The first woman to fly fighters in combat for the Air Force, and first to command a fighter squadron in combat, is entering Arizona’s special election to fill U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords’ vacated congressional seat.
Martha McSally confirmed her intentions Wednesday to join the Republican primary. She made her decision after analyzing three factors: was it feasible, was she electable, and did she feel called to run.
McSally said she’s sure she is the right person for the job. “I believe my leadership and my demonstrated moral courage and experience is what this community and this nation needs right now.”
[...]She commanded a squadron of A-10 attack jets in Afghanistan. After that, she was sent to the Air War College in Alabama, where she finished first in a class of 225 people being groomed as senior leaders. She spent her final three years in the Air Force in Stuttgart, Germany.

McSally is conservative, pro-life, pro-2nd amendment, and everything else that voters in a Republican-leaning district are yearning for. So have the Democrats in Arizona’s 8th congressional district made a mistake? Some people are starting to think so. Martha McSally isn’t Gabrielle Giffords. But her dynamic personality, her clear convictions and accomplished resume could be just what conservatives need if they want to win the race that one Washington insider called, “the next biggest thing to the Presidential” race this year.

Superior Court asked to boot Obama from ballot

A state Superior Court in Georgia is being asked to review and overturn Secretary of State Brian Kemp’s decision, based on a recommendation from an administrative law judge, that Barack Obama’s name be on the state’s 2012 primary ballot.
The appeal to the higher court says the recommendation from the administrative law judge, Michael Malihi, was faulty and that he allegedly to this date has refused to follow the state’s requirements regarding the case.

The appeal has been filed with the Superior Court of Georgia for the County of Fulton by Van Irion, one of several attorneys who presented evidence at a hearing held by Malihi in January.
The plaintiffs argued several points before Malihi, including Obama’s alleged failure to qualify as a “natural born citizen” as required by the U.S. Constitution for presidents. Obama has admitted in his writings his father never was a U.S. citizen, and attorneys argued that the understanding of the Founders, and a subsequent Supreme Court ruling, defines natural-born citizen as the offspring of two citizens of the country at the time of the birth.
Citizens raising concerns include David Farrar, Leah Lax, Thomas Malaren and Laurie Roth, represented by Orly Taitz; David Weldon represented by attorney Van R. Irion of Liberty Legal Foundation; and Carl Swensson and Kevin Richard Powell, represented by J. Mark Hatfield. Cody Judy is raising a challenge because he also wants to be on the ballot.
Malihi’s decision came without any evidence being presented by Obama or his lawyer after they refused to participate in the required hearing under a state law that mandates all candidates qualify for the office they seek.
The law also allows any voter to raise a challenge, and several did. A hearing was held on their evidence Jan. 26.
Malihi essentially tossed all of the information the plaintiffs and their attorneys presented.
“The court finds the testimony of the witnesses, as well as the exhibits tendered, to be of little, if any, probative value, and thus wholly insufficient to support plaintiffs’ allegations,” he said.
The complaints were raised under a state law that allows voters to challenge the eligibility of candidates on the state’s ballot. It is the states that run elections in the U.S., and national elections are just a compilation of the results of the 50 state elections.
The state law requires “every candidate for federal” office who is certified by the state executive committees of a political party or who files a notice of candidacy “shall meet the constitutional and statutory qualifications for holding the office being sought.”
State law also grants the secretary of state and any “elector who is eligible to vote for a candidate” in the state the authority to raise a challenge to a candidate’s qualifications, the judge determined.
Irion told WND today that he’s asked Malihi why he declined to follow the Georgia Administrative Rules of Procedure 616-1-2-.39, which state, “Upon application by a party, the administrative law judge shall certify the facts to the superior court … for a determination of the appropriate action, including a finding of contempt.”
The attorney had sought that determination, but Malihi apparently ignored the request and the requirements.
He told WND that Malihi never had the authority to decide the contempt issue, but the court rules require him to certify facts to the Superior Court.
“We made our application for him to do that several days before his ruling … Malihi should have certified the facts alleged to the other court immediately. … Yet he sat on our request for days, then continued to sit on it after his ruling. When we inquired, the silence was deafening. We didn’t hear back at all. This is from a court that had previously responded to e-mails within hours, or even minutes, on every other occasion. Four days later we e-mailed again.”

In an extensive interview that began with Bolling asking Palin to explain how her life has changed since becoming Sen. John McCain‘s running mate and culminated with Palin noting that “all bets are off” as to who can be nominated in a brokered convention– something she considers a real possibility.
Palin retold the story of how she ended up becoming Sen. McCain’s vice presidential nominee, making the somewhat profound statement that once she got on the airplane to Arizona, she “essentially never came home again.” She did say that “I’m still there, I’m still an Alaskan,” and maintained her good spirits by refusing to dread things. With the enthusiasm that Palin received after her speech at the Conservative Political Action Conference, Bolling could not help but ask what Palin was thinking of doing with her future. She answered that she was reading to help America any way she could, and if it meant “running for office at some point in the future, I’m game.” “Want to elaborate on that?” Bolling asked, getting a flat “No!”
The topic came up again later in the conversation, when Bolling brought up the possibility of a brokered convention in August. “If it does get to that,” Bolling asked, “and someone said ‘Governor, would you be interested,’ would you be interested?” Palin began her answer asserting that she saw the possibility of a brokered convention as a very real one. “If it had to be kind of closed up today, the whole nominating process, then we would be looking at a brokered convention,” she responded, since “nobody is quite there yet.” If it came to a brokered convention, “all bets are off as to who it will be willing to offer themselves up in the name of service to their country.” She added only that she “would be willing to help any way that I can,” which is about as open a declaration of a brokered convention candidacy she could give– and, as is her wont, she elaborated no more than that.

Reports now circulating that Kamala Harris to be President Obama’s next pick for Supreme Court Justice.
For those familiar with the White House Insider interviews, that name will certainly ring familiar.

-The California Attorney General is Kamala Harris. Her brother-in-law is a gentleman by the name of Tony West who himself is an Assistant Attorney General working directly under Obama Attorney General Eric Holder. Insiders are already indicated West may in fact be among a short list of potential replacements should Holder resign his position.
Now Tony West was a big time campaign bundler for Barack Obama back in 2008 as was described by this San Francisco Chronicle report in 2009:
As co-chairman of Obama’s campaign, West was instrumental in helping the candidate raise an estimated $65 million in California and has been considered a rising star in both the legal and political circles of the nation’s most populous state. He is an attorney in the San Franciscooffices of Morrison & Foerster.
$65 million dollars is a lot of campaign cash – even by Obama standards. And Mr. West also gained notoriety in 2007 as a member of the “American Taliban” John Walker Lindh’s defense team. So we have a former Obama campaign bundler and defense attorney of a Taliban terrorist, who also happens to be the brother in law of the California Attorney General whose state just received a multi-billion dollar housing bailout – the same man who might soon find himself being placed in the position of being the next Attorney General of the United States.

Political correctness set to 'destroy America'

Veteran South Florida lawyer Peter Feaman was listening to a pastor speak about the Quran at a Rotary Club meeting more than six years ago when his world was rattled.
“The presentation was so negative,” Feaman told WND, “that I didn’t believe him.”
“I had been told that Islam was a religion of peace, by our president among others,” he said referring to George W. Bush. “So I started to do my own research. And as I got into it, it was like, ‘Holy cow, this is nothing like I’ve been told, either by the mainstream media or by college and university.’”

His intensive research led to a book, “Wake up America.”
A trial lawyer for 30 years who has handled cases involving radical Islamic groups, Feaman is the newly elected national committeeman for the Republican Party of Florida. He was appointed to judicial nomination commissions by former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush and current Gov. Rick Scott.
His new book’s foreword is by Rep. Allen West, R-Fla., who Feaman first got to know when the former Army officer became a “victim of political correctness” serving in Islamic Iraq. A lieutenant colonel, West was court-martialed for using harsh interrogation tactics to protect his men from a terrorist attack.
West, who often quotes from Feaman’s first book in public addresses, declares in the foreword to “The Next Nightmare” “that “tolerance is cultural suicide when it is a one-way street.”
Expressing his appreciation for West, Feaman told WND that the congressman is “so politically incorrect that he exposes the intellectual bankruptcy of the left’s ideas.”
West is a leading voice in Congress warning that America faces peril because of its unwillingness to acknowledge that it is threatened not by “terrorism” from many sources but by Islamic supremacists bent on world domination.

I’m sure West has heard many insults hurled at him from his political opponents, but last week his would be opponent in his current Floridadistrict, Patrick Murphy, called the revered military leader a “Coward.”

The remark was made in response to West’sannouncement that he would seek re-election in a neighboring district after the Florida legislature redrew his current district with a heavyDemocratic influence. We know that Allen West can stand up for himself, and that he himself has not been shy about taking on political opponentsand ideas.

But to call an American hero, who served in 3 conflicts starting in Desert Storm and received aBronze Star, a “coward”, for choosing the right district to run in, is simply absurd and offensive.

PatrickMurphy is a 28 year old accountant who works in the family business and has raised most of his campaign money from those closeto his family’s business interests (or from left-wing Democrats eager to see West defeated). There is no military service in his 28 years oreven any public service. Simply, it is a certified public accountant born with a silver spoon in his mouth calling a retired Lt. Col of our ArmedForces a “coward.” DISGRACEFUL!

Voter Fraud Could Decide Next Election

Reports are coming in that the voter rolls have been faked. We knew that the voter rolls were padded in places like Chicago, but now we’re learning that the fraud is more widespread than we ever could have imagined. The question is, can we do anything to stop it?
In the days of the Soviet Union, Communist leaders would generally get 95 percent of the vote, and nearly every eligible voter voted.

A new report by Pew Center on the States estimates that among 24 million voter registrations, about one out of every eight are either no longer valid or are inaccurate. Of the invalid or inaccurate registrations, 1.8 million belong to deceased individuals and 2.75 million belong to people who are registered to vote in more than one state.

You can see how these fraudulent voter numbers can be used to tip an election. Most of elections these days are close to even. We are a 51 to 49 percent nation. It doesn’t take much fraud to throw enough votes to a favorite-son candidate. The Kennedy-Nixon presidential election in 1960 was always thought to have been won by Kennedy due to voter fraud:

Romney Compares Obama to Himself

If you spend any time watching different politicians, you learn to easily recognize those that go around with a bloated ego, kind of like the Pharisees that Christ describes in Matthew 23. These politicians obviously like the sound of their own voice and they refuse to listen to the voice of the people. They flaunt their position, authority, do what they want and act as if everyone else is a lower class of citizen.

When I look at the Washington crowd, I see egotistic politicians on both sides of isle. On the Democratic side, you have the president who often can be seen with his nose in the air like a pompous member of a royal family. There have been a number of reports that support this notion of snobbishness in the way he treats the White House staff and ‘servants’ along with the Secret Service assigned to protect him and the members of the military who have the doleful duty to watch over him and provide him with transportation.

Military Chaplins to be charged with Sedition&Treason for preaching against Sin..!

One of the main news topics this past week involved President Obama’s mandate that Catholic and other religious institutions were required to provide free medical coverage for birth control. Then the president seemed to offer an olive branch, but upon closer examination the branch turned out to be deadly hemlock and not olive. He said that the insurance companies would have to provide the free birth control to the employees of religious institutions, which is virtually the same disregard for strong religious beliefs and to many Americans an outright violation of the First Amendment.

In all of the news and discussions, no one paid any attention to the effects this was having on our military personnel, especially the chaplains. The Catholic Church had issued a denomination wide letter in which they informed parishioners that the Church “cannot and will not comply with this unjust law.”
The Army immediately issued orders to all chaplains, especially Catholic chaplains that they are not allowed to read the letter in its entirety and that certain portions of it are to be blacked out and not read aloud. Former Navy chaplain Gordon Klingenschmitt said,

“The secretary of the Army said you have to line out some of the language, or else we’re going to charge the chaplains with sedition and treason for opposing the Obama administration. Can you believe this? They are actually threatening chaplains with court-martial if they dare to preach against sin in their own church.”

First the Pentagon tells all chaplains that they are required to ignore their religious beliefs and perform same-sex marriages or unions for military personnel requesting such services. Then they told all military chaplains that they had to make their facilities available for same-sex union ceremonies.

Klingenschmitt reports that he was literally forced to resign his commission as a Navy chaplain after he had prayed publicly in the name of Jesus while wearing his Navy uniform.
Now the Pentagon is telling chaplains that they cannot preach against mandated birth control coverage or the sanctity of life without facing the serious charges of sedition and treason.
If Obama is re-elected in November, I would not be surprised to see his administration force all Christian chaplains to never mention anything about the Bible, Jesus Christ or preach against any sin. They’ll be turned into nothing more than secular counselors. But Muslim chaplains will be allowed to speak of Allah and publicly pray to Allah aloud.

Did Judge Malihi Base Eligibility Decision On Sharia Law?

“This is an outrage, an absolute outrage,” Attorney Orly Taitz told a radio audience in Western New York. She believes Judge Michael Malihi, a Clinton era appointee, is from Iran which could have a bearing if he is steeped in Sharia Law. When he brought down a favorable decision for Obama’s appearing on state ballots, Taitz sent by overnight courier a 23 page appeal to Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp pleading with him to ignore the judge’s advisory decision – to no avail.

Kemp rubber stamped the Malihi decision, and now the appeal process begins in earnest. Plaintiff attorney J. Mark Hatfield will escalate this case to the appellate level immediately. With emergency appeals well in place before Georgia’s March 6 Super Tuesday, Hatfield told World Net Daily: ”I will be filing that on behalf of Carl Swensson and Kevin Richard Powell just as soon as I can get it drafted!”

In 2008 when my wife, Gena, and I were on the campaign trail backing former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee for president, former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum was fighting to get former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney elected. (Listen in this video how Santorum passionately endorsed and elevated Mitt in his bid for the Oval Office.)
Just three years ago in his interview with radio host and conservative commentator Laura Ingraham, Santorum also emphatically told millions of listening Americans: “If you’re a conservative, if you’re a Republican, there is only one place to go, and that’s Mitt Romney.”

Why an alleged conservative like Santorum would fight for the flip-flopping Massachusetts moderate on the presidential campaign trail, especially in light of the fact that Huckabee and even McCain were running then with a much clearer conservative record, I will never know.
Yet Santorum now admits that Romney “bragged he’s even more liberal than Ted Kennedy on social issues.”
And the question that keeps coming to my mind now is this: How can the “alternative to Romney” also be a Romney supporter?
Newt and Santorum are good Christian men, both of whom are passionate to fight the war on religion (specifically Christianity) being unleashed by the Obama administration. They are also avid supporters of Israel.

100,000 line up to back Sheriff Joe

Officials with Grassfire Nation, a key coordinating group for tea-party-type activities and issues, say the Department of Justice’s investigation of Maricopa, Ariz., County Sheriff Joe Arpaio is nothing more than a political attack.
And to offer encouragement to the sheriff, Darla Dawald, representing the Grassfire Nation group, has presented Arpaio with a petition of some 100,000 signatures from people who have declared their support for the law-enforcement officer.

Grassfire Nation supports the Patriot Action Network, which calls itself the “nation’s largest conservative social action network, involving tens of thousands of citizens,” including many tea party members.
The petition demands DOJ prove its accusations that Arpaio’s office has engaged in a policy to systematically violate the civil rights of Hispanics, which WND has reported DOJ refuses to do.
The petition claims the DOJ investigation is nothing more than a baseless, politically motivated attack on Arpaio.
“Citizens belonging to this grass roots movement who called themselves ‘Grassroots Nation’ have followed the situation and say they feel the federal government has orchestrated an attack on the Sheriff for Obama’s political gain, who hopes to ingratiate himself to the Hispanic American voting block,” the petition read.
The petition’s “Statement of Support” says:

“Citizens belonging to this grass roots movement who called themselves ‘Grassroots Nation’ have followed the situation and say they feel the federal government has orchestrated an attack on the Sheriff for Obama’s political gain, who hopes to ingratiate himself to the Hispanic American voting block,” the petition read.
The petition’s “Statement of Support” says:
“As a Citizen of the United States, I am declaring my support for Sheriff Joe Arpaio, the sheriff’s lawful practices in prosecuting criminal and his unflinching stand in handling the illegal immigration crisis in his home state of Arizona. I demand that the U.S. Department of Justice release any evidence involving the allegations against Sheriff Joe and his department’s practices. If proven unfounded, I demand an immediate end to the politically motivated witch-hunt against the sheriff and his department, and a public apology from Attorney General Holder.”

Palin On Obama: “WTF”

Palin’s speech got the biggest reaction of any at CPAC — much more so than any of the presidential candidates. The audience gave her standing ovation after standing ovation and some even yelled “Run Sarah run!” — more telling of the GOP field’s inability to connect with voters than any poll.
Palin zeroed in on President Obama. The current state of the economy “is not a failure of the American people,” she said. “It is the failure of leadership. We know how to change that, oh yes we do. Oh yes we can,” she said, echoing Obama’s campaign line.
“Hope and change – yeah, you gotta hope things change.”
“He says he has a jobs plan to win the future. WTF, I know,” Palin said, spelling out W-T-F.
Palin hasn’t endorsed any candidates and didn’t do so today, telling the crowd that “For the sake of our country we must stand united, whoever our nominee is.”

Samuel L. Jackson: ‘I Voted for Barack Because He Was Black’

Samuel L. Jackson only voted for President Barack Obama because of the color of his skin, the Hollywood actor revealed in a profanity-laced interview in the March issue of Ebony magazine.
“I voted for Barack because he was black. ’Cuz that’s why other folks vote for other people — because they look like them,” Jackson said. “That’s American politics, pure and simple. [Obama’s] message didn’t mean sh-t to me. In the end, he’s a politician. I just hoped he would do some of what he said he was gonna do.
According to the New York Post, the “Pulp Fiction” legend repeatedly dropped the N-word during his cover story interview.

Countdown! Iran's finger on nuclear trigger

WASHINGTON – Iranian nuclear experts have completed the component for a nuclear bomb trigger, overcoming a major obstacle in obtaining the bomb, according to sources within Iran.

As reported last May, the Iranian nuclear and military industries, under the order of Iran’s supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, were to weaponize at least two warheads with a nuclear payload no later than next month.
Sources within the Revolutionary Guards reveal that the work on the trigger is taking place covertly under the control of the Guards in the cities of Darkhovin and Isfahan.
Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, the main brain behind the Iranian nuclear bomb program, is guiding the project. Fakhrizadeh reportedly reports directly to Khamenei and is under tight security because of the assassination of other Iranian nuclear scientists.

Senate Republicans on Thursday were blocked from offering legislation to repeal the Obama administration’s rule requiring religious organizations to provide free birth control through insurance coverage.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) called the lawmakers’ efforts “senseless” and said they needed to “calm down” and wait until the controversial regulation is finalized before trying to stop it.

Sen. Roy Blunt (R-Mo.) tried to add an amendment that has bipartisan support to a transportation bill being debated on the floor, but Reid blocked the maneuver because he said the language was not germane to the legislation.

“I appreciate that the Republicans take every opportunity… to mess up a good piece of legislation,” Reid said.

“The rule hasn't even been finalized yet. Let's at least wait until there is a final rule. Everybody should calm down, let see what transpires,” Reid said.

“I’ve never seen anything like this before,” Reid said.

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell agreed that he had never seen anything like this before, but for a different reason.

“(Democrats) won’t allow those of us who were sworn to uphold the U.S. Constitution to even offer an amendment that says we believe in our First Amendment right to religious freedom. I never thought I’d see the day,” McConnell responded.
“I’ve spent a lot of time in my life defending the First Amendment. But I never thought I’d see the day when the elected representatives of the people of this country would be blocked by a majority party in Congress to even express their support for it.”

Speaking to the Conservative Political Action Committee conference in Washington earlier in the day, McConnell vowed to “fight this attack on the fundamental right to religious freedom until the courts overturn it or we’ve got a president who will reverse it.”

The floor skirmish came as two key Democratic Senators publicly broke with the president to publicly oppose the rule, Sen. John Kerry of Massachusetts and Sen. Bill Nelson of Florida.

The White House said they would give religious institutions a year to comply with the rule, which Blunt said makes their actions “even more offensive.”

“The idea that you could change your religious beliefs in a year, or a lifetime, because some federal regulator says you need to, is unbelievably offensive in our country based on the principles that we hold most dear in the Constitution itself,” Blunt said.

Blunt said he was disappointed the Democratic leader blocked his amendment, but said this won’t be last time Republicans will try and move legislation on the floor to reverse the decision.

“I will be back,” Blunt said.

At a Capitol Hill press conference Thursday, Pelosi was making the case for campaign finance reform and said Democrats will disclose donors to their political groups, even when the law doesn’t require it.
During her comments, she said “by the way we’re asking people to contribute to us if they want to elect more reformers to Congress so we can do away with super PACs – we can do away with secret contributions.”

Our U.S. Constitution refers to “natural born citizen” and “citizens of the United States”. Judge Malihi reiterated an Indiana Court decision stating that these two citizenship classes were equivalent. He was wrong!
The Framers, who wrote our Constitution (1787), said that a legitimate presidential candidate would have to be a “natural born citizen”, but they did not define that phrase. Vattel in his “The Law of Nations” provided a definition: Natural born citizens “are those born in the country of parents who are citizens.” He continued with “as the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers.”
The Framers had also authorized Congress to establish a uniform rule of naturalization. So in 1790 Congress passed a Naturalization Act specifying that “the children of citizens of the United States that may be born beyond sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as “natural born citizens”. This clarified the definition of a “natural born citizen” as a child born to citizen parents without regard to place of birth.

Those who had supported our War of Independence were original citizens. And afterwards, to that number was added additional first citizens as recognized non-uniformly by the individual states. All these were “citizens of the United States”, but not “natural born citizens”. The children of these citizens were “natural born citizens”.
Again Congress used its naturalization authority to include a citizenship clause in The Civil Rights Act of 1866. The Act declared that people born in the United States and not subject to any foreign power are entitled to be citizens. This provision was then reedited and upgraded into the 14th Amendment (1868). Thus, the Amendment created two avenues of naturalization: (1) children by birth when parents were subject to U.S. jurisdiction; and (2) adults by a naturalization process after having submitted to U.S. jurisdiction. These new 14th Amendment citizens were ordinary citizens, “citizens of the United States”, like our earlier first citizens before them. These new citizens did not have the status of “natural born citizens”, although their children would be “natural born citizens”.
Judge Malihi of Georgia in making his decision about Obama’s eligibility to the presidency based his decision on the results of a previous Indiana decision which in turn was predicated on the Wong Kim Ark case.

In Wong Kim Ark, a Chinese U.S. resident family gave birth to a child, and it was critically to be determined whether that child should be considered as a U.S. citizen. The court correctly decided he was a citizen. But in the process, the court made one error and a faux pas. By stare decisis (aka. scary decease-ed) these indiscretions led to a fatal error in the Indiana case and subsequently in Judge Malihi’s case.
The Wong Kim Ark error was that it gave primary credence to “English common law” rather than the “Law of Nations common law”. Regarding citizenship, the difference is that the English law bases citizenship on place of birth (jus soli, of the soil), whereas the Law of Nations law bases citizenship on family (jus sanguinis, of the blood). We have a mix: jus soli with regard to 14th Amendment birth naturalizations; but jus sanguinis with regard to natural born citizenship. This did not go unnoticed by the dissenters. “The dissenters argued that the history of U.S. citizenship law had broken with English common law tradition after independence—citing as an example the embracing in the U.S. of the right of expatriation (giving up of one’s native citizenship) and the rejection of the contrary British doctrine of perpetual allegiance.” (Wikipedia) In the War of 1812, America seamen were issued Semen’s Protection Certificates in order to try to protect them from British impressment because of suggested birth on British soil. This error did not affect the Wong outcome, but it was a wrong think that would carry forward.

The Wong Kim Ark faux pas was a good and technically correct statement in majority summary, but one which was stupidly misinterpreted by the Indiana court: “Every citizen or subject of another country, while domiciled here, … if he hath issue here, that issue is a ‘natural-born subject’; and his child … If born in the country, is as much a citizen as the natural-born child of a citizen.” (Note: The British “natural-born subject” is not the same as our “natural born citizen”.) The Indiana court equated the ordinary citizen, a child born in the country, to a “natural born citizen”. But the summary states only that the quality of the child’s citizenship is every bit as good as that of the “natural born citizen”. It does not say that the child is a “natural born citizen”.
Thus we see how the Indiana court incorrectly came to the conclusion that “children born within the United States are natural born citizens, regardless of the citizenship of their parents.” And since Judge Malihi followed the Indiana court, he made the same mistake.
The presidential “natural born citizen” is not at all the same as a 14th Amendment “citizen of the United States”. Any person whose parents are not U.S. citizens does not qualify as a “natural born citizen”, and hence, is not eligible to the office of the presidency of the United States.

Joe Arpaio Backed By ‘Tea Party’ Group

Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio received 100,000 petition signatures from a “tea party” organization Wednesday afternoon supporting Arpaio’s investigation of President Barack Obama and denouncing the U.S. Department of Justice’s civil-rights investigation of Arpaio.

Darla Dawald, national coordinator of Grassfire Nation, said the petitions were meant to show support for Arpaio and to force the Department of Justice to release the findings of their investigation on Arpaio or stop altogether.

We have seen a tremendous amount of Chicago-style bully tactics that have been used by the Department of Justice and (Attorney General) Eric Holder’s office and we’re not happy about what we are seeing,” Dawald said. “We are not happy that someone such as Sheriff Joe, who does his best to protect this great state and nation, is being subjected to these types of tactics.”

Dawald said the Department of Justice investigation, which accused Arpaio’s office of systemic violations of Latinos’ rights, is politically motivated and compared it to a “witch hunt.” She said the group plans to bring the signatures from supporters around the country to the Department of Justice and to members of Congress next week.

Arpaio said the petition signatures were unexpected and that he appreciated the support as a motivating factor to continue working for citizens of Maricopa County.

Georgia’s Obama Eligibility Decision: Legally Incorrect And Ethically Indefensible

On February 3^rd a much anticipated decision was issued by Georgia Administrative Judge Michael Malihi, recommending that Secretary of State Brian Kemp allow Barack Hussein Obama to appear on the state ballot as a candidate for President.
Given previous rulings by Judge Malihi in the Obama case, many had assumed things might go badly for the acting president. Yet the judge’s 10 page decision could hardly have done more to accommodate defendant Obama and his attorney, especially in light of their having ignored court orders, subpoenas and the hearing itself.
And many of those who have reviewed Judge Malihi’s decision find it to be supported by neither fact nor law.
Of the statements made by the judge in his decision, the following are among the most objectionable to legal observers:
1.)     “This decision is entirely based on the law, as well as the evidence and legal arguments presented at the hearing.” (page 3)
In actuality there was NO evidence “presented at the hearing,” in response to subpoenas or submitted pre-trial upon which Judge Malihi could base his decision, as Barack Obama provided nothing, either in documentary or verbal form. Yet Malihi states “the following FACTS are considered: 1.) Mr. Obama was born in the United States; 2.) Mr. Obama’s mother was a citizen of the United States at the time of his birth…” (my caps) (page 6)
From what evidence placed in the court record did Malihi obtain these “facts?” No one seems to know.
2.)     “The Court finds the decision and analysis of Arkeny [sic] persuasive.” (page 7)
Ankeny (misspelled throughout the decision by Malihi) was a 2009, Indiana case brought by two plaintiffs who claimed Obama was not qualified to be president on the same grounds as used by at least one plaintiff in the Georgia case—Obama was NOT a “natural born citizen” as required by Article ll, Section l of the US Constitution.
In deciding the case against the plaintiff Ankeny, the Indiana State Court made glaring errors both in statutory construction and by completely misinterpreting Minor v. Happersett, the 1875 Supreme Court case which defined “natural born citizen.” Yet in his own words, Judge Malihi finds the reasoning and decision of the Indiana state court “persuasive.”
3.)     “For the purposes of this analysis, this Court considered that President Barack Obama was born in the United States. Therefore, as discussed in Arkeny [sic], he became a citizen at birth and is a natural born citizen.” (page 10)
“This Court CONSIDERED?” When all is said and done, courts don’t “consider” rulings or decisions, they MAKE them! Why did Judge Malihi not state that he FOUND Obama to have been born in the United States? Why does he simply “consider” it? Was this his way of protecting or excusing himself for the complete lack of evidence upon which this “consideration” was based?
And why does Malihi find it necessary to wield the Ankeny case before him like a sword? Could it be that, as he possessed no evidence upon which a decision could honestly be made, he was in desperate need of some “legal” excuse—ANY legal excuse– to provide grounds for his “consideration?”
Had it been honestly delivered, Michael Malihi’s “decision” should have been phrased in the following manner:
This Court considers it OK that Barack Obama be included on the Georgia presidential primary ballot because I’ve heard that a judge in an Indiana state court thinks it’s alright.
Over the next days, “Coach is Right” (and Western Journalism) will present specifics of Judge Malihi’s decision in order to determine its legal authority and susceptibility to successful appeal. And Attorney Mark Hatfield has already declared his intention to appeal.

Elections Between One Candidate?

Hmmm. As of now, Putin is only the Prime Minister of Russia. He is one of the candidates for President in the next elections. There are others as well. The elections are about a month away.
But the rector knows who the elections are for.
One of the FB comments in Russian under the photo said, with the typical dark humor born and refined in the years of Communism: “If you are electing another person, you are not voting in the same elections, apparently.”
Ha ha. Funny, right? These things happen in Russia. They know in advance who is going to win.
Not only in Russia. Here in the US too.
For example, Newsmax knew 2 days in advance that Romney will win the Nevada caucuses. The article was published online on February 2, and then pulled out quickly. Then it was republished 2 days later under a new date. Even with the changed date, the time of the article, 8:40pm in Florida (6:40pm in Nevada), makes it impossible for anyone to know if Romney won. (The first results started coming at 7pm.)

The article claims that the caucus in Nevada was “quiet.” But there was nothing quiet about it in reality. The article mentions nothing about the broadcasted vote count at the Adelson precinct in Clark County. While it says that Romney won (past tense), the article gives no specific numbers. Also, when it lists the number of delegates each of the candidates has so far, the number given to Ron Paul is 4. A very serious mistake. (Ron Paul won 7 delegates in Iowa, and 3 in New Hampshire.)
In reality, what Newsmax did was no different from the announcement of the Russian rector above: “In two days, the Nevada GOP will be voting for the candidate for Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney. If you are voting for another person, you are not participating in the same caucus.” Typical Communist tactics. Newsmax should change its name to News Marx.

Right-leaning radio host Mark Levin launched a scathing attack on Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney today, labeling the former Massachusetts governor “sleazy” and “poisonous.”

On his Facebook page today, Levin tells Romney, “Conservatives have had enough of your sleazy campaign tactics.”
Levin pointed to a CNN report, which noted that in the wake of Rick Santorum’s three-state sweep yesterday in presidential primaries and caucuses, Romney would be taking a tougher approach with the former Pennsylvania senator, looking to paint him as a Washington insider.

The contest for the Republican presidential nomination has ignited with a feud between potential rivals Rick Santorum and Sarah Palin, who described him as a "knuckle-dragging Neanderthal".
The exchanges dominated the first day of the Conservative Political Action Conference, an annual gathering of Republican conservatives in Washington.
This year's event offers a chance to hear most of the likely candidates, with the exception of Palin and former Arkansas governor Mike Huckabee.
Santorum, a former Pennsylvania senator, hinted that Palin was not attending for financial reasons – she commands six-figure fees for making speeches but would not be paid by CPAC – and because she was too busy being a mother.
He said: "I have a feeling she has some demands on her time. And a lot of them have financial benefits attached to them. So I'm sure that she's doing what's best for her and her family."
Asked if he would have turned down the CPAC invitation, he said no. "I'm not the mother to all these kids. And I don't have other responsibilities, like she has, other opportunities that she has. Other business opportunities that may be in conflict with what she's been asked to do."

The sniping by Santorum is the second time recently that a Palin rival has criticised her. Another of the potential candidates, Tim Pawlenty, the former governor of Minnesota, said he would not have used a crosshairs image, as Palin had done, to target areas held by Democrats such as Gabrielle Giffords, the Democratic congresswoman shot in Tucson last month.
Palin has a huge following and, as the best-known of the candidates, her rivals know they must eat into her popularity.
Palin, speaking on Fox News, denied she was not attending because she is not being paid or because she was too tied up being a mother. "Just because I'm a mom that does not mean that I didn't want to be there," she said. "I'm the proud mother of five‚ my kids don't hold me back from attending a conference."
She described Santorum as uninformed, adding: "I will not call him the knuckle-dragging Neanderthal. I'll let his wife call him that instead."
Santorum later backtracked, saying he never meant to insult Palin but was just pointing out she is a busy person.
Palin did not attend the CPAC conference last year either, after reportedly falling out with one of its senior officials.
But her non-appearance angered some of the attendees on Thursday, with some seeing it as a snub and others expressing indifference.
Jeff Jackson from Austin, Texas said: "I think it will damage her. She seems kind of flaky – on again, off again."
Her failure to turn up indicated she was not serious about seeking the nomination, he said.

States Nullification Can Stop Unconstitutional Federal Laws

How many of you are familiar with the term ‘state nullification’?
Basically, state nullification is the power of the states to refuse to enact any federal law that is unconstitutional.
It is based upon the facts that the states existed prior to the Union, the people and not the government is sovereign. Since the people are the ones that are sovereign, they hold the power to restrain the federal government when it is determined that the federal government’s actions are dubious or unconstitutional.
The last paragraph of the Declaration of Independence states,

“We, therefore, the Representatives of the united States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare, That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the State of Great Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.”

Please take note of the bolded line and the power it gives the states.

In 1791, Congress ratified the adopted the Bill of Rights which contained the first ten amendments to the US Constitution. The Tenth Amendment reads,

“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

'Judge Malihi's ruling is....contrary to the ruling of the US Supreme Court'

An administrative law judge in Georgia who held hearings on citizens’ complaints that Barack Obama isn’t eligible to be president and so shouldn’t be on the 2012 presidential ballot in the state failed to follow U.S. Supreme Court precedent, according to one of the attorneys representing clients bringing the complaints.
Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp today adopted without elaboration the recommendation from Judge Michael Malihi, who concluded without evidence from Obama that he was born in Hawaii, which makes him native born, which is the same as the “natural born” required by the Constitution of presidents.

Appeals of the decision already are in the works, the attorneys say. One, J. Mark Hatfield, representing,
Carl Swensson and Kevin Richard Powell, told WND he had expected Kemp to rubber-stamp whatever Malihi wrote.
He did. His determination today, without mentioning any of the controversy or questions that remain, said he “formally adopts the initial decision of the ALJ.”
Hatfield said the good thing about the decision is that it came quickly, and the attorneys can escalate the arguments to the appellate level now well in advance of the March 6 Super Tuesday primaries, in which Georgia takes part.
He said he wrote to Kemp as the process was developing, outlining several failings on the part of the ALJ, and he confirmed some of those issues now are being prepared for presentation to the appellate level.
“I will be filing that on behalf of Carl Swensson and Kevin Richard Powell just as soon as I can get it drafted,” he told WND.
Citizens raising concerns include David Farrar, Leah Lax, Thomas Malaren and Laurie Roth, represented by Orly Taitz; David Weldon represented by attorney Van R. Irion of Liberty Legal Foundation; and Carl Swensson and Kevin Richard Powell, represented by J. Mark Hatfield. Cody Judy is raising a challenge because he also wants to be on the ballot.

Shocker for GOP on Rubio eligibility

Stunning number of Republicans believe he's not a natural-born citizen.

WASHINGTON – When it comes to the personal appeal of Republican Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida, there are few new faces on the national political scene with better skills. A Hispanic with a quick wit and a faster smile, he is a happy warrior who refuses to accept the liberal premise that government is the answer to all questions.

So, naturally, some Republicans have already put him on the short list for vice president in the 2012 election. Given the already large and growing political influence of Florida in presidential politics, this makes sense. But it turns out he has an eligibility problem not unlike that of Barack Obama.
The latest WND/Wenzel poll shows that Americans harbor serious doubts about Rubio on the ticket, which could shake GOP insiders to their core. Just 45 percent said they believe that, under the U.S. Constitution, a child born to parents who are not U.S. citizens is a natural born citizen of the United States. Such is the situation with Rubio. Another 43 percent said they believe someone in his situation is clearly not qualified for this reason, while 12 percent said they were unsure on the question.
Asked specifically whether they would vote for any candidate for president who was not constitutionally eligible to serve, just 15 percent said they would go ahead and vote for such candidate, presumably because other factors would weigh more heavily in their minds. Another 64 percent said they could not vote for such a candidate, while 21 percent said they were unsure on the question. What this shows is that, should Rubio be elevated to the Republican ticket, he could actually be a drag rather than the asset most pundits perceived him to be. In other words, for all of his political appeal and skills, choosing Rubio to join the ticket could be political suicide.

States prepare brakes on citizen-detention option

State and local officials in surging numbers are telling Washington they simply won’t cooperate with any plans to detain Americans the federal government may choose to describe as “belligerents.”
The issue centers on provisions in the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012, signed by President Obama, for the indefinite and rights-free detention of those Washington cites as belligerents, whether American citizens or not.

WND reported when Rep. Daniel P. Gordon Jr. immediately drafted a resolution in the Rhode Island legislature to express opposition to the sections of the NDAA “that suspend habeas corpus and civil liberties.”
Now the Tenth Amendment Center confirms that the resistance to the federal bureaucracy is catching on.
The instruction manual on how to restore America to what it once was: “Taking America Back.” This package also includes the “Tea Party at Sea.”
“Sources close to the Tenth Amendment Center say as many as 10 states will consider legislation or resolutions in response to the detention provisions in section 1021 and 1022 of the NDAA,” the organization is reporting. “Lawmakers in Rhode Island and Washington will likely introduce resolutions authored by the Rhode Island Liberty Coalition within the next week. Additionally, local governments, including Fremont County, Colo. and El Paso County, Colo., have passed resolution condemning the detention provisions.”
Tenth Amendment Center executive director Michael Boldin commented that “federal politicians never seem to repeal federal law.”
“It’s going to take ‘We the People’ in our states to stand up and say, ‘No!’ to this unconstitutional monster,” he said

A US Army officer has accused the American military of painting a misleading picture of progress in the war in Afghanistan while glossing over the Kabul government’s many failings.
Lieutenant Colonel Daniel Davis deliberately broke ranks with the official portrayal of the war after spending a year in the country, issuing a grim assessment and accusing his superiors of covering up the harsh realities that plague the mission.
“What I saw bore no resemblance to rosy official statements by US military leaders about conditions on the ground,” Davis wrote in an article published in Armed Forces Journal, a private newspaper not affiliated with the Pentagon.
“Instead, I witnessed the absence of success on virtually every level,” he wrote under the headline, “Truth, Lies And Afghanistan: How military leaders have let us down.”
Local Afghan government officials are failing to serve the Afghan population and their security forces are reluctant to fight insurgents or are colluding with the Taliban, he wrote.

Obama Cuts Hazard Pay for Soldiers Serving in Harm’s Way

They will now only get the $7.50 daily proration for the individual days they are actually serving in harm’s way instead of for the whole month. (DOD)
Barack Obama cut pay for military men and women serving in harm’s way starting this month.
The Army Times reported:

Starting this month, some troops will begin receiving less Imminent Danger Pay when a new policy takes effect that will prorate the standard $225 monthly IDP stipend.
Under the new policy, troops will be paid only for the actual days they spend in the danger pay location, defense officials said Thursday.
Under the previous policy, troops who spent any portion of the month in a danger pay location received danger pay for the entire month.
The proration amounts to $7.50 per day. So, for example, if a service member spends only 7 days of the month in Afghanistan, he or she will have only $52.50 in Imminent Danger Pay added to their paycheck.

Romney is GOP holdout on personhood pledge

A leader in the pro-life community says he doubts former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney’s pro-life credentials, because the candidate for the GOP nomination for president never has stopped flip-flopping on the issue.

While campaigning for governor in 2002, Romney said he would “preserve and protect” a woman’s right to choose.
He later said his views had changed, and Rev. Rob Schenck, president of the National Clergy Council, a nationwide network of conservative pastors from all Christian traditions, endorsed him, saying, “When I asked Gov. Romney pointedly about his personal view on abortion, he told me he believes every intentional abortion is an immoral end to a human life. He is clearly pro-life.”
Columnist Ann Coulter has vigorously defended Romney’s pro-life conversion. In a recent column, Coulter said, “Romney changed his mind on abortion – not when it was politically advantageous, but when it mattered. As governor of liberal, pro-choice Massachusetts, he vetoed an embryonic stem cell bill and ‘worked closely’ with Massachusetts Citizens for Life.”
But despite these assurances, Keith Mason, president of Personhood USA, has said he believes Romney wants to have the best of both worlds in order to win the moderate vote.

The personhood movement is based on a statement in the 1973 Roe vs. Wade ruling, the Supreme Court decision that legalized abortion throughout America. Prior to the decision, abortion had been a state issue.
Writing for the majority in Roe vs. Wade, Justice Harry Blackmun said the case would collapse if “the fetus is a person,” as the unborn’s “right to life would then be guaranteed by the Constitution.”

The personhood movement is an attempt to have the unborn child declared a person and thus entitled to protection under the 14th Amendment.
Personhood USA has asked the candidates of both parties to sign a “Personhood Pledge” which states in part, “I stand with President Ronald Reagan in supporting ‘the unalienable personhood of every American, from the moment of conception until natural death,’ and with the Republican Party platform in affirming that I ‘support a human life amendment to the Constitution, and endorse legislation to make clear that the 14th Amendment protections apply to unborn children.’”
To date Romney and Barack Obama are the only candidates that have not signed the pledge.
Romney also has refused to attend three pro-life events where candidates were questioned about their position.

The Iranian government, through a website proxy, has laid out the legal and religious justification for the destruction of Israel and the slaughter of its people.

The doctrine includes wiping out Israeli assets and Jewish people worldwide.
Calling Israel a danger to Islam, the conservative website Alef, with ties to Iran’s supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, said the opportunity must not be lost to remove “this corrupting material. It is a ‘jurisprudential justification” to kill all the Jews and annihilate Israel, and in that, the Islamic government of Iran must take the helm.”
The article, written by Alireza Forghani, a conservative analyst and a strategy specialist in Khamenei’s camp, now is being run on most state-owned conservative sites, including the Revolutionary Guards’ Fars News Agency, showing that the regime endorses this doctrine.
Because Israel is going to attack Iran’s nuclear facilities, Iran is justified in launching a pre-emptive, cataclysmic attack against the Jewish state, the doctrine argues.
On Friday, in a major speech at prayers, Khamenei announced that Iran will support any nation or group that attacks the “cancerous tumor” of Israel. Though his statement was seen by some in the West as fluff, there is substance behind it.
Iran’s Defense Ministry announced this weekend that it test-fired an advanced two-stage, solid-fuel ballistic missile and boasted about successfully putting a new satellite into orbit, reminding the West that its engineers have mastered the technology for intercontinental ballistic missiles even as the Islamic state pushes its nuclear weapons program.

The commander of the Revolutionary Guards, Brig. Gen. Seyyed Mehdi Farahi, stated in August that the Safir missile, which is capable of transporting a satellite into space, can easily be launched parallel to the earth’s orbit, which will transform it into an intercontinental ballistic missile. Western analysts didn’t believe this would happen until 2015. Historically, orbiting a satellite is the criterion for crediting a nation with ICBM capability.
Forghani details the Islamic duty of jihad as laid out in the Quran for the sake of Allah and states that “primary jihad,” according to some Shiite jurists, can only occur when the Hidden Imam, the Shiites’ 12th Imam Mahdi, returns. Shiites believe Mahdi’’s return will usher in Armageddon.
In the absence of the hidden Imam, Forghani says, “defensive jihad” could certainly take place when Islam is threatened, and Muslims must defend Islam and kill their enemies. To justify such action, Alef quotes the Shiites’ first imam, Ali, who stated “Waging war against the enemies with whom war is inevitable and there is a strong possibility that in near future they will attack Muslims is a must and the duty of Muslims.”
The article then quotes the Quran (Albaghara 2:191-193): “And slay them wherever ye find them, and drive them out of the places whence they drove you out, for persecution [of Muslims] is worse than slaughter [of non-believers] … and fight them until persecution is no more, and religion is for Allah.”
It is the duty for all Muslims to participate in this defensive jihad, Forghani says. A fatwa by the late Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini made it clear that any political domination by infidels over Muslims authorizes Muslims to defend Islam by all means. Iran now has the ICBM means to deliver destruction on Israel and soon will have nuclear warheads for those missiles.

Thus new citizens may be born or they may be created by naturalization.

The Constitution does not, in words, say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common-law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners. Some authorities go further and include as citizens children born within the jurisdiction without reference to the citizenship of their [p168] parents. As to this class there have been doubts, but never as to the first. For the purposes of this case it is not necessary to solve these doubts. Christian women report being assaulted after arrests

BOSTON – Saudi Arabian authorities are adding sexual assault to their routine for processing prisoners when they are Christian women, according to a new report that is imploring the international community to pressure the restrictive Islamic nation on basic human rights.
International Christian Concern’s Jonathan Racho says the 35 women prisoners were arrested for meeting for a prayer time, and they are reporting that they were molested.

“The female prisoners have told us about how they were sexually harassed. When the Saudis arrested them, they knew the Ethiopians were Christians,” Racho said.
“They took off the women’s clothes and touched them. When the strip searching was going on, the officers were touching the women,” Racho said.
Racho adds that some of the details are graphic.
“They were using gloves to strip search and they were putting their fingers into their genitals,” Racho said.
“This is a very, very serious accusation of harassment and we want the international community to look into this,” Racho said. “The Saudis have to stop harassing these Christians.”

On Friday, February 3, 2012 the death knell of America the Beautiful tolled across the fifty states and around the world. An administrative judge in the state of Georgia rewrote the Constitution and ruled in favor of putative president Barack Hussein Obama declaring him a Natural Born Citizen and eligible to be on their state ballot.

Our rule of law is no more. Our Constitution is no more. Obama, Soros, state media, activist judges and all the ‘powers that be’ of a New World Order sealed our fate. The United States is a land of liberty no more.

When Georgia State Judge Michael M. Malihi released his shocking ruling we were stunned. This couldn’t possibly be true. On the eve of the hearing Obama’s lawyers had written a thinly- veiled threat letter to Brian Kemp, GA Secretary of State, demanding that Kemp stop Judge Malahi from moving forward with the three lawsuits challenging Obama’s eligibility to be on the state ballot. This letter followed another sent days earlier by Obama’s Atlanta attorney Michael Jablonski to Judge Malihi demanding he stop the January 26th hearing and advised the GA judge that Obama would not be attending anyway citing it would interfere with the president’s duties. Malihi replied quickly to the first letter: the hearing would go on. SOS Kemp responded within 2 hours of receiving his letter stating, “…if you and your client choose to suspend your participation in the OSAH proceedings, please understand that you do so at your own peril.”

At the very least when Obama or his lawyers failed to show up in court a default judgement, earlier considered by the judge, should have denied Obama’s placement on the ballot. Not only did Malihi rule in favor of Obama he completely destroyed the credibility of the plaintiffs, their lawyers, witnesses and evidence that the judge found “unpersuasive.”

Shortly after the devastating ruling, Constitutional Attorney Mario Apuzzo, wrote an editorial entitled, “All That Is Wrong with Georgia State Judge Michael M. Malihi’s Decision.” http:// puzo1.blogspot.com/2012/02/all-that-is-wrong-with-georgia-state.htmlParagraph 2 reads, “The Court held: “For purposes of this analysis, this Court considered that President Barack Obama was born in the United States. Therefore, as discussed in Arkeny [sic meant Ankeny], he became a citizen at birth and is a natural born citizen.”

Paragraph 4: The court did not engage in its own thoughtful and reasoned analysis of the meaning of an Article II “natural born Citizen,” but rather relied only upon Ankeny v. Governor of the State of Indiana, 916 N.E.2d 678 (Ind. Ct.App. 2009), transfer denied, 929 N.E.2d 789 (2010), a state-court decision which erred in how it defined a “natural born Citizen.”

This little known ruling that was undoubtably proffered up by Obama’s dream team of lawyers piqued my curiosity. Why Indiana? Indiana was setting up a fail-safe system to steal the election for Obama: “A Marion County judge has ruled that White should be replaced by Democrat Vop Osili, the man he defeated by about 300,000 votes in the November 2010 election, but that ruling is on hold pending an appeal. Attorney Karen Celestino-Horseman, who watched the trial and spoke on behalf of Indiana Democrats following the verdict, said the party believes White’s conviction further affirms that Osili should be secretary of state. “(White) has been convicted, but the judge has left it open for misdemeanor sentencing. That’s something that’s going to have to be examined,” she said. During his closing arguments, assistant special prosecutor Dan Sigler Jr. argued that White knew that he was committing voter fraud but did it anyway for political power. “If we aren’t going to enforce election law against the secretary of state of Indiana, who are we going to enforce it against?” Sigler said.”

DNC Refuses to Remove Obama From Presidential Ballot

Most of us Patriots want to believe once Judge Malihi makes a decision based upon the rule of law that Obama is no longer eligible to be on the Georgia State Ballot. Once he does this, it will be THE END of it; period. This will NOT be the end of it and here is why. In 2008, a Pennsylvania Judge ruled Obama to be removed from the Presidential Ballot and the DNC refused to oblige the judge’s order. Do we really believe the Democrats will follow the “Rule of Law?” Did they oblige to the law when Judge Malihi called the Court in Session in January to hear arguments and merits of this case? Do we really believe once the order comes down against Obama that the Democrats will just shrug their shoulders and say, oh well and comply with the order?
How many Laws of our Nation have the Democrats decided to break already between 2008 and 2012? Do YOU think that one little judge in Georgia is going to prevent these Communists from putting Obama on the Georgia Ballot? Well, think again because the DNC did not listen to the judge in Pennsylvania in 2008 and they will surely not listen to the Georgia Judge in 2012! In fact, the track record of the Democratic Party is abysmal for adhering to the laws set forth in our US Constitution and our Supreme Court. The ONLY time the Democrats care about the Law is when it HANDCUFFS Patriots and Republicans. How much does their disregard for believing and supporting our Constitution make you FEEL? It Make my BLOOD BOIL!!!

Iran Vows Support to Anyone Confronting ‘Cancerous’ Israel

(AP) — Iran will help any nation or group that confronts the “cancer” Israel, the Islamic Republic’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said Friday.
He also said in remarks delivered to worshippers at prayers in Tehran and broadcast on state TV that the country would continue its controversial nuclear program, and warned that any military strike by the U.S. would only make Iran stronger.

Khamenei also warned that Tehran would reveal a letter that it says U.S. President Barack Obama sent the Iranian leadership in an attempt to end the nuclear stand-off. He said it shows that the Americans cannot be trusted. The White House has denied that such a letter exists.
Iranian officials have consistently reacted defiantly to indications by the U.S. and Israel that they might at some point take military action against Iranian nuclear facilities.

Any statement by Iran’s Supreme Leader, who has final say on all matters of state, makes it all the more unlikely that Tehran will switch tack.
Khamenei affirmed that Iran had assisted militant groups like the Lebanese Hezbollah and the Palestinian Hamas – a well-known policy, but one that Iranian leaders rarely state explicitly.
“We have intervened in anti-Israel matters, and it brought victory in the 33-day war by Hezbollah against Israel in 2006, and in the 22-day war” between Hamas and Israel in the Gaza Strip, he said.

Imprisoned Taliban Leaders Being Sent to Qatar, Future Home of Taliban Office

Reports are leaking from Washington that a high ranking White House official met with 8 senators on Tuesday, to brief them on plans to send some of the Taliban leaders being currently imprisoned at Guantánamo Bay, to jails in the Arab nation of Qatar.
The senators that were briefed included four Democrats (Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, Senate Intelligence Committee co-head Dianne Feinstein, Senate Armed Services co-chief Carl Levin, Senate Foreign Relations Committee co-leader John Kerry) and four Republicans (Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, Senate Intelligence Committee co-head Saxby Chambliss, Senate Armed Services chief John McCain, Senate Foreign Relations Committee co-leader Richard Lugar).

No one’s stopping him from giving more money to the government if he wants to. Just do it and quit talking about it!
There is not a single word in the Bible that directs the State to confiscate money from the rich to enlarge the power and authority of civil government. Governments can’t follow the Golden Rule. Government doesn’t have any money to be gracious with. You can’t love your neighbor with someone else’s money. If I stole money from a rich person and gave it to a poor person, I would not be following the Golden Rule. President Obama wants to be benevolent with someone else’s money.
In biblical terms, the State is a minister of justice not a dispenser of benevolence (Rom. 13:1–4).

Jesus challenges the Rich Young Ruler to give his money to the poor not to Rome.

“Looking at him, Jesus felt a love for him and said to him, ‘One thing you lack: go and sell all you possess and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow Me’” (Mark 10:21).

If the Roman government had taxed this young man and given his confiscated money to the poor, then what the man lacked would not have been challenged.
President Obama went on to say, “For me as a Christian, it also coincides with Jesus’ teaching that for unto whom much is given, much shall be required” (Luke 12:48). Notice that Jesus did not say “much shall be required by the State.”

Jesus was a Jew. There was no income tax under the Old Covenant. A sign of civil tyranny was a ten percent tax (1 Sam. 8). Rome heavily taxed its citizens and subjects. Is the President saying that he’s a modern-day Caesar and our government is like that of Rome? He may not be saying it, but that’s what it’s become.
Gleaning is the closest thing the Bible comes to in requiring the prosperous to help the poor (Lev. 19:9-10; 23:22; Deut. 24:19-21.). But gleaning is hard work. The owners of fields, vineyards, or orchards were not required to harvest the leftover grain. If the poor wanted to eat, they had to work for it. Paul most likely had these passages in mind when he wrote to the Thessalonians, “Don’t you remember the rule we had when we lived with you? ‘If you don’t work, you don’t eat’” (2 Thess. 3:10).
Wealth redistribution today is punitive; it’s about punishing the rich, not helping the poor. The rich don’t hoard their money. They loan it, invest it, and spend it. It’s these actions that help the less prosperous.
Government instituted poverty programs have only created more poor people, making them dependent on the State and less human.

Citing the Afghanistan strategy review, Vice President Joe Biden reported "great progress" in the counterterrorism effort that has significantly degraded al-Qaeda and the Taliban, particularly their leadership. Lagging behind, he said, is progress on the counterinsurgency front – eliminating terrorist safe havens in Pakistan and building a stable Afghan government.

However, not once did Biden – nor Defense Secretary Leon Panetta -- mention Afghanistan's dirty secret – a large number of pedophiles and pederasts among the Afghan male population.

Pedophilia is a widely-accepted practice in southern Afghanistan, where "boys are given to older men for the sexual gratification of the elder and the sexual education of the child," say many returning U.S. troops.

Afghans say pedophilia is most prevalent among Pashtun men in the south who comprise Afghanistan's most important tribe.

When U.S. officials such as President Barack Obama, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Defense Secretary Leon Panetta discuss the war in Afghanistan and make claims of success in that fledgling democracy, one issue that's avoided is the widespread sexual intercourse between Afghan men and young boys. In non- diplomatic terms, Afghanistan is a haven for child rape, according to several American military officers just returning from the frontlines of the Global War on Terrorism.

In a country that is considered overly repressive due to its adherence to the precepts contained in the Muslim religion's Koran, it's difficult for American service members and diplomats to understand the fact that a large portion of the Afghan male population are pedophiles (adults who enjoy sexual contact with prepubescent children) or pederasts (adults who enjoy sexual relations with pubescent or post-pubescent children).

While Muslims in Iraq have on several occasions stoned homosexuals for their sexual activities, not all Muslims believe pedophilia is a violation of Sharia law. Those who believe in the sacredness and infallibility of the Koran adhere to the teaching that women are sub-human and quasi-slaves, and therefore Muslim men will look for relationships -- even sexual relationships -- with others of their own gender.

According to Reuters, there is a lot of homosexuality going on in Afghanistan, but those engaging in it don't think of themselves as gay, so that makes it okay since Islam officially disapproves of the gay and lesbian lifestyle.

"They regard themselves as non-gay because they don’t “love” the sex object so Allah is happy. These are the men who avoid their wives as unclean. Apparently there is very little love of any kind in Afghanistan, which explains a lot," according to Reuters.

“Having a boy has become a custom for us,” Ena Yatullah, a 42-year-old in Baghlan province, told a Reuters reporter. “Whoever wants to show off should have a boy.” [. . .]

