Can Brain-Damaged, Incompetent, Memory Loss, and Careless Hillary be Trusted with Gov. Intel and Nuclear Launch Codes?

You may recall liberals attacking Donald Trump with the claim that he could not be trusted with the nuclear launch codes. His erratic behavior might trigger a nuclear war.
Vice President Joe Biden said that Trump can’t be trusted to control the nation’s nuclear arsenal. “Just imagine giving this guy access to the nuclear codes, a guy who says how he’d consider using nuclear weapons.” (Source)
On June 2, 2016, Hillary Clinton said the following about Trump as reported by Politico.com:

“This is not someone who should ever have the nuclear codes. It’s not hard to imagine Donald Trump leading us into a war just because somebody got under his very thin skin.” (Source)
Playing the nuclear card is an old liberal dirty trick. Lyndon Johnson played it to perfection on Barry Goldwater in their 1964 presidential election in the “Daisy” nuclear attack ad: https://youtu.be/dDTBnsqxZ3k

The folks at Politico.com present a succinct test for a candidate in the nuclear age:
“Voters should want to consider whether Trump or any other candidate possesses the steely nerves and competence to deliberate intelligently and calmly at the moment of truth.”
Does Hillary possess “the steely nerves and competence to deliberate intelligently and calmly at the moment of truth” given what we’ve learned over the weekend?:
