Rick Santorum Still Refusing to Provide Copies of Naturalization Papers Proving His Father was a U.S. Citizen When Rick was Born

Hello Houston we have another problemo...Can we please elect a POTUS who qualifies under the US Constitution?

Many, many contacts over several months by many people to Rick Santorum’s campaign offices by telephone, letters, and email … and even to his home address in VA via registered postal mail with questions about how, where, and when his father Aldo Santorum [who was born in Italy to non-U.S. Citizen parents] became a US. Citizen, have gone unanswered. Rick it is a simple question and the public has the right to know. When did your immigrant father who came to the USA naturalize? Provide a copy of the paperwork of same to the American electorate. Rick Santorum has been asked repeatedly to provide copies to the public of his father’s Citizenship papers.

The questions to Rick Santorum have gone repeatedly ignored and unanswered. Why? This evasive behavior on this subject by Rick Santorum reminds me of the same type of behavior by Marco Rubio. See the prior story about Marco Rubio and ultimately what we learned as to why he was evading answering the citizenship status of his parents and when they became U.S. Citizens in relation to Marco’s birth date here.

Thus given Rick Santorum’s similar evasive behavior over a lengthy period of time in his not answering the questions and providing copies of the citizenship papers for his father Aldo Santorum, if they exist, to show when Aldo Santorum naturalized as a U.S. Citizen, have begun to dig in earnest to find the answers. We constitutionalists who firmly believe that the “natural born Citizen” clause in the U.S. Constitution is very important and applies to all, and that all candidates for the office of President and Vice President need to publicly prove that status, i.e., that they were born in the USA to two (born or naturalized) U.S. Citizen parents, in light of what we have discovered about the person now residing in the Oval Office, have begun the paper trail research in the various archives to get the facts that Rick Santorum refuses to provide willingly. Why Rick Santorum is making things so difficult for we in the American electorate and is not being transparent and open and giving the public the information they ask for on this matter is beyond me. Come on Rick, provide the information and supporting paperwork voluntarily. However, in the meantime, I hereby share an initial report of what we found or should I say what we did not find in the NARA naturalization records for PA, which is where his father lived up until Rick was born, to our knowledge:

Here is a copy of an emailed report of what I received in Feb 2012 from the regional office of the national archives (NARA) in Philadelphia PA. 
Rick Santorum says he is the “true conservative” and that he strongly supports the U.S. Constitution. Well, if that is true, he cannot just ignore Article II Section 1, the presidential eligibility clause, i.e., the “natural born Citizen” requirement to be the President and Commander in Chief. I strongly urge Rick Santorum to voluntarily release the records concerning how, where, and when his father Aldo Santorum became a U.S. Citizen, if he did. The same data for his grandfather Pietro Santorum, who was also an immigrant from Italy and was born in Italy to non-U.S. Citizen parents, would also be helpful and I encourage Rick to release those citizenship papers if they exist too.

Does the proven lack of “natural born Citizen” of the United States status by several nationally promoted Republican candidates for President and/or Vice President explain why the Republican National Committee and Party and their conservative allies in the media have not said a word about Obama’s clear cut lack of “natural born Citizen” status and the criminal acts to cover that up by Obama? Are these Republican and so called conservative allies in the media allowing Obama to destroy the Constitution and Republic all for personal political gain of their party? If so, what does that say about their being “true conservatives” as some so publicly claim?

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — President Barack Obama collected the most votes in the Oklahoma Democratic primary, but lost in 15 counties.
With 98 percent of precincts reporting Tuesday, Obama won 57 percent of the vote. Four other candidates combined for 43 percent of the vote, including anti-abortion activist and Operation Rescue founder Randall Terry who received 18 percent of the vote.

State Atty's General report tackles Obama's Unprecedented Law Breaking!

On March 5, the chief law enforcement officials from nine states issued A Report on Obama Administration Violations of Law.
Nine constitutional conservative attorneys general say the report's purpose is to "outline actions taken by [the Obama] Administration that are violations of law." The report appears to be an unprecedented response to unprecedented lawbreaking.
The Daily Caller quotes one of the nine, Virginia's Ken Cuccinelli, at a press conference unveiling the report: "'This is not about policy. ... 
 [It is about] this administration's disregard for the law,' he said. President Obama and his deputies, he added, are 'the greatest set of lawbreakers that have run the federal government in our lifetimes.'"
Joining Cuccinelli on the report are Attorneys General Tom Horne of Arizona; Pam Bondi of Florida; Sam Olens of Georgia; Bill Schuette of Michigan; Scott Pruitt of Oklahoma; Marty Jackley of South Dakota; Alan Wilson of South Carolina; and Greg Abbott of Texas.
The report discusses the "continued disdain for the Constitution and laws shown by the Obama Administration." But it's about more than violations of the Constitution. "[T]his Administration repeatedly shows disdain for states, federal laws it finds inconvenient, the Constitution and the courts," the report adds.
The report lists 21 violations of law by the Obama Administration that these attorneys general are currently fighting. That number does not include the many Obama Administration illegalities that the attorneys general have not yet begun to tackle.
The report is forward-looking in the remedies the attorneys general will seek, stating:

This group of nine Attorneys General will grow and continue to serve as a de facto "task force," assisting when possible to defend state laws and identifying "best practices" and legal arguments to fight back against the Obama Administration's illegalities in a more cohesive and effective manner;
The next election is critically important and as the states' chief legal officers, the attorneys general will make a concerted effort to educate their states' voters on the impacts that the Obama Administration's legal violations have on their every day lives.

We finally have some lawyers using the law for the right purposes. Let's get them some assistance, and grow their ranks.

Kirk Cameron fires back

'I should be able to express moral views without being slandered, accused of hate speech'

Christian actor Kirk Cameron was a guest on “Piers Morgan Tonight” over the weekend to discuss “Monumental,” his new project on the roots of America coming to theaters later this month, when the British host of the program suddenly turned subject and asked Cameron his views on homosexual marriage.

Cameron’s calm answer explaining his view that marriage “was defined by God a long time ago … one man, one woman for life” has drawn a firestorm of criticism from fellow celebrities, homosexual organizations and even rock musician Nikki Sixx, who blasted Cameron as “a–hole of the week” for his answer, and Roseanne Barr, who called Cameron “an accomplice to murder with his hate speech.” 
Now Cameron has released a statement to WND about the controversy:
“In a recent interview about my film, “Monumental,” I was asked to share my views on homosexuality, gay marriage and abortion,” Cameron says. “I spoke as honestly as I could, but some people believe my responses were not loving toward those in the gay community. That is not true. I can assuredly say that it’s my life’s mission to love all people.
“The only way to properly answer these kind of questions is to begin the discussion with another question: Is life and sexuality sacred or are they not?” he continues. “If they are, then God has something to say about these things. If not, then everyone is entitled to their own opinion on the matter.
“I believe that freedom of speech and freedom of religion go hand-in-hand in America,” he continues. “I should be able to express moral views on social issues – especially those that have been the underpinning of Western civilization for 2,000 years – without being slandered, accused of hate speech and told from those who preach ‘tolerance’ that I need to either bend my beliefs to their moral standards or be silent when I’m in the public square.

Media in full posterior-cover mode

Finally, over the weekend, hundreds of stories were published on the Internet, in newspapers and broadcast on television and radio, about Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s shocking findings, announced last Thursday, that Barack Obama’s birth certificate is fraudulent.
Apparently, it took that long for the media to find a way to discredit the first law-enforcement investigation into the matter.
After first attempting to impugn Arpaio’s motives during the press conference, few news outlets bothered to report anything about the six-month probe. The few that did, besides WND, mostly characterized the press conference as conspiracy-mongering or political silliness – until they found what they considered to be the real hook.

Because Mike Zullo, the lead investigator for Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse, has, with the help of WND’s Jerome Corsi, put the findings of the investigation in an inexpensive e-book format for the public, the entire investigation is suspect.

The entire point of the e-book project was to go over the heads of the media, which have almost universally hidden and obfuscated the facts of Obama’s eligibility from the public. And, keep in mind, Zullo participated in the criminal investigation as a volunteer – getting involved reluctantly and skeptically and with no pre-conceived conclusions.
Meanwhile, the press didn’t have much to say about Obama raising campaign cash by selling coffee mugs attacking Arpaio’s probe.
Zullo is not likely to benefit much financially if his facts are not correct. But neither Obama nor the posterior-covering media have been able to find any fault with the evidence revealed in last week’s press conference.
It’s par for the course.
This is the way the media have played the Obama eligibility story from day one – the facts be damned.

Don’t police investigators normally get paid to conduct their investigations?
I’m not quite following the line of attack here.
Do those reporters writing their stories get paid? If so, does that impugn their work? Some of them are actually working for news agencies that have issued specific instructions not to take seriously any questions raised about Obama’s eligibility. So who is in a more compromised position to present facts – them or Zullo?
As I’ve said before, I’ve been in the news business for more than 35 years. In that time, I have never seen the press go so totally in the tank on any big story the way they have in the case of Obama’s eligibility.
They are no longer just protecting Obama. They are now protecting their own reputations.
Having not only missed one of the most important stories of our time, but having distorted it, misrepresented it, lied about it and attacked those trying to present the truth, they are as vulnerable as Obama himself.
And that’s why their new favorite whipping boys are Arpaio and Zullo.



 

Oath Keepers: We Can Legally File Charges Against Obama

The Oath Keepers recently held a convention in Las Vegas, NV, open only to police officers and sheriffs in which former sheriff (and current congressional candidate) Richard Mack  discussed how the 168 attendees could reacquaint themselves with their oath to the Constitution and their own protection when they carry out their duty.  One of those duties include issuing a warrant for the arrest of Barack Hussein Obama.
This has gone way past the issue of Obama being a natural born citizen.  It’s now about the multiple high crimes and misdemeanors committed by the current occupant at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue and how he may be brought to justice.  Peace officers represent the last line in the sand when members of Congress have repeatedly failed to honor the oaths they swore to uphold the Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic.  To add additional fuel to this movement, Sheriff Joe’s Cold Case Posse released their findings.
This journalist spoke to Sheriff Mack before the convention to determine the purpose and planned outcomes.
Putting aside the issue of Obama’s eligibility as a natural born citizen to hold office, there are a significant number of wrong doings he has committed that would allow any peace officer desiring so to issue a warrant for Obama’s arrest.  As a recidivist offender of the United States Constitution, a mere twenty-five are listed here.

Breitbart’s Vetting, Part I: Barack’s Love Song To Alinsky

Prior to his passing, Andrew Breitbart said that the mission of the Breitbart empire was to exemplify the free and fearless press that our Constitution protects--but which, increasingly, the mainstream media denies us.

In The Audacity of Hope, Barack Obama claims that he worried after 9/11 that his name, so similar to that of Osama bin Laden, might harm his political career.

But Obama was not always so worried about misspellings and radical resemblances. He may even have cultivated them as he cast himself as Chicago’s radical champion.

Can Arpaio Issue An Arrest Warrant For Obama?

In Phoenix, Arizona on March 1, Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s “cold case posse” held a news conference to report on its investigation of Obama’s birth certificate and Selective Service registration. The investigation concluded that there is “probable cause” to believe that the birth certificate Obama produced in April 2011 was fraudulently generated on a computer. Let’s get beyond this shall we?

His 1980 Selective Service registration card is also a forgery. Felony crimes of fraud and forgery were therefore committed.
Interestingly no mention was made during Sheriff Joe’s investigation of the fraudulent social security card(s) registered in Obama’s name.
The investigation also obtained immigration records from the National Archives in an attempt to confirm whether Obama entered the United States from Kenya in 1961 as an infant. The microfilm records the government provided were, however, incomplete. From the 1961 microfilm, one of the 52 weeks of data was missing. Conveniently for Obama, that week just happened to be the week of his birth.
To believe that the missing week was the week of Obama’s birth requires a strong belief in coincidence, one that few people of sound mind would make.  Think about it, from the basics of statistical probability, the odds on 1/52 happening would require a coin toss 52 times with heads appearing only one time.  Not a likely happening.
As previously reported by the Western Journalism Center, “Oath Keepers: We Can Legally File Charges Against Obama.” It has been determined that members of law enforcement may issue an arrest warrant on a sitting president if they have probable cause.
What would be the statistical probability of Sheriff Joe or another getting by the secret service to do so?  It may be time to take another statistics course to come up with the answer.
Obama can be physically removed from the White House and indicted for the various crimes associated with his illegal activities, such as forgery, conspiracy, fraud, and violations of RICO statutes. (Co-conspirators likely include Nancy Pelosi, Valerie Jarrett, David Axelrod, and Claire McCaskill.) A class action lawsuit can be filed demanding the return of all campaign contributions he collected illegally through fraud.
Care to figure the odds of that happening? Those are the actions that should be taken. At the very least, if Obama cannot be placed behind bars, the American people had better see to it on election day that he is not given another four years to make a mockery of the U.S. Constitution.

Chicago, 1996. State Senator Alice Palmer (D-Ill.) never saw it coming...

The popular activist, running for re-election (she'd won the previous election with a landslide 82% of the vote), was a sure thing keep her seat.

But on the day after New Year's 1996, a small army of lawyers filed into the hearing room of the Chicago Board of Elections. In a blink, Alice Palmer's name had been struck from the ballot.

So, too, were the names of three other candidates on the Democratic primary ballot — all eliminated on the basis of minor "violations," most of them as picayune as not crossing a "t" or failure to dot an "i."

When the dust settled only a single name remained on the ballot: Barack Hussein Obama. He "swept" to victory... unopposed.

Hacked Stratfor Emails: Osama’s Body Not Dumped at Sea

According to “shadow CIA” Stratfor email hacked by Anonymous and released by Wikileaks, Osama bin Laden was not dumped at sea after he was supposedly killed at his hideout in Pakistan. Instead, his body was shipped via a CIA plane to a mortuary located at a military medical institute in Dover, Delaware.

Osama’s body was allegedly delivered following Obama’s boasting about the dubious raid. “Reportedly, we took the body with us. Thank goodness,” said Stratfor CEO George Friedman in an email dated May 2, 2011.
 “Than [sic] onward to the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology in Bethesda,” replied Stratfor vice president for intelligence, Fred Burton, who also said he “doubts [Osama] was dumped at sea” and adds the body “is a crime scene and I don’t see the FBI nor DOJ letting that happen.” Before working at Stratfor, Burton was a special agent with the State Department’s Diplomatic Security Service.
Despite concerns about preserving the “crime scene,” Pakistani authorities demolished the alleged hideout in late February. They never allowed journalists inside the Abbottabad building, and starting from a few days after the purported raid stopped them from even getting close to it, according to a February 27 Associated Press report.
A number of people, including former Pakistani dictator Pervez Musharraf, have claimed that Osama bin Laden died in late 2001 at Tora Bora in Afghanistan. Afghan President Hamid Karzai also said he thought Bin Laden was dead, as did Dale Watson, the FBI’s counterterrorism boss.
It was reported in December of 2001 that Osama bin Laden “died a peaceful death due to an untreated lung complication” and “was laid to rest honorably in his last abode and his grave was made as per his Wahabi belief,” Fox News reported, citing the Pakistan Observer.
In 2011, Dr. Steve R. Pieczenik, a man who held numerous different influential positions under three different presidents and worked with the Defense Department, told The Alex Jones Show that Osama Bin Laden died in 2001.
Pieczenik fist made the claim in 2002. “I found out through my sources that he had had kidney disease,” he told Alex Jones on April 24, 2002, several months after it was reported that Osama had died. “ And as a physician, I knew that he had to have two dialysis machines and he was dying. And you could see those in those films, those made-up photos that they were sending us out of nowhere. I mean, suddenly, we would see a video of bin Laden today and then out of nowhere, they said oh it was sent to us anonymously, meaning that someone in the government, our government, was trying to keep up the morale on our side and say oh we still have to chase this guy when, in fact, he’s been dead for months.”

Obama camp to Arpaio: Here's birth certificate (mug)!

The Obama campaign has launched an effort to raise money off of the criminal investigation by a Cold Case Posse in Arizona into Barack Obama’s eligibility.

Less than 24 hours after Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio held a news conference to announce that his investigators found probable cause that the Obama birth certificate image released last year is a forgery, an email seeking donations was dispatched by Julianna Smoot, Obama’s deputy campaign manager.

“Yesterday, Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his ‘Cold Case Posse’ (their words, not mine) held a press conference to announce that after an exhaustive, six-month investigation, they’ve concluded the president’s birth certificate is – wait for it – a fraud,” she wrote.
“Lest you think this is just some isolated conspiracy theorist, keep in mind this is a guy Mitt Romney has personally called to ask for an endorsement – and who served as a Romney campaign ‘Honorary Chair’ in 2008,” she wrote.
“Well, Sheriff Arpaio, the birth certificate is real, and it’s right here.”
Following the statement was a link to an Obama store selling mugs with an image of Obama on one side and an image of the document Obama released last year on the other.
Not cheap, though. Try $20 for a mug.
“I doubt a coffee mug – or anything else – will convince Sheriff Arpaio or the other birthers. Some things just might not be humanly possible,” Smoot wrote. “Either way, it shouldn’t stop the rest of us from having a good laugh.”
The email did not respond to any of the challenges to the president to provide his documentation or the evidence uncovered by professional law enforcement officers, who began the review at the request of hundreds of Arpaio’s constituents.
The citizens were concerned a fraudulent document was being used by Obama to qualify for the 2012 election ballot in Arizona. Arpaio promised that the investigation will continue into the alleged crimes of forgery and fraud.

In the past week, gas prices have risen 13 cents at the pump. Since Mr. Obama took office, gas prices have nearly DOUBLED under his watch. You would think that this "do-anything-for-political-votes" President would do anything to lower gas prices---so he can get the vote of the people! But even that does not motivate Mr. Obama.

While CUBA drills for oil within 100 miles of Florida---taking oil we could have had---Barack Obama visited Miami, Florida last Thursday to tout an "all-of-the-above" energy plan. However, once again, his rhetoric does NOT match his record.

Obama has repeatedly blocked efforts to expand America's energy independence. As you are well aware, Americans are feeling a real pain at the pump. And what is Mr. Obama doing about it?

He has vetoed the Keystone XL Pipeline that would have not only brought 20,000 jobs into play, (not to mention the potential of 118,000 spin-off jobs of services!) but would have also brought gas from Canada to Texas. What was he thinking? He wasn't!

Right now, rocketing gas prices are playing havoc with our fragile economy. And to further his green agenda of algae, he is not doing anything to assist the American taxpayer!

Redstate.com reports: "Rescind the recently-enacted royalty rate increase for new onshore Federal oil and gas leases. Secretary Salazar's stated rationale for increasing the government's take by a whopping 50 % -- from 12.5% to 18.75% of gross production - was to equate onshore royalties with the offshore royalty rate. That makes no sense. Higher royalties mean less drilling, poorer economics of production and premature abandonment of wells."

We believe that the energy practice of "Drill, Baby, Drill!" is still alive and well!

Marines 'starting to look ridiculous'

A Marine official’s description of a photograph of two males hugging and kissing at a base in Hawaii as “typical” is making the United States military look ridiculous, charges the head of the Center for Military Readiness, which argues for making the military more of a fighting force and less a social experiment.

The image has gotten widespread attention on the Internet. Posted on a “gay Marine” social networking page, it shows Dalan Wells and Brand Morgan. Their reunion after Morgan returned from assignment is what it is, according to Elaine Donnelly of the Center for Military Readiness.
But she said the Marine Corps description that it is “typical” goes too far.
The statement, which was attributed to a Marine Corps Base Hawaii spokeswoman, was, “It’s your typical homecoming photo.”
“This demonstrates just how fragile the culture of the military is,” Donnelly told WND. “Here she is speaking officially for the Marine Corps. Her statement reflects a cultural reversal.”
Donnelly said the spokeswoman “knows this is not a truthful statement.”

A spokesman in the public affairs office at the Pentagon started stuttering when WND asked if the description of the image as “typical” was correct.
“I don’t know if I’m in a position … I don’t know,” the spokesman said. “I think it would be accurate to say a typical homecoming photo has two who are greeting, one who came back. That would be very typical.”
His response didn’t address the issue at hand.
Donnelly said the new culture, marked by the recent elimination of the 200-plus year old ban on open homosexuality in the military, will rebound on the United States at some point.
“We may find out a hard way,” she said.
She said her criticism is not with the individuals involved but with the policy and atmosphere created by government that allows the behavior.
“I suspect we’ll start seeing gay events on military bases,” she said.
She said when the particular image was made, there were other Marines and their families in the room.
“Not one of those people, Marines or their families, was in a position to state freely what they felt,” she said.

Do You Trust Barack Obama?

Those who are entrusted with leadership positions in our society should never forget the following rule of thumb: people will not follow a leader they do not trust. Consequently, gaining the trust of the American people is essential to any individual who serves as President of the United States.  One of the reasons President Reagan remains so popular with such a broad cross-section of Americans is that people trusted him.  Those on the left rarely agreed with him—but even ardent liberals had to begrudgingly admit that they thought he was honest and had the best interests of America at heart.

Can the same be said for President Obama?  Asked another way, do you trust Barack Obama?  Understandably, conservatives do not trust him but what is more interesting from the perspective of leadership is that many of Obama’s staunchest supporters no longer trust him.  Consider the words of one of his earliest and most vocal supporters, liberal commentator Chris Matthews: “What are we trying to do in this administration? Why does he want a second term? Would he tell us? What’s he going to do with a second term, more of this?” 
The reason that most conservatives and a growing number of liberals distrust President Obama is that he habitually makes promises with no intention of keeping them.  What really rankles is that he does so with such arrogance.  It’s as if he thinks the American people are stupid.  For example, candidate Obama promised his fellow leftists that he would close down Guantanamo as soon as he was elected.  Michael Moore and crowd practically purred with satisfaction at the prospect.  Thankfully, more than three years later Guantanamo is still in business and Michael Moore, Chris Matthews, and a growing list of former worshippers are becoming disenchanted with Barack Obama.
Americans of all stripes are growing ever more distrustful of the president, and with good reason.  He has openly and blatantly lied to the American people about issues of importance to them.  Consider just a few examples of Barack Obama’s broken promises:

• While campaigning in New York in 2008 he promised to “…go through the federal budget line by line eliminating programs that no longer work…” This has not happened.
• While debating Senator McCain in October 2008 he promised to reduce insurance premiums while ensuring choice in selecting physicians.  Is your health insurance premium lower?
• In a campaign speech in 2008 he promised to make government more open and transparent.  Maybe he meant everyone else in government but himself and his administration.
• In a campaign speech in 2008 he promised that as vice-president Joe Biden would play a major role in eliminating the divisive partisanship in Congress.  The Obama administration, with the help of Vice-President Biden, is one of the most partisan, divisive administrations in America’s history. 
• If they do not trust you, they will not follow you.  Let’s hope this leadership maxim proves true in November.  Further, when you listen to Barack Obama, listen carefully.  It’s your future he is lying about

The footage that Andrew Breitbart planned to release just hours after his untimely death would have proven hugely damaging to President Obama’s re-election hopes, because it shows Obama fraternizing with Weather Underground terrorists whose goal it was to set up a Communist dictatorship inside the United States.

According to former FBI agent Larry Grathwohl, who was assigned to infiltrate the Weather Underground’s Central Committee, the organization run by Bill Ayers carried out bombings targeting the Pentagon, the State Department, as well as police stations and federal buildings, in an attempt to cause the United States government to collapse and open the door for Cuban, North Vietnamese, Chinese and Russian troops to occupy the country.

Grathwohl stated that Ayers and his group planned to deal with Americans who would try to resist this takeover by “establishing re-education centers in the south-west”. Asked what he would do with those who still refused to convert to communism, Ayers said that they would have to be “eliminated,” as in 25 million Americans would be killed in concentration camps.

Grathwohl points out that most of the people advocating this brutality had “graduate degrees from Columbia and other well known educational centers,” and relates the shock it was to listen to these people “figure out the logistics for the elimination of 25 million people – and they were dead serious”.
Although Obama’s links with Bill Ayers and other radicals from the era has been well documented for years, after all it was Ayers who helped launch Obama’s political career, for him to be seen on video ‘palling’ around with terrorists who wanted to set up a brutal Communist dictatorship inside the United States would have represented a public relations nightmare going into the election.
In the aftermath of Breitbart’s death, it remains to be seen whether the footage will still be released, or if it is released whether it will carry anything like the same impact it would have generated if Breitbart had still been around to push it.
As we reported earlier, Breitbart himself made a chilling and prophetic statement when referring to the footage during an event in Washington DC three weeks ago when he told Lawrence Sinclair, “Wait til they see what happens March 1st.”