Sociologists and anthropologists say the problem results from a perverse interpretation of Islamic law. Women are simply unapproachable. Afghans cannot talk to an unrelated woman until after proposing marriage. Before then, they can't even look at a woman, except perhaps her feet. Otherwise she is covered, head to ankle, according to columnist Joel Brinkley, a professor of journalism at Stanford University, and a former Pulitzer Prize-winning foreign correspondent for the New York Times.

Given the testimony from today’s court case in Georgia, Obama has a lot of explaining to do. His attorney, Jablonski, was a NO SHOW as of course, was Obama.
The following is a nutshell account of the proceedings.

Promptly at 9am EST, all attorneys involved in the Obama Georgia eligibility case were called to the Judge’s chambers. This was indeed a very interesting beginning to this long awaited and important case.
The case revolved around the Natural Born clause of the constitution and whether or not Obama qualifies under it to serve. More to the point, if found ineligible, Obama’s name would not appear on the 2012 ballot in Georgia.
With the small courtroom crowded, several in attendance could be seen fanning themselves with pamphlets as they waited for the return of the attorneys and the appearance of the judge.
Obama himself, who had been subpoenaed to appear, of course was nowhere near Georgia. Instead, Obama was on a campaign swing appearing in Las Vegas and in Colorado ignoring the court in Georgia.
Over the last several weeks, Obama’s attorney, Michael Jablonski, had attempted several tactics to keep this case from moving forward. He first tried to have it dismissed, then argued that it was irrelevant to Obama. After that, Jablonski argued that a state could not, under the law, determine who would or would not be on a ballot and later, that Obama was simply too busy with the duties of office to appear.
After all these arguments were dispatched by the Georgia court, Jablonski, in desperation, wrote to the Georgia Secretary of State attempting to place Obama above the law and declared that the case was not to he heard and neither he nor his client would participate.

Cite Obama with contempt, lawyers urge

A Georgia resident contending Barack Obama is ineligible for the state’s 2012 presidential election ballot is asking that a court cite him with contempt.
In a motion filed in the case pending before Georgia Administrative Law Judge Michael Malihi, attorney Van Irion, representing David P. Weldon, urged the court not to overlook the fact that Obama had been subpoenaed for last week’s hearing. Obama’s attorney, he pointed out, acknowledged the subpoena by asking that it be quashed. But when the judge refused his request, he but told a state elections official he would not participate.

“Plaintiff Weldon moves this court to refer an order for contempt to the Superior Court for confirmation that defendant Obama is in contempt of court,” the motions says. “Grounds for this motion are that defendant Obama willfully defied this court’s order to appear and testify during this court’s hearing of January 26.”
The motion explains that when Malihi refused to quash the subpoena, Obama and his attorney, Michael Jablonski, “requested that the Secretary of State [Brian Kemp] halt the proceedings. … The letter ended with a statement that the defendant and his attorney would suspend all further participation in the proceedings of this court pending response.”

But after Kemp confirmed later that day that the hearing would continue and said that failing to participate “would be at the defendant’s peril,” Obama and his lawyer still refused to attend.
The letter from Obama’s lawyer to the state official, “coupled with the defendant’s willful refusal to comply with an order of this court, represent a direct threat to the rule of law,” the motion says. “The … actions represent a direct threat to the entire judicial branch and the separation of powers.”

Willfully ignoring a court subpoena is “unprecedented,” Irion writes. “While past presidents have litigated against subpoenas, in every case those presidents acknowledged and respected the authority of the judicial branch. … In the instant case the defendant did not appeal to a higher court, and instead instructed the Secretary of State that he would not participate. … When the Secretary of State refused to act in an unlawful manner the defendant ignored the Secretary of State, violated an order of this court, and apparently instructed his attorney to act in a manner that violates the professional rules of conduct of this state.”
Obama’s action, he says, “amounts to no less than a declaration of total dictatorial authority. Such declaration cannot go without response from this court. Failure to respond to the defendant’s contumacious conduct would amount to an admission that this court and the judicial branch as a whole do not have the authority granted to them under articles III and IV of the Constitution.”
Irion, representing Weldon, and several other attorneys argued before Malihi last week to have Obama’s name stricken from the Georgia state ballot.

Gingrich enters the Nevada Caucus after getting beat by Mitt Romney in Florida. He has spent the day in campaigning in Reno.
Last year, Trump decided not to run for the GOP nomination after attacking President Barack Obama over the validity of his birth certificate.

This is the simmering issue that must be resolved because a large number of us will not support a candidate that we believe is not eligible under the US Constitution.
The only way this gets solved is when a court rules on the definition of Natural Born Citizen, and they hear arguments based on the merit of the case and not about standing and other side issues.

Not-Romney Wins Again

In the fourth consecutive nominating state election for the 2012 Republican presidential candidacy, Not-Romney made it four wins in a row. In Florida, a swing state with a higher percentage of moderate voters than previous states, Romney still lost. Not-Romney has won each state with the following percentages: Iowa 75%, New Hampshire 61%, South Carolina 72%, and Florida 54%. Conservatives still dominate the Republican electorate.
The problem is there is no candidate named Not-Romney. The sooner conservatives understand this the more likely a conservative will win the nomination. The conservative voters have split their vote for four consecutive primaries. If you are a conservative voter, you need to decide whether you want your vote to be a vote for victory. A protest vote or a vote for a candidate just because you like them best is just another vote in the minority and is a vote for conservatives to lose. Don't throw away your vote. Vote to defeat the elites and elect a conservative.
The growing frustration between the larger conservative base and the Republican establishment elites is growing palpable. And there are folks who are deciding that they are no longer going to give support to those currently in power and will bow out of the process. Just read the comments sections of your favorite conservative website for a few examples. That does not bode well for the general election.

A nominee more conservative than Romney can still win. But it has to be one candidate. And the consolidation has to happen now. If they want to defeat Romney, conservatives have to unite and vote for the conservative who will actually defeat Romney.

Republican presidential candidate Newt Gingrich has come under fire for his comments that Muslims running for public office in the United States should denounce Sharia law.
Not surprising, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) instantly blasted Gingrich for his comment. They claim that Americans should be tolerant and understanding of the Islamic religion and their beliefs.
Andrea Lafferty, president of Traditional Values Coalition, responded to CAIR’s attack on Gingrich saying,

“What CAIR fails to mention in their cries for religious freedom is the utter lack of reciprocation sharia law shows for its victims. It does not respect all humans equally, it favors men over women, [and] it’s abusive towards religious minorities [and] people who choose to leave Islam.
“They persecute you if you are Christian; service people aren’t allowed to have Bibles and wear crosses and that kind of thing when they’re over there, let alone citizens in Saudi Arabia. And in Egypt, [Nigeria, and Sudan,] Christians are being killed.”

Ohio GOP Wants to Shut Out TEA Party

Ohio Republicans are rewriting the rules in an attempt to exclude TEA Party members from being members of the State Central Committee. As I’ve written a number of times, Establishment Republicans want Democrats out of office so they can spend our confiscated tax dollars their way.
Republicans haven’t been that concerned about spending limits, deficits, and long-term liabilities. In fact, they have used the looseness of the rules to pay their political benefactors with payouts to keep them in power. The Democrats are honest about their payouts; Republicans have learned to lie well.
We’re seeing how the RINOs want to take their Party back. Romney operatives, with the help of McCain and Dole, are trying to redistrict Allen West out of his seat.

Soros: Obama, Romney ‘Not Much Difference’

Billionaire financier George Soros thinks that, if Mitt Romney wins the presidency, there will be "little difference" between him and Barack Obama in the White House.

Soros offered the reassuring news to liberals across Europe during an interview this week in Davos, Switzerland.

As policymakers from Hong Kong to Canada pressed Greece and its creditors to strike a deal to cut the nation’s debt, Soros pressed in on GOP presidential candidate Romney:

"Well, look, either you’ll have an extremist conservative, be it Gingrich or Santorum, in which case I think it will make a big difference which of the two comes in," Soros told Reuters in a videotaped interview.

"If it’s between Obama and Romney, there isn’t all that much difference except for the crowd that they bring with them."

Soros added, "Romney would have to take Gingrich or Santorum as a vice president and you probably have some pretty extreme candidates for the Supreme Court."

"So it won't be that great a difference," he concluded, if Romney becomes president.

Talk radio host Rush Limbaugh described Soros' move this way: "He's endorsing Romney. 'Romney, that's cool, no difference, I could go either way that way.'"

Soros also told Reuters that many hedge fund managers in the United States are backing Romney because Obama wants to raise their taxes.

Soros predicted that "there won't be a great deal of enthusiasm on either side of the battleground. It will be more civilized than the previous elections have been.

Obama Attorney Knows Eligibility Hearing Was Disaster For The President

Though we’ll not know the outcome of the Georgia hearing regarding ballot eligibility for the nation’s number 1 undocumented worker until the first part of February, Barack Obama’s high-powered attorney apparently suffered an attack of rapid, shallow breathing just before the courtroom drama was about to unfold.
One day prior to the scheduled hearing before Administrative Judge Michael Malihi, Obama attorney Michael Jablonski addressed both a letter to Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp AND an email, directed to the Secretary via one of the court’s hearing officers, asking Kemp to cancel the hearing.

Georgia law allows “any elector is eligible to vote for a candidate” to file an objection to that candidate’s inclusion on the State ballot. (1)

Such objection filings go to the Secretary of State who makes a determination to either overrule or pass them along to the State Administrative Court for disposition. Michael Malihi was the Administrative Judge to whom a number of these objections were directed by the Secretary and he found them worthy of pursuing in court.

The dozens of similar suits questioning Obama’s eligibility, filed in other venues around the nation were dismissed because the plaintiffs “lacked standing”—that is, were unable to prove direct, personal damage if Obama were to be permitted to remain in or run again for the office he holds.

But Georgia law trumped that defense, throwing Obama and Jablonski into uncharted waters. And forced to follow the new tack of actually having to lawfully and properly PROVE Obama’s eligibility, in the weeks since the original filing, Jablonski had pretty much emptied his quiver on behalf of the acting president.

On January 3^rd his motion for an outright dismissal of the lawsuits was denied by Judge Malihi. And on Friday the 20^th, his motion to quash subpoenas demanding the presence of Obama in the courtroom along with original copies of his Hawaii birth certificate and all Social Security information was denied as well.
But what degree of audacity, arrogance, hutzpah and perhaps downright panic does it require to demand that the Georgia Secretary of State cancel arguably the most anticipated hearing in state history less than 24 hours before its scheduled start? Never mind that it was Secretary Kemp who believed the suits had enough merit
to be explored in the first place!

Jablonski’s letter alternately reads like a threat, a whine and a prayer as he misstates Georgia statute, belittles Judge Malihi, refers to irrelevant previous findings and ultimately states that because he and his revered client are not receiving the absolute acquiescence they so richly deserve at the hands of these minor Georgia officials, they will take their marbles and go home.
Indeed, so much in a dither was the mighty mouthpiece, he actually winds up his petulant epistle by telling Secretary Kemp that he doesn’t have the legal right to inconvenience the president in the first place! “…No law gives the Secretary of State authority to determine the qualifications of someone named by a political party to be on the Presidential Preference Primary ballot,” writes Jablonski. “…The attempt to hold hearings on qualifications which you may not enforce is ultra vires.” (2)

It is not difficult to imagine Jablonski writing these words as he wags a finger in Kemp’s face while threatening to hold his breath until he turns blue!
In his written reply to Jablonski, Kemp briefly corrects the attorney’s incorrect reading of Georgia statute while issuing a friendly though unmistakably direct warning: “…if you and your client choose to suspend your participation in the OSAH proceedings, please understand that you do so at your own peril.” (3)

Obama supporters and other useful idiots around the country are laughing at what they consider the efforts of a backward, Southern state to capture the national spotlight for its 15 minute allowance of fame.
But rest assured that Michael Jablonski does NOT see the humor! And Americans who recognize Barack Hussein Obama for who and what he is might be a fortnight away from breaking news which even the New York Times will be forced to print.

FOX News segment with Sarah Palin abruptly cut off

On FOX News on Saturday, in an interview with Jeanine Pirro, former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin seemed to be abruptly cut off as she talked about how voters did not want to obey what the Republican establishment often tries to force on them. Pirro abruptly cut Palin off and said she had to go to a “hard break” but then promoted another segment. After the commercial break, Palin was no longer on the air.

Palin’s spent a lot of time in the interview criticizing the Republican establishment and pundits (she even referenced FOX News) who wanted to the end the primary process after Tuesday’s Florida primary, which former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney is favored to win. Palin said her answer to them would simply be, “no.”

“That's what I say when I hear pundits on this network and other networks -- gleefully proclaiming that it's all over by Florida -- despite the fact that 47 states, until today have not been able to chime into the process yet,” Palin said. “We see these pundits and politicos and elites in faraway Washington, D.C... telling the electorate that hey, by Florida, it's going to be all wrapped up and we'll have our nominee, and I'm saying, no, don't let that happen because they do need to toughen up, they need to debate these ideas so we elect -- through our nominating process -- the best candidate to come up against Barack Obama and his failed policies.”

Palin reiterated that her answer to “these folks who want to shut it down” after Florida was, “No.”

Palin said she wanted to hear more from Rick Santorum and his fierce criticisms of ObamaCare and, in a reference to Romney, why Republicans should support the “architect of ObamaCare.”
She said she wanted to hear more from Ron Paul about fiscal issues.

She said she wanted to hear more from Gingrich about the Reagan revolution of which Gingrich was a part, and how it “shook up the establishment back then” and how they can do it again.

Palin also said she wanted to hear more from Romney about how he is not ashamed of his personal, financial wealth, especially if he “worked hard for that money in an ethical fashion.”

But Palin saved her most favorable words for Gingrich, who she said came under assault by an establishment that feared an “agent of change.”

“When both party machines are trying to crucify him... you have to rage against the machine to defend our republic,” Palin said. “We need someone engaged in sudden and relentless reform.”

Added Palin: “Rage against the machine, vote for Newt. Annoy a liberal, vote Newt.”

Palin, when speaking about Gingrich’s proposal to have a colony on the moon by the end of the decade and before the Russians and Chinese, also said Gingrich represents an America that had “a notion that America would be first, that we would win, for our psyche, for science.”

“That is what Newt is explaining to the public,” Palin said.
Palin said there was “nothing wrong with grandiose ideas” because every politician on the national stage has them to improve the country.

