Arizona is less than a week away from going to the polls for the special election to replace retired Gabby Giffords in Congress and we are determined to give Marine Vet Jesse Kelly the job. 

MAFPAC's own Debbie Lee, an Arizona resident, is there now presenting our endorsement. 

The final week will be critical for Jesse Kelly to take on the attack ads against him.  The House Majority PAC, a left-wing group, unveiled a new ad attacking Kelly with words he used against Gabby GIffords in 2010 during their heated race for the same Congressional seat.  We must help Jesse Kelly combat these attacks and let the people of Arizona know the truth.

Out of context but in the campaign: Candidate calls Gabby Giffords ‘hero of nothing’ Posted by CNN Senior Congressional Producer Deirdre Walsh (CNN) - An Arizona Republican congressional candidate may have called Democratic Rep. Gabrielle Giffords a “hero of nothing” six months before the tragic shooting that severely wounded the congresswoman, but that’s not stopping a super PAC supportive of his opponent from making sure the statement, out of context, haunts him... The new ad, sponsored by the House Majority PAC, uses a clip from an August 2010 campaign speech by Republican Jesse Kelly, who at the time was running against Giffords... "It's all Jesse Kelly in his own words and it speaks to his character," Andy Stone, spokesman for the independent House Majority PAC... told CNN on Monday... But in the full version of the August 2010 speech, Kelly attempted to make the case that Giffords did not reflect the views of Southwest voters. He called the then-incumbent congresswoman a "big spending San Francisco liberal" and cited her "extreme" positions supporting the "government takeover of health care bill” and federal spending that increased the national debt. We take issue with a political spokesman calling a Marine veteran on his "character" when the fact is Kelly fought for all of our freedoms and served his country bravely.  The left-wing House Majority PAC showed its character with this misleading ad targeting Kelly and we must help him fight back. 

Kelly is at an extreme disadvantage.  He needs your help over the final week before this special election that will resonate nationally.

Voters will choose between a conservative Marine Veteran Jesse Kelly, and political staffer Ron Barber, a big-government Democrat.

Jesse Kelly is a hero to local military organizations and veterans. He also has the support of Tea Party organizations in Arizona. He supports cutting wasteful Government spending, and bringing the Constitution back to Washington!  His main priority - Repeal Obamacare!

We're supporting Jesse Kelly because he supports our troops and he served alongside them in Iraq! The election is less than a week away so the time to contribute to help spearhead Kelly's campaign is NOW!
