerous times.

Instead of taking responsibility for the missteps, the media, students, and politicians are blaming the National Rifle Association. Bizarre. But deflection is the name of the game in politics. It’s always someone else’s fault.
The sheriff is still in office and no one has been disciplined for the bumbling. I’m going to get political for a moment. If the sheriff was a Republican, we would be seeing and hearing a completely different narrative.

As a result, the gun debate continues. Many gun owners argue that it’s necessary to have a weapon like an AR-15 for protection against a tyrannical government. Personally, I think this is the wrong way to argue. If our government turned on us, there is no way that an armed citizenry could survive long with the full military force of the government. It would be a very messy war, far messier than the War for Independence or the Civil War. Citizens in those wars were nearly equally matched with weaponry. This is no longer the case.
I contend that a weapon like the AR-15 is needed if there is a political or social breakdown of society. The police can’t be everywhere. As we’ve seen in the Florida shooting case, there is a great deal of protected incompetence among government workers. This is the case for any large group. It should be expected.

There may come a time when social unrest breaks out in the United States because of an EMP attack or a natural disaster that affects shipping of goods in large parts of the country. Less than a week’s disruption in food delivery would be disastrous. Most people don’t have enough food or water stored to last them more than a week. We depend on the grocery store shelves to be stocked.
Consider what happens when there’s a snowstorm. Some commodities are bought up within hours.
I’m more worried about people close to home who are desperate enough to kill for food and water. In a large-scale emergency, there is no way the government could stop marauders going through neighborhoods attacking people and breaking into homes.

Some might say that it could never happen here. There’s a lot that’s happening right now that 20 years ago people said could never happen. School shootings is one of them.
Most people – 99.9 percent – who own an AR-15 have never used it in a malicious way. Weapons are like insurance. They are only needed if there is a crisis. Most people who purchase a weapon never fire it. It’s locked away for safekeeping for a time when it might be needed.
There are “no-go” zones in Great Britain, France, and Germany. In some of these zones, even the police will not enter.

Just before the New Year, Breitbart London reported how London delivery drivers have described large parts of the capital as “no-go zones” in which they are too afraid to work as a result of rampant knife crime and acid attacks…. BOMBSHELL REPORT: Berlin ‘Lost To Arab Clans’ Now Recruiting ‘Strong Young Migrants.’ 

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has been saying the same thing for years but “was attacked by figures and organisations including the BBC for daring [to] highlight the issue of ‘no-go’ areas.” (Breitbart)
What are innocent victims to do when they are defenseless and the government is reluctant to deal with the problem? What if these gangs wanted to expand their territory? A well-armed citizenry would not be held hostage by migrant gangs who have no regard for life or property. Just knowing that most people are armed in a neighborhood or county will act as a deterrent. No one needs to fire a shot.
During the riots following the Rodney King incident in April of 1992, Korean shop owners defended their property with rifles, shotguns, and handguns.

The nearly weeklong, widespread rioting killed more than 50 people, injured more than 1,000 people and caused approximately $1 billion in damage, about half of which was sustained by Korean-owned businesses.
Here’s the question Korean business owners were asking: “Where are the police? Where are the police?” They “would not see law enforcement for three days — only fellow Korean-Americans, who would be photographed by news agencies looking like armed militia in what appeared to be a guerrilla race war on the streets.” (CNN)

The conflict was temporary. In time, the warring factions decided to reconcile because they had common interests. But what stopped the violence and destruction was a small group of citizens who protected their lives and property with firearms. It’s unfortunate that the Korean population is leaning leftward politically. But that’s a story for another day.
Many argue that our founders never meant for the Second Amendment to apply to a weapon like an AR-15. It’s important to note that the Second Amendment does not specify what constitutes “arms” (armaments) in the same way that the First Amendment does not specify what constitutes a “press.” Can you imagine printing companies and newspapers restricted to using an actual press to print books, magazines, and newspapers? Should freedom of speech be prohibited if electronic means are used to broadcast that speech?

We live in a dangerous world. We always have. Today, however, because of numerous shifts in worldview thinking (see my article “The Trickle-Down Effect of Atheism, Irrationalism, Subjectivism, and Darwinism”), moral subjectivism reigns.
Better to be armed and never have to use a weapon than to need a weapon and not have one. If you’re going to purchase a gun of any kind, learn to use it and follow all safety procedures, including guarding your weapons so your children don’t have access to them unless they are well trained and very responsible. If your children have other children over at your home, place your guns under lock and key.

Stacey Dash announces run for Congress 44th District

About Stacey Lauretta Dash

An accomplished actress and political commentator, Stacey Dash was born and grew up in New York City’s South Bronx. She is the daughter of a Mexican American mother, Linda Lopez and an African American father, Dennis Dash. Both parents passed away after lifelong struggles with addiction. Dash is best known for her successful acting career spanning more than 30 years.  Her TV performances include The Cosby Show, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and St. Elsewhere. She made her film debut in Enemy Territory, followed by her appearance with the late Richard Pryor in Moving and with Damon Wayans in Mo’ Money, and Mark Wahlberg in Renaissance Man.
She is perhaps best known for her role as Dionne in Clueless, that she followed with her TV series by the same name.
In 2014 Dash joined FOX News Channel as a political analyst and contributor, offering analysis and political commentary across various daytime and primetime programs.
Her political interests originally became public and sparked controversy during the 2012 presidential election when she endorsed presidential candidate Mitt Romney on her personal Facebook and Twitter accounts after having voted for Barack Obama in the 2008 presidential election.
After enduring heavy criticism for supporting a conservative candidate during the 2012 election, Dash did it again in 2016 when she bucked the Hollywood film industry and supported Donald Trump for president.
As part of her cultural and political activism, Dash has continued to use her position as a well-known actress and political commentator to voice her opinions and encourage discussion on topics ranging from pop culture to the breakdown of family values and communities.
Stacey Dash draws on the best American traditions of love of God, love of country, love of freedom, and love of family, and promotes the best for America’s future — genuine unity and freedom of education and opportunity.

I do believe most of your problemos within your cabinet lies in selection...maybe you should look for people who obtained their experience the old fashioned way....actually in the field of fire and obtained their PhD's via the college of Hard Knocks vs Elite Universities and careers in Congress which was not the intention of our founding Fathers... look for the Jim Bridger types:

James Bridger was born on March 17, 1804, at Richmond, Va. In 1812 the family moved west to Missouri, where all but Jim soon died. At 13 he became a black-smith's apprentice and apparently learned how to handle machinery, horses, and guns. In March 1822 Bridger started his frontier life by joining the party of trappers being organized at St. Louis by William H. Ashley. That year the men traveled up the Missouri to trap along its tributaries in the Rocky Mountains.
For the next 20 years Bridger and other mountain men roamed throughout the western third of the United States. While trapping in late 1824, Bridger reached the Great Salt Lake, which he thought was part of the Pacific Ocean. Historians are unsure if Bridger was alone when he found the lake but credit him with first reporting it.

During his years in the West, Bridger trapped for several leading fur companies and in 1830 became one of five partners in the Rocky Mountain Fur Company. By the early 1840s, however, he realized that the supply of furs was nearly exhausted, and with Louis Vasquez he established Ft. Bridger. Built on the Green River in south-western Wyoming, this post became a major way station on the Oregon and California trails, a military fort, and a Pony Express station. In 1853 the Mormons drove Bridger and his partner away and confiscated their property because they purportedly had provided guns and anti-Mormon information to the Native Americans.
Bridger's career as a guide spanned from 1849 to 1868. During this time he led Capt. Howard Stansbury to Utah, Col. Albert S. Johnston during the so-called Mormon War, and Capt. William Raynolds to the Yellowstone. In 1861 he led Capt. E.L. Berthoud and his survey party west from Denver through the mountains to Salt Lake City, and for the next several years he guided army units sent west to guard overland mail. Between 1865 and 1868 he guided several expeditions and survey parties over the Bozeman, or Powder River, Trail. In 1868 he retired to his farm in Missouri, where he died on July 17, 1881.

During his years on the frontier Bridger had been married three times to Native American women. In 1835 he married the daughter of a Flathead chief. When she died, he acquired a Ute wife, and after her death he wed the daughter of a Shoshone chief. Described as tall and muscular by his contemporaries, Bridger was considered shrewd, honest, and brave. His life exemplifies the achievements of a leading frontiersman of the mid-19th century.
The best study of Bridger's career is J. Cecil Alter, James Bridger, Trapper, Frontiersman, Scout, and Guide (1925; rev. ed. 1962). This includes a thorough discussion of his actions and an evaluation of the many folktales surrounding his life. An earlier account is Grenville M. Dodge, Biographical Sketch of James Bridger (1905), supposedly based on stories Bridger told to the author. Dale L. Morgan, Jedediah Smith and the Opening of the West (1953), examines many of the same people and events from a different perspective and provides additional insight into Bridger's life and contributions.