“I don't think there is anything wrong with dreaming big in our nation because that is how America became an exceptional nation,” Palin said, before adding that Americans have always thought big like winners.

“In a debate, Newt Gingrich would clobber Barack Obama,” Palin said, emphasizing that in a campaign, debates are where ideas and solutions are articulated to the electorate.

Deputies in Knoxville, Tennessee working with Maricopa County Sheriff’s deputies served a search warrant and seized computer and other evidence from the home of Adam Eugene Cox after an investigation into an internet death threat against Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio came to light, according to a report from the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office on Friday.
The 33-year old Cox was arrested Friday and taken into custody on an unrelated arrest warrant for an aggravated assault and is currently being investigated as the prime suspect in the Arpaio death threat investigation.
In that threat, Cox stated Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his family would be killed.

Cox is suspected of becoming angry when Sheriff Arpaio responded to a citizens' complaint regarding President Barack Obama's birth records and questioning of his Constitutional right to hold the office of U.S. President. Upon receiving the criminal complaint, Arpaio stated he would launch an investigation into the validity of Obama's birth documents.

The suspect’s mother confirmed to investigators that her son is a fanatical supporter of Obama. According to Knox County Sheriff’s deputies, Cox has a history of violent hehavior.

Arpaio’s investigation into the Obama birth certificate question has received a fair amount of press coverage since the investigation began late last year. The case is being handled by the Sheriff’s volunteer cold case posse, made up of retired police detectives and lawyers, and at no expense to the taxpayer. Their initial findings are expected to be announced within 30 days, Arpaio says.

Arpaio says, “I will not be intimated against pursuing this investigation into Obama’s eligibility to serve as the President of the United States.”

The case involving Cox is one of numerous death threats made against Arpaio including several different Mexican drug cartels which have threatened the Sheriff’s life and placed a contract nearing $4 million dollars for his execution.

Winning Our Future, a Super PAC supporting Republican presidential candidate Newt Gingrich, has released another attack on rival Mitt Romney’s business practices. A one-minute “trailer” and a 30-second TV ad (see below) that amplify the themes of corporate malfeasance accompany the nearly eight-minute video, “Blood Money.” (The title refers to the fact that a company once partly owned by Bain Capital, Romney’s firm, was found guilty of charging Medicare for unnecessary blood tests.)
We were highly critical of Winning Our Future’s “King of Bain” film, awarding it Four Pinocchios, in part because it focused on business failures in which Romney was only tangentially involved. And anyone living in Massachusetts would find this Medicare fraud case to be old news because the case first emerged in 1992 as an issue in Romney’s successful race for governor.
Still, this time Winning Our Future gets closer to the mark. The case concerning Damon Clinical Laboratories is relevant because 1) Romney was a director of the firm while the fraud took place; 2) the fraud appears to have ended only after Bain sold the firm; 3) Romney earned nearly $500,000 from the sale of Damon; and 4) Romney’s statements about what he knew and when he knew it have been inconsistent.

So now we have a headline inclined to tempt a click:
But a couple of things aren’t clear to me.

My main question is — how does The Telegraph know this?
The headline and the article seem to be a little out of sync. In the headline, the $50k and the 12% sales jump are tied to the First Lady alone.

InsiderAdvantage Poll: Gingrich Surging, Race 'Tighter Than Expected'

A new InsiderAdvantage poll conducted Sunday night of likely Republican voters in the state of Florida shows a significant surge for Newt Gingrich.

The poll has Romney leading with 36 percent of voters, followed by Gingrich at 31 percent.
The Sunday results of 646 likely GOP voters are as follows:

• Romney 36 percent
• Gingrich 31 percent
• Santorum 12 percent
• Paul 12 percent
• Other/Undecided 9 percent

"The race will be tighter than expected," Matt Towery, chief pollster of InsiderAdvantage told Newsmax.
Towery noted that his poll showed a surge for Romney on Wednesday, with him leading Gingrich by 8 points. The InsiderAdvantage poll was among the first to show Romney's resurgence after his dismal showing in the S. Carolina primary.
The InsiderAdvantage poll was also the first to show Gingrich's rise in S. Carolina and accurately forecast his win there.
"The trend is favoring Gingrich," Towery said, noting that while Romney's lead was still outside the margin of error of 3.8 percent, "It's not by much."

Towery said Gingrich is doing "substantially better" with men than Romney, 38 to 28, but the former House Speaker still faces a "gender gap," as women are still favoring Romney.

"Men are moving in droves to Gingrich and away from Romney," Towery said.
As for Florida's important Latino vote, InsiderAdvantage has Gingrich beating Romney by a large margin, leading 42 percent to 29 percent.

Not surprisingly, Newt Gingrich’s screeds in which he attacks the liberal media and identifies some unidentified “establishment” that he is somehow not a part of despite having been in Washington since 1979 are attracting the attention of that other professional grievance politician:

Newt Gingrich has a new unofficial campaign surrogate and her name is Sarah Palin.
As the 2008 veep nominee sees it, Gingrich is getting a raw deal from the national media and conservative elite, the very same forces who conspired against her when she was on the national ticket. Palin hasn’t endorsed Gingrich — and has no official role in his campaign — but she is repeatedly surfacing at just the right times on the national airwaves to vociferously defend him.
In her latest appearance, Palin stated: “Look at Newt Gingrich, what’s going on with him via the establishment’s attacks,” she said, though the original question was about Ron Paul. “They’re trying to crucify this man and rewrite history and rewrite what it is that he has stood for all these years.”
Palin then called conservative writer Peggy Noonan “hypocritical” for recently calling Gingrich an “angry little attack muffin.”
“They maybe subscribe such characterization of Newt via words like that, but they don’t subscribe those to say Mitt Romney when he or his surrogates do the same thing,” she said. “That’s that typical hypocrisy stuff in the media that I’ve lived with over a couple of decades in the political arena. So I’m used to it.”

“But in order to help educate the rest of the American public, I’ll articulate that it is hypocritical of the media to subscribe to one candidate and not another, that kind of angry attack muffin verbiage to one and not the other.”
Though she declined to run for president in 2012, Palin still has a devoted following among tea party conservatives. Despite her non-endorsement, her views on the race have become crystal clear as she has waged an insistent public campaign for Gingrich that can’t be mistaken for anything but support for the volatile speaker and his ideas. As has usually been the case with Palin, her exact motives remain a mystery. But it does seem like the two Republicans share a common bond in suspecting the media and Washington power brokers are biased against them.
When asked about Palin’s unofficial advocacy for him on Friday, Gingrich’s campaign had no comment.
But after Palin picked Gingrich in South Carolina, Gingrich spokesman R.C. Hammond told NBC News: “We think it’s a pretty darn clear call to arms.”

Earlier this week, when Romney supporter Chris Christie called Gingrich an embarrassment to the Republican Party, Palin suggested that the tough-talking New Jersey Governor had gotten his “panties in a wad.” Christe hasn’t responded to that yet but, if and when he does, I’m sure the words will be memorable. Palin’s latest attempt to insert herself into a race she declined to enter and put her Alaskan thumb on scale for Gingrich came Friday night in a post to her Facebook page (how else?) in which she decried the GOP primary season’s “cannibalism”:

Beyond the Constitution’s Tipping Point

We have reached a tipping point in this country The fraud in the White House threw all pretense of adherence to the Constitution to the wind and made several blatantly illegal “recess” appointments of extreme leftists to positions of power within the government. Clearly, this was a move to avoid letting the Senate exercise its advise-and-consent authority over appointments. The thing is, Congress was not in recess, so the move was illegal.
It would seem, however, that we conservatives are not the only ones who have noticed how spinelessly co-operative Congress has become in foisting totalitarian socialism on America in the past few years. The Marxist/neo-fascists who run the Democrat Party and write the speeches and policy for the Sock Puppet in the White House, appear to be keenly aware of the compliance of this worthless body. Confronted with the reality of a massive defeat at the polls in November – assuming, of course that an honest election could actually take place (entiende “fat chance,” amigos?) – they have pulled out all the stops and are imposing their agenda on the country, the Constitution and federal laws be damned. The Reichstag has been burned.
Strategically, from the point of view of the radical left, this makes total sense. If they can continue to get away with over-the-top lawlessness, as they have with their cover-up of the Fast and Furious debacle that resulted in the deaths of over 200 Mexican citizens, and two American federal agents; numerous obvious, but unprosecuted cases of Democrat voter fraud; the looting of the Treasury, disguised as “stimulus;” collusion with Big Unions and “green” corporations in return for huge bribes euphemistically called “campaign donations;” their refusal to close the border and their actual facilitation of the invasion of illegals by refusing to build the fence mandated by law, their refusal to enforce immigration laws, their refusal to deport apprehended illegals, and their withdrawal of National Guard personnel from the border, et cetera, et cetera, ad nauseam, then it is likely that they will get away with what amounts to a coup d’etat. And so far, they are succeeding.
I find this especially disheartening since it was only a couple of weeks ago that Obama- Soetoro’s hero and role model, Marxist dictator Hugo Chavez, publicly called him a clown and accused him of wrecking the country. Why is it that a ham-fisted communist dictator can speak the truth, but our self-proclaimed conservative “leaders” in Congress are as silent as the grave they appear to be digging for American freedom and liberty?
I can’t help but think that one of the events that encouraged the Marxist Democrats to go on the offensive – and folks, their actions have been offensive, in every sense of the word – is the fact that all but a small handful of members of both the House and the Senate voted for the Constitution-crushing National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), including some whom I had previously considered genuine conservatives. The NDAA tramples much of the Bill of Rights into the dust of non-existence. There can be no possible reason to vote for such an abomination. In addition, it was another of these huge, and therefore extremely difficult to read, bills that have become the norm in recent years.

But, wait. Didn’t Obama-Soetoro declare that even though the bill gives him the (unconstitutional) power to declare American citizens terrorists and indefinitely detain them, without charges or trial, that he was not going to use it? Oh, well, that makes it all OK, doesn’t it? Especially when this promise comes from a pathological liar who has broken nearly every campaign promise he’s ever made, and lied about nearly everything he has been involved in, throughout his entire life, up to and including his promise to veto the NDAA? Not a peep from the “watchdogs” in the “mainstream” media, not a whimper of protest from the running dog establishment RINOs. Seems like a “go right ahead” moment to me.
I truly fear for the future of my country. Those in government with the power to stop this treasonous behavior, this so far bloodless coup d’etat, have made it clear that they have no intention of doing so. Emboldened by this craven lack of resistance, we can expect the attacks on the Constitution, and the very rule of law to escalate rapidly. The chances for an unrigged election in 2012 – for ALL offices, not just president – seem slim or none.
At the risk of repeating myself, let me remind folks once more of the words of the Founders, in the Declaration of Independence:

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness…

Allen West being redistricted out of existence in effort led by Romney Florida spokesman

The establishment is fighting back, alright.
This has not received a lot of national attention, but the Republican legislature in Florida is about to push through a plan which puts Allen West at serious risk, and the person leading the effort is one of Mitt Romney’s spokemen. As reported by The Shark Tank:

After last night’s [Jan. 26] Republican Presidential debate, the candidates’ respective spinmeisters made their cases to the media as to why their guy won the debate. One of Governor Mitt Romney’s spokesmen was Florida Representative Will Weatherford, and during the course of his remarks in the “Spin Room”, he shed a very dim light on the ongoing redistricting process in the Florida Legislature….
West’s congressional district inexplicably sheds the most out support as compared to all other incumbent Republican and Democrat Congressman. A few weeks back we quoted an unnamed legislator saying that, “Allen West was screwed”, a statement which was originally made about made five months before the purposed maps were made public, leading insiders to believe that the fix was in against Allen West. But in light of Weatherford’s comment, it is increasingly clear that this is a fait accompli.
According to Weatherford, those preliminary maps will not change- at the most, any additional changes would be minimal, and those changes would not make any appreciable difference from the preliminary maps. In addition, Weatherford stated that a deal was struck between him, Senate President Mike Haridopolos, and Senator Don Gaetz to finalize these maps and push them through as soon as possible.

Weatherford tried to hide behind a need to comply with federal law, but that’s obviously a dodge since there could have been many ways to comply yet not sacrifice West:

Sarah Palin is urging Florida voters to vote for Newt Gingrich on Tuesday in their state's Republican primary.

"Vote for Newt," Palin told Jeanine Pirro, host of the Fox News weekend program "Justice with Jeanine."

Palin made a passionate plea for Republican voters to reject Mitt Romney in Florida to keep the primary process going forward.

The former Alaska governor made it crystal clear that she favors former House Speaker Gingrich, suggesting that the Republican establishment in New York and Washington is trying anoint former Massachusetts Gov. Romney the GOP nominee.

"And I say, you know, you’ve got to rage against the machine at this point in order to defend our republic and save what is good and secure and prosperous about our nation,” Palin said. “We need somebody who is engaged in sudden and relentless reform and is not afraid to shake up the establishment. So, if for no other reason, rage against the machine, vote for Newt, annoy a liberal, vote Newt, keep this vetting process going, keep the debate going.”

‘U.S.S. Obamaboat’: Ad Paints Obama as Captain of Slave Ship

Republican Congressional candidate Mark Oxner’s new ad will certainly have people talking. Set aboard a ship of fools, the ad almost seems as if it could have been directed by the macabre Tim Burton and offers an eccentric mix of just about everything — from a Cialis reference to a cameo by the famed “Anonymous” masked-figure, from a jab at Obamacare to a dig at the “99 percent.”
On this Alice in Wonderland-esque vessel, rafts full of enslaved children row-away as Captain Barack Obama of the “U.S.S. Obamaboat” recklessly steers the ship toward the edge of a waterfall, and, certain doom.
It comes as no surprise then, when Oxner closes the ad by asking voters to “turn this ship around” before it is too late.

Keystone Pipeline dead? Not so fast!

H.R. 3548, submitted by Lee Terry, R-Neb., would take the decision out of Obama’s hands and order the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, or FERC, to issue a permit within 30 days.

The Truth Behind the Attack on Newt

The latest Newt-Reagan flap has me boiling. I’ve been in the debate business a long time, and if it’s one thing I’ve learned it’s this: Tell the truth about your opponent. As much as you might believe your opponent’s position is wacko, don’t lie about it or misrepresent it. It’s not ethical, and it will come back to bite you in the end.
For the past few days establishment Republicans have been dumping on Newt for being anti-Reagan. First, it’s not wrong to be anti-Reagan. Reagan raised taxes and increased government spending. On these points, I’m anti-Reagan.
Second, what the anti-Newtonians are using to disparage Newt are just plain wrong. In fact, they are so taken out of context that to put them into their proper context would expose the establishment Republicans for the frauds they really are.
Here’s what Elliot Abrams, who served as Assistant Secretary of State for Inter-American Affairs under Reagan, wrote about what Newt allegedly said about Reagan and his policies toward the Soviet Union:

“Measured against the scale and momentum of the Soviet empire’s challenge, the Reagan administration has failed, is failing, and without a dramatic change in strategy will continue to fail. . . . President Reagan is clearly failing.”

Here’s what Newt actually said — in context. Pay attention to the distinction between Reagan and those in his administration. It’s the key to the story:

“The fact is that George Will, Charles Krauthammer, Irving Kristol, and Jeane Kirkpatrick are right in pointing out the enormous gap between President Reagan’s strong rhetoric, which is adequate, and his administration’s weak policies, which are inadequate and will ultimately fail.”Newt was attacking the people in Reagan’s administration who wanted Reagan to tone down the anti-Soviet rhetoric. These are the same people who wanted Reagan to remove the line “Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall!” from his speech at the Brandenburg Gate near the Berlin Wall on June 12, 1987.

Here’s the important part of the story. Reagan administration officials wanted him to cut the line from his speech because they believed them to be an “outright affront to the Soviet leadership.” Here’s what Peter Robinson, Reagan’s speech writer, says happened:

[T]he speech was circulated to the State Department and the National Security Council. Both attempted to squelch it. The assistant secretary of state for Eastern European affairs challenged the speech by telephone. A senior member of the National Security Council staff protested the speech in memoranda. The ranking American diplomat in Berlin objected to the speech by cable. The draft was naive, it would raise false hopes. It was clumsy, it was needlessly provocative. State and the NSC submitted their own alternate drafts — my journal records that there were no fewer than seven, including one written by the diplomat in Berlin. In each, the call to tear down the wall was missing.

This was what Newt was railing against, not Reagan, but the softies in his Administration. They are still with us. They want to maintain the status quo with their guys holding the purse strings.

Media to Americans: 'Nothing to see here'

The mainstream media appears to have been put under a “cone of silence” about the first court proceeding to enter into the record evidence that Barack Obama is ineligible to be president based on the Constitution’s requirement that that office be occupied only by a “natural-born citizen.”

Michael Jablonski, attorney for Obama, attempted to have the subpoena quashed, arguing that taking the time to appear would “interrupt [Obama's] duties as president of the United States.”
While Thursday’s hearing was taking place, Obama was speaking to a group of UPS workers in Las Vegas, one of the states where he hopes to gain a vote advantage in the November election.
Following the judge’s refusal to drop the subpoena, the president’s lawyers stated they would ignore the subpoena and not participate in the proceedings.

Later, appearing on the Rachel Maddow show, Mike Berlon, Georgia Democratic Party chairman, defended the president’s actions, saying the case was much ado about nothing.
“This has been thoroughly and richly litigated for a long time, and every court that has looked at it has determined that the president is a citizen,” he said.
But the facts don’t support Berlon’s statement, as this week’s hearing marks the first time that the evidence against the president’s eligibility has been entered into any court record. The dozens of previous cases that have been brought against the president have been dismissed on technicalities such as “standing.”

It is also the first time arguments have been made that the president is ineligible based on his own statements.
The presidency is unique among all of the constitutionally held offices in that it requires the person holding the position to be a “natural-born citizen,” not just a typical citizen of the U.S.
While the Constitution does not define the term “natural-born citizen,” many constitutional experts define it as the offspring of two citizen parents. The argument is supported by a U.S. Supreme Court decision from 1875, Minor v. Happersett.
The ruling, which is one of the few cases addressing the issue of natural-born citizenship as opposed to a naturalized citizen, states:

The hearing Thursday produced a wide range of evidence from experts testifying that the president’s birth certificate was a forgery to issues with his Social Security number, which does not match the president’s name in e-verify.
Regardless of political persuasion, a sitting U.S. president openly defying a court subpoena for a hearing at which evidence indicating he’s a usurper is entered into the record is newsworthy.
However, a look at mainstream media websites shows an almost total blackout.
CNN, ABC, CBS and NBC did not run any coverage on Thursday’s hearing, with the exception of some local affiliates in Atlanta. The Fox News Channel’s report was a day later.
WND contacted the news organizations asking for comment on why they did not believe the story was newsworthy, considering the precedents set in the hearing. At the time of this article’s publication, none chose to respond.

The Atlanta Journal Constitution was one of the few newspapers to cover the event; however, its coverage did not discuss the ramifications if the judge were to rule Obama ineligible to appear on the ballot.
The media blackout of the Georgia case is part of a continuing pattern of covering up serious discussion of the birth certificate issue.
During the court martial of Lt. Col. Terry Lakin, who refused to obey orders over concerns about the president’s eligibility, the media for the most part refused to cover the issue.
Stars and Stripes, Military.com, WND and a local reporter from Lakin’s home town were at the proceedings, however there was almost no representation by major media outlets.
Many retired officers who come out against the president’s eligibility, such as Maj. Gens. Jerry Curry and Paul Vallely, have also been ignored by media.
Media have also refused to report polls showing many Americans still have doubts about the president’s eligibility.

I have given numerous interviews wherein I espoused the benefits of thorough vetting during aggressive contested primary elections, but this week’s tactics aren’t what I meant. Those who claim allegiance to Ronald Reagan’s 11th Commandment should stop and think about where we are today. Ronald Reagan and Barry Goldwater, the fathers of the modern conservative movement, would be ashamed of us in this primary. Let me make clear that I have no problem with the routine rough and tumble of a heated campaign. As I said at the first Tea Party convention two years ago, I am in favor of contested primaries and healthy, pointed debate. They help focus candidates and the electorate. I have fought in tough and heated contested primaries myself. But what we have seen in Florida this week is beyond the pale. It was unprecedented in GOP primaries. I’ve seen it before – heck, I lived it before – but not in a GOP primary race.

I am sadly too familiar with these tactics because they were used against the GOP ticket in 2008. The left seeks to single someone out and destroy his or her record and reputation and family using the media as a channel to dump handpicked and half-baked campaign opposition research on the public. The difference in 2008 was that I was largely unknown to the American public, so they had no way of differentiating between the lies and the truth. All of it came at them at once as “facts” about me. But Newt Gingrich is known to us – both the good and the bad.

We know that Newt fought in the trenches during the Reagan Revolution. As Rush Limbaugh pointed out, Newt was among a handful of Republican Congressman who would regularly take to the House floor to defend Reagan at a time when conservatives didn’t have Fox News or talk radio or conservative blogs to give any balance to the liberal mainstream media. Newt actually came at Reagan’s administration “from the right” to remind Americans that freer markets and tougher national defense would win our future. But this week a few handpicked and selectively edited comments which Newt made during his 40-year career were used to claim that Newt was somehow anti-Reagan and isn’t conservative enough to go against the accepted moderate in the primary race. (I know, it makes no sense, and the GOP establishment hopes you won’t stop and think about this nonsense. Mark Levin and others have shown the ridiculousness of this.) To add insult to injury, this “anti-Reagan” claim was made by a candidate who admitted to not even supporting or voting for Reagan. He actually was against the Reagan movement, donated to liberal candidates, and said he didn’t want to go back to the Reagan days. You can’t change history. We know that Newt Gingrich brought the Reagan Revolution into the 1990s. We know it because none other than Nancy Reagan herself announced this when she presented Newt with an award, telling us, “The dramatic movement of 1995 is an outgrowth of a much earlier crusade that goes back half a century. Barry Goldwater handed the torch to Ronnie, and in turn Ronnie turned that torch over to Newt and the Republican members of Congress to keep that dream alive.” As Rush and others pointed out, if Nancy Reagan had ever thought that Newt was in any way an opponent of her beloved husband, she would never have even appeared on a stage with him, let alone presented him with an award and said such kind things about him. Nor would Reagan’s son, Michael Reagan, have chosen to endorse Newt in this primary race. There are no two greater keepers of the Reagan legacy than Nancy and Michael Reagan. What we saw with this ridiculous opposition dump on Newt was nothing short of Stalin-esque rewriting of history. It was Alinsky tactics at their worst.

But this whole thing isn’t really about Newt Gingrich vs. Mitt Romney. It is about the GOP establishment vs. the Tea Party grassroots and independent Americans who are sick of the politics of personal destruction used now by both parties’ operatives with a complicit media egging it on. In fact, the establishment has been just as dismissive of Ron Paul and Rick Santorum. Newt is an imperfect vessel for Tea Party support, but in South Carolina the Tea Party chose to get behind him instead of the old guard’s choice. In response, the GOP establishment voices denounced South Carolinian voters with the same vitriol we usually see from the left when they spew hatred at everyday Americans “bitterly clinging” to their faith and their Second Amendment rights. The Tea Party was once again told to sit down and shut up and listen to the “wisdom” of their betters. We were reminded of the litany of Tea Party endorsed candidates in 2010 who didn’t win. Well, here’s a little newsflash to the establishment: without the Tea Party there would have been no historic 2010 victory at all.

I spoke up before the South Carolina primary to urge voters there to keep this primary going because I have great concern about the GOP establishment trying to anoint a candidate without the blessing of the grassroots and all the needed energy and resources we as commonsense constitutional conservatives could bring to the general election in order to defeat President Obama. Now, I respect Governor Romney and his success. But there are serious concerns about his record and whether as a politician he consistently applied conservative principles and how this impacts the agenda moving forward. The questions need answers now. That is why this primary should not be rushed to an end. We need to vet this. Pundits in the Beltway are gleefully proclaiming that this primary race is over after Florida, despite 46 states still not having chimed in. Well, perhaps it’s possible that it will come to a speedy end in just four days; but with these questions left unanswered, it will not have come to a satisfactory conclusion. Without this necessary vetting process, the unanswered question of Governor Romney’s conservative bona fides and the unanswered and false attacks on Newt Gingrich will hang in the air to demoralize many in the electorate. The Tea Party grassroots will certainly feel disenfranchised and disenchanted with the perceived orchestrated outcome from self-proclaimed movers and shakers trying to sew this all up. And, trust me, during the general election, Governor Romney’s statements and record in the private sector will be relentlessly parsed over by the opposition in excruciating detail to frighten off swing voters. This is why we need a fair primary that is not prematurely cut short by the GOP establishment using Alinsky tactics to kneecap Governor Romney’s chief rival.

As I said in my speech in Iowa last September, the challenge of this election is not simply to replace President Obama. The real challenge is who and what we will replace him with. It’s not enough to just change up the uniform. If we don’t change the team and the game plan, we won’t save our country. We truly need sudden and relentless reform in Washington to defend our republic, though it’s becoming clearer that the old guard wants anything but that. That is why we should all be concerned by the tactics employed by the establishment this week. We will not save our country by becoming like the left. And I question whether the GOP establishment would ever employ the same harsh tactics they used on Newt against Obama. I didn’t see it in 2008. Many of these same characters sat on their thumbs in ‘08 and let Obama escape unvetted. Oddly, they’re now using every available microscope and endoscope – along with rewriting history – in attempts to character assassinate anyone challenging their chosen one in their own party’s primary. So, one must ask, who are they really running against?

It has become quite clear why Fox News and the GOP refuse to address the Obama eligibility issue..they are grooming both Marco Rubio and Gov Bobby Jindal for a future Presidential run..although I respect and like both Marco and Bobby they are not eligible as they are not 'Natural Born Citizens'...Marco was born in 1971 his parents did not become 'Naturalized Citizens' until 1975... Gov Bobby Jindal also was born before his parents became 'Naturalized Citizens'...we must adhere to the rule of law...what applies to Obama must also apply to Marco and Bobby!
If Congress has a issue with this they would have to amend the Constitution to allow 'Naturalized Citizens' to run for the Office of President...until then the rule of law must be enforced for all!

Obama accused of disrespecting court, state, Americans

One of the attorneys who challenged Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court says he fears that even if the justices declared Obama constitutionally unqualified, he’d simply ignore the ruling and continue issuing orders.

But those who observed a court hearing today in Atlanta say it could be the beginning of the end for the Obama campaign, because of the doubt that could surge like a tidal wave across the nation.
The comments came today from Leo Donofrio, who led the pack in filing lawsuits over Obama’s 2008 election and his subsequent occupancy of the White House.
He was commenting on today’s hearing before a Georgia administrative law judge on complaints raised by several state residents that Obama is not eligible to run for the office in 2012. That hearing went on after Obama and his lawyer decided to snub the court system and refuse to participate.
A decision from the judge, Michael Malihi, is expected soon.
The Georgia residents delivered sworn testimony to a court that, among other things, Obama is forever disqualified from having his name on the 2012 presidential ballot in the state because his father never was a U.S. citizen. Because the Constitution’s requirement presidents be a “natural born citizen,” which is the offspring of two citizen parents, he is prevented from qualifying, they say.

Donofrio’s case – like all the others that have reached the Supreme Court – simply was refused recognition.
“That President Obama’s attorneys didn’t show respect for the court, the citizens, the secretary of state, and the statutes of Georgia reveals the true character of the administration as being completely and utterly against state’s rights,” Donofrio said. “The federal government is growing out of control with every administration and this action today is a loud announcement that this administration is going to do what it likes, and you can imagine that their response to this judiciary would be exactly the same if this had been the U.S. Supreme Court.”
He said if Georgia does decide to keep Obama off its state election ballots, he won’t appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court, “because if he were to lose there, his entire administration would be void, including his appointments to the Supreme Court.”
“If Obama were to appeal in Georgia, only this election is in play, and only as to Georgia’s ballots, but if he loses in Georgia, appealing to the SCOTUS brings in his entire eligibility, and the legitimacy of his current administration,” Donofrio warned.