Peace Officers Oath of Office/Code of Ethics


All states use the POST (Peace Officers standards of Training) and after graduation must take the oath of Office and sign the Code of Ethics...of which ...states may very on wording, but the gist is the same:

I (state your name), do solemnly swear (or affirm), that I will support the Constitution of the United States, and the Constitution and laws of the State of ..............., that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same, and defend them against enemies, foreign and domestic, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge, the duties of a peace officer, to the best of my ability, so help me God.

How Atheism, Irrationalism, Subjectivism, and Darwinism Kill a Culture

In The Dark Knight (2008) Batman meets up with his most diabolical enemy – the Joker, played fiendishly by the late Heath Ledger. There’s nothing funny about Ledger’s portrayal of the Joker. It’s not Jack Nicholson’s clownish Joker.

This Joker is psychotic. Or is he?

Alfred warns Bruce Wayne that the Joker is no ordinary criminal. Neither power nor money motivates him. We are never told what makes him tick. Alfred offered the only way to approach the Joker: “Some men just want to watch the world Burn.” Here’s the entire scene:



Some people just want to watch other people die, and they have “rational” reasons for it!
The following email was sent to me by someone who calls himself “Grimly Fiendish”:

What I enjoy the most about being Canadian is the fact that I can leave this conservative s**t-hole and go home, which I plan to do in the near future. I have had enough of the inbred sub moron level christians trying to legislate morality and force their archaic, hypocritical bulls**t down my throat. I guess that the inbreeding will take care of them eventually. Personally, I would like to see Darwinism practiced on a more active level, at least if they try to cross the border into Canada. So frankly f**k you and I sincerely hope that you have not managed to breed so your faulty genetic material ends with you.

By the way, the genetic material does not end with me. I have two children and nine grandchildren.
There are some people who end up having a visceral reaction to whatever. Why this happens is a mystery to those who claim that people who indiscriminately murder other people must be mentally ill. Maybe they’re not mentally ill. It’s possible that bits and pieces of perverted worldview logic have reshaped their thinking process. They no longer have a moral baseline since so much of what they see and hear is irrational and morality is subjective. The abnormal is forced on us to be accepted as normal.

When girls can become boys and boys can become girls by an act of the will, is anything out of bounds? Does anyone describe the big gender switcheroo as a mental illness? Of course not, even though it’s irrational, unscientific, and biologically absurd. And yet we are forced to reshape our minds to accept it.
When things go off-kilter in some people’s lives, the pieces of absurdity that they’ve heard and seen over the years begin to construct a uniquely distorted way of looking at the world with its own internal logic that makes sense as long as the person remains in the logic of that constructed world. The evil, absurd, illogical, and irrational become good, normative, logical, rational and by extension justified in terms of the newly constructed mental edifice.
Consider the following about the Columbine shooters:

survival of the fittest’ theory to justify their actions. Harris even wore a ‘natural selection’ T-shirt on the day of the killings.
These ideas permeate our culture even though the logical extension of what survival of the fittest might mean to some people who are no longer taught that they are created in the image of God and are bound by His laws, both natural and supernatural, is quite terrifying. They learn in biology that they are highly evolved animals. There is no moral law among the animals. The evolutionary struggle for life was violent and bloody. There was no moral overseer as the process evolved…

The Founders Believed Gun Ownership was a ‘God-Given’ Right

As expected NRA chief  Wayne LaPierre’s speech at CPAC was panned by liberal commentators.  But there was a tiny part of his speech that was trashed more than others—the part where he mentioned God.
And there is no greater personal individual freedom than the right to keep and bear arms, the right to protect yourself, and of the right to survive. It is not bestowed by man but granted by God to all Americans as our American birthright. So I call right now today on every citizen who loves this country, and who treasures this freedom, to stand and unflinchingly defended the second amendment, the one freedom that protects us all in this country 
For example:


Mr. Applebaum, a NY Times Washington correspondent needs to take a remedial lesson in American history because one of the unique things about this great republic of ours is that our founding documents believe our rights are not granted by the government but by God, or as Jefferson wrote in the Declaration of Independence:
“We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness”

The entire purpose of the U.S. Constitution is to protect the government from infringing on our unalienable rights. It doesn’t grant or create legal rights. That’s how our document is different than others. It recognizes and protects rights that already inherently exist and those rights cannot be altered, limited, or removed by man-made laws or governments.
The right to life, to protect one’s life, family, property, business, etc,  with guns and other weapons, is one of these unalienable rights protected by the in the Second Amendment:

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
The Second Amendment is one of ten in the Bill of Rights that lists rights that “shall not be infringed” by the government. The Supreme Court emphasized three primary facts (among others), specifically, when it ruled on The District of Columbia v Heller in 2008…

The Day the Music Died..1959 or 1962 ?