“My personal belief is that if the U.S. Supreme Court held that he was ineligible, he might simply ignore the ruling, and test the will of the nation, just as he is testing the will of the state of Georgia,” he said.
The White House today was absolutely silent about the issue. The Georgia case is far different from the lawsuits over the 2008 election, in which judges virtually unanimously ruled that they could not make a decision that would remove a sitting president, no matter the circumstances.
This hearing was about concerns being raised, as allowed by Georgia state law, that Obama is not eligible for the office of president and therefore should not be allowed on the 2012 election ballot.
“If the judge’s recommendation – and I’ve been told that it’s going to be to disqualify Mr. Obama as a candidate – is followed by the secretary of state, Mr. Obama has got a real problem,” said Gary Kreep, of the United States Justice Foundation.

Former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich said at a Republican Palm Beach County fundraiser that if he won the Republican presidential nomination, he would strongly consider a Floridian as his running mate.
“Allen West would certainly be someone you’d look at,” Gingrich told NBC affiliate WPTV.
West responded, “We don’t know what the future holds, but I’m always willing to serve my country.”
“I have to pray about it and I have to clear it with my wife and two daughters,” he added. “I never thought that seven years ago when I retired here I’d be a United States Congressman.”

Judge will enter default Judgement against Obama..!

To all my friends in battle,

The Judge pulled the lawyers for the three cases into chambers before it all began and advised them that he would be issuing a default judgment in our favor, since the Defense council failed to show, and wanted to end it there. We argued that all the evidence needed to be entered in to record so the Judge allowed for a speedy hearing where all evidence was entered into the court record. What that means is this… Any appeal, if one is even possible, would be based on the evidence provided by the lawyers in each case. Both Van Irion and My lawyer, Mark Hatfield made certain that our cases and evidence in those two cases would be closed so as not to be affiliated, in any way, with “Birther” Orly Taitz. As expected, she was an embarrassment.

Now we’re merely awaiting the publishing of this Judge’s ruling which, as previously stated, will be a Default Judgment.
In other words…we won. Now it’s time for the rest of the States to take my lead and duplicate this effort...Carl

Dear Secretary Kemp:

This is to advise you of serious problems that have developed in the conduct of the hearings pending before the Office of State Administrative Hearings. At issue in these hearings are challenges that allege that President Obama is not eligible to hold or run for re-election to his office, on the now wholly discredited theory that he does not meet the citizenship requirements. As you know, such allegations have been the subject of numerous judicial proceedings around the country, all of which have concluded that they were baseless and, in some instances – including in the State of Georgia - that those bringing the challenges have engaged in sanctionable abuse of our legal process.

Nonetheless, the Administrative Law Judge has exercised no control whatsoever over this proceeding, and it threatens to degenerate into a pure forum for political posturing to the detriment of the reputation of the State and your Office. Rather than bring this matter to a rapid conclusion, the ALJ has insisted on agreeing to a day of hearings, and on the full participation of the President in his capacity as a candidate. Only last week, he denied a Motion to Quash a subpoena he approved on the request of plaintiff’s counsel for the personal appearance of the President at the hearing, now scheduled for January 26.

For these reasons, and as discussed briefly below, you should bring an end to this baseless, costly and unproductive hearing by withdrawing the original hearing request as improvidently issued.

It is well established that there is no legitimate issue here—a conclusion validated time and again by courts around the country. The State of Hawaii produced official records documenting birth there; the President made documents available to the general public by placing them on his website. “Under the United States Constitution, a public record of a state is required to be given ‘full faith and credit’ by all other states in the country. Even if a state were to require its election officials for the first time ever to receive a ‘birth certificate’ as a requirement for a federal candidate’s ballot placement, a document certified by another state, such as a ‘short form’ birth certificate, or the certified long form, would be required to be accepted by all states under the ‘full faith and credit’ clause of the United States Constitution.” Maskell, “Qualifications for President and the “Natural Born” Citizenship Eligibility Requirement,” Congressional Research Service (November 14, 2011), p.41.

Nonetheless, the ALJ has decided, for whatever reason, to lend assistance through his office—and by extension, yours—to the political and legally groundless tactics of the plaintiffs. One of the attorneys for the plaintiffs has downloaded form subpoenas which she tried to serve around the country. Plaintiff’s attorney sent subpoenas seeking to force attendance by an office machine salesman in Seattle; seeking to force the United States Attorney to bring an unnamed “Custodian of Records Department of Homeland Security” to attend the hearing with immunization records; and asking the same U.S. Attorney to bring the same records allegedly possessed by “Custodian of Records of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.” She served subpoenas attempting to compel the production of documents and the attendance of Susan Daniels and John Daniels, both apparently out of state witnesses, regarding Social Security records. She is seeking to compel the Director of Health for the State of Hawaii to bring to Atlanta the “original typewritten 1961 birth certificate #10641 for Barack Obama, II, issued 08.08.1961 by Dr. David Sinclair…,” even though Hawaii courts had dismissed with prejudice the last attempt to force release of confidential records on November 9, 2011. Taitz v. Fuddy, CA No. 11-1-1731-08 RAN.

In Rhodes v. McDonald, 670 F. Supp. 2d 1363, 1365 (USDC MD GA, 2009), Judge Clay Land wrote this of plaintiff’s attorney:

When a lawyer files complaints and motions without a reasonable basis for believing that they are supported by existing law or a modification or extension of existing law, that lawyer abuses her privilege to practice law. When a lawyer uses the courts as a platform for political agenda disconnected from any legitimate legal cause of action, that lawyer abuses her privilege to practice law….

As a national leader in the so-called ‘birther movement,’ Plaintiff’s counsel has attempted to use litigation to provide the ‘legal foundation’ for her political agenda. She seeks to use the Court’s power to compel discovery in her efforts force the President to produce a ‘birth certificate’ that is satisfactory to herself and her followers.” 670 F. Supp. 2d at 1366.

All issues were presented to your hearing officer—the clear-cut decision to be on the merits, and the flagrantly unethical and unprofessional conduct of counsel—and he has allowed the plaintiffs’ counsel to run amok. He has not even addressed these issues—choosing to ignore them. Perhaps he is aware that there is no credible response; perhaps he appreciates that the very demand made of his office—that it address constitutional issues—is by law not within its authority. See, for example, Flint River Mills v. Henry, 234 Ga. 385, 216 S.E.2d 895 (1975); Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. r. 616-1-2-.22(3).

The Secretary of State should withdraw the hearing request as being improvidently issued. A referring agency may withdraw the request at any time. Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. r. 616-1-2-.17(1). Indeed, regardless of the collapse of proceedings before the ALJ, the original hearing request was defective as a matter of law. Terry v. Handel, 08cv158774S (Superior Court Fulton County, 2008), appeal dismissed, No. S09D0284 (Ga. Supreme Court), reconsideration denied, No. S09A1373. (“The Secretary of State of Georgia is not given any authority that is discretionary nor any that is mandatory to refuse to allow someone to be listed as a candidate for President by a political party because she believes that the candidate might not be qualified.”) Similarly, no law gives the Secretary of State authority to determine the qualifications of someone named by a political party to be on the Presidential Preference Primary ballot. Your duty is determined by the statutory requirement that the Executive Committee of a political party name presidential preference primary candidates. O.C.G.A. § 21-2-193. Consequently, the attempt to hold hearings on qualifications which you may not enforce is ultra vires.

We await your taking the requested action, and as we do so, we will, of course, suspend further participation in these proceedings, including the hearing scheduled for January 26.

There’s saber rattling in the Middle East; Obama has shut down a job-creating pipeline that would make us less dependent on foreign sources of oil from less than friendly nations; unemployment is still high; there is no budget; spending is out of control; our elected representatives support bills they don’t read, can’t understand, or understand but play dumb (SOPA and PIPA), and Romney, Santorum, and Gingrich are fighting over personal taxes, Bain Capital, and who lobbied and got paid for it.
Voters want to know what the four remaining candidates are going to do if any one of them wins in November. The way things are going, it’s going to be Obama for another four years.

In the next debate, and every debate thereafter, each candidate should come with a list of items and how they will govern based on those items. Here are a quick few that I jotted down. You can think of more. Feel free to list them in the comments section:

Will you work to overturn Obamacare? Yes or No

Do you support homosexual marriage? Yes or No
Will you veto all abortion funding? Yes or No
Will you oppose all funding to public radio and television? (I know it’s not a lot of money when we’re talking about trillions of dollars; but it’s the principle of the thing.) Yes or No
Will you cut taxes? Yes or No.
How much will you cut taxes each year for seven years?
What is your view on the “Fair Tax”? Explain it so we know you understand it.
Will you cut spending across the board? Yes or No.
Will you freeze all government spending? Yes or No
How much will you cut from the budget? We want single-year numbers not over ten years.
What federal agencies will you cut?
Present your energy policy. Be specific. Include domestic drilling, the use of coal, and nuclear energy.
Will you work to restructure and eventually eliminate the Federal Reserve? Yes or No
Will you stand up to the environmental lobby? Yes or No
Will you Add your own Yes or No
Will you sign a statement under oath to keep your campaign promises or resign from office if you renege on any of your promises?

This is the Super Bowl of politics. It’s you against Obama and everything he stands for. We want to know what you will do to save our nation. If you made stupid policy decisions in the past, admit them, and then tell us what you will do as President that will be different. We want to know NOW, not when it’s too late and we’re stuck with you for four years.

Iran preparing now for Armageddon

Iran’s supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, has held several secret meetings with his economic and military advisers in recent days to prepare for the possibility of war with the United States.
Sources report the preparations are to include the execution of those Iranians who oppose the regime.
Khamenei has been heard to say that the coming of the last Islamic Messiah, the Shiites’ 12th Imam Mahdi, is near and that specific actions need to be taken to protect the Islamic regime for upcoming events.
Mahdi, according to Shiite belief, will reappear at the time of Armageddon.
Selected forces within the Revolutionary Guards and Basij reportedly have been trained under a task force called “Soldiers of Imam Mahdi” and they will bear the responsibility of security and protecting the regime against uprisings. Many in the Guards and Basij have been told that the 12th Imam is on earth, facilitated the victory of Hezbollah over Israel in the 2006 war and soon will announce publicly his presence after the needed environment is created.
According to SepahOnline, sources within the Vali’eh Amr, the revolutionary forces in charge of the supreme leader’s protection, report that Khamenei held several meetings in recent days at which the leader instructed his advisers to tighten the grip on anyone who opposes or might oppose the regime in case of war.

These actions include investigations of every person or group that was pro-regime but now hold opinions contrary to regime policies. Also being created is a list, to be presented to Khamenei, to decide the fate of any opponents.

It also was decided that those political prisoners who will not repent will be executed, the sources said.
This action also was taken by the founder of the Islamic regime in 1988, Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini.
In the book, “A Time to Betray,” it is documented when Khomeini announced the campaign, he said, “If the person at any stage or at any time maintains his (or her) support for the opposing groups, the sentence is execution. Annihilate the enemies of Islam immediately.”
The fatwa led to the execution of thousands of innocent men and women of all ages in a very short period.
The list of actions by Khamenei includes investigation of private business owners. If records show that at any time in the past they have not supported the Islamic regime, their businesses and belongings could be confiscated.
Journalists, writers and publishers who are deemed to be against the regime would be arrested and punished. Even high religious authorities who do not fully support Khamenei will be put under surveillance and dealt with if they become outspoken about the direction of the country.

GOP Beltway machine choices...anything that looks like a RINO ~Brit and Ann rave over like a school boy/girl in boing!

I have faith in the electorate to make their own decisions based on what they see,feel and hear from the candidates...not what so called pundits and analysts push as the only right choice!

It is refreshing to see Jeb Bush is not taking George HW Bush 's lead by endorsing a candidate premature...seems Jeb sees that the Tea Party have moved toward Newt...Jeb has shown he sees the light and will let 'We the People' decide this issue! @foxnews should follow suit and just report what is going on without making it their agenda to tell us who we showed vote for!

It wasn’t too long ago that that we had three sources of national news: ABC, CBS, and NBC. Print media were limited to the daily newspaper and national news magazines like Time, Newsweek, and U.S. News & World Report. No more.
The media gatekeepers are few and far between today. The last gate – the biggest gate – is the internet. If it can’t be controlled, the people can’t be controlled. That’s why governments around the world are working to implement ways to control it. A nation like China just does it, but here in the United States the pretense of a legitimate legal remedy must be found.
Congress got slapped down with an all-out internet frontal attack that shut down their phone lines. Republican Senator Everett Dirksen (1896–1969) explains what happens when sustained pressure is put on Congress: “When we feel the heat, we see the light.” Gary North comments:

Ex-CIA chief: Bomb Iranian Revolutionary Guards

The United States should consider military strikes against not just Iran’s nuclear sites but the entire Iranian Revolutionary Guard infrastructure, argued former CIA director James Woolsey in a radio interview today.

Comparing the Guards to Adolph Hitler’s blackshirts, Woolsey named several “fair game” Guard-related targets, including Iran’s space program, ballistic missile program, training facilities and the Guard’s substantial commercial interests.
The ex-CIA director said the U.S. should consider these military options if Iran blocks the strategic Strait of Hormuz waterway or takes other significant aggressive action.
Woolsey also recommended that President Obama immediately send four to five aircraft carriers to the Indian Ocean to demonstrate U.S. resolve in the face of Iranian threats to blockade the strait.
“We went to war in 1812 over something just about like what Iran says it is going to do – close the straits,” said Woolsey, referring to the British naval blockade of the Atlantic coast of the U.S.
Woolsey was speaking on Aaron Klein Investigative Radio on New York’s WABC Radio.

While applauding the recent round of tougher sanctions against Tehran, Woolsey contended such economic initiatives combined with continued dialogue are not enough to deter Iran from seeking nuclear weapons or halt the country’s threats to blockade the strait.

Florida GOP Primary Poll: Gingrich 41% Romney 32%

Well it appears as if the Good ol' Boy GOP machine is losing to the wishes of the Tea Party!

Less than two weeks ago, Mitt Romney had a 22-point lead in Florida, but that’s ancient history in the race for the Republican presidential nomination. Following his big win in South Carolina on Saturday, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich now is on top in Florida by nine.
The latest Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of Likely Florida Republican Primary Voters, taken Sunday evening, finds Gingrich earning 41% of the vote with Romney in second at 32%. Former U.S. Senator Rick Santorum runs third with 11%, while Texas Congressman Ron Paul attracts support from eight percent (8%). Nine percent (9%) remain undecided.(To see survey question wording, click here).
Florida allows early voting, and Romney leads among those voters by 11 points. Gingrich leads by 12 among those who have not yet voted. Fourteen percent (14%) have already cast their vote.