Breitbart had been teasing the release of the footage during speeches throughout last month, notably at CPAC where he told the audience, “I’ve got videos – this election we’re going to vet him,” adding that the video shows Obama meeting “a bunch of silver pony tails,” including Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn.
In another bizarre twist of irony, Breitbart himself actually had dinner with Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn just last month. Breitbart’s friend Tucker Carlson “mischievously” won a bid on an auction to dine with the two radicals and invited Breitbart along. Breitbart called Ayers “a sociopath,” but also remarked that he was a great chef.

Given the fact that his death occurred just hours before the planned release of the Obama footage, the claim that Breitbart could have been the victim of a political assassination has dominated political discussion forums over the past 24 hours.

Investigators now in hunt for forger

Members of the Cold Case Posse in Maricopa County, Ariz., whose report to Sheriff Joe Arpaio yesterday confirmed there is probable cause to believe Barack Obama’s much-ballyhooed birth certificate document is a forgery, have begun briefing members of the county law enforcement team who may be involved in hunting for those responsible.

At a news conference yesterday, Arpaio and the chief investigator for the specially appointed Cold Case Posse, Mike Zullo, confirmed that they had found evidence of forgery in the creation of the birth certificate image and fraud in the presentation of that piece of work as a real government document

They also said they found Obama’s Selective Service registration likely forged, and they said it appeared as though officials in Hawaii were covering up information about Obama. They also said it was not outside the realm of possibility that Obama might have been born overseas.
All of this relates to the Constitution’s demand that a president be only a “natural born citizen,” which is not defined in the Constitution. But many analysts believe at the time the document was written that would have meant the offspring of two citizens of the country.
The posse said it already has identified at least one person of interest in the alleged forgery.
The Cold Case Posse had advised Arpaio that they believe forgers committed two crimes and sources say they now are sharing that information with Arpaio’s investigative team.
They say it appears the White House fraudulently created a forgery that it characterized as an officially produced governmental birth record. And they said White House fraudulently presented to the residents of Maricopa County and to the American public at large a forgery represented as “proof positive” of President Obama’s authentic 1961 Hawaii long-form birth certificate.

Filmmaker Steve Bannon: Breitbart‘s Tapes of Obama’s College Years to Be Released in 7 to 10 Days

“I have videos, this election we’re going to vet him,” new media mogul Andrew Breitbart proclaimed at this year’s CPAC event.
Breitbart was, of course, referring to clips that allegedly show President Barack Obama during his college days — videos that the media leader claimed would show “why racial division and class warfare are central to what hope and change was sold in 2008.”
These tapes, which have inspired conspiracy theories surrounding what led to Breitbart’s death on Thursday of natural causes at the age of 43, are now purportedly going to be released (Glenn Beck has strongly cautioned viewers against jumping to conclusions connecting the tapes to Breitbart’s death).

On Thursday evening, Steve Bannon, a writer and documentary filmmaker (“The Undefeated”), told FOX News‘ Sean Hannity that Breitbart’s company will release the mysterious Obama Harvard tapes within seven to 10 days.
After Hannity brought up the tapes that Breitbart said “would change this election,” Bannon gave more information regarding when the public can expect to see them.
“There‘s a set of tapes and we’re going through it,” Bannon announced. “The staff…the guys are going through a series of tapes of President Obama at Harvard and…we’ll come back to you in a week or two and show them here on the Hannity show.”
“In one week, we’ll have these tapes?,” Hannity asked.
Bannon confirmed that they should be ready for release in a week to 10 days.

The GOP Presidential Nomination Fight Ain't Over. Here’s Why…

Dear Fellow Conservative,

In 2008, many conservatives secretly thought to themselves that while electing Barack Obama would be the worst thing that could happen to the country (and it was), electing John McCain would be the worst thing that could happen to the conservative movement (and it would have been).

Well, as Yogi Berra said, it’s déjà vu all over again.

Clearly, re-electing Barack Obama would be disastrous for our nation. It’d be the end of our country as we know it…and I say that without an ounce of hyperbole.

And electing Mitt Romney would inevitably force Republicans and conservatives to defend the same kinds of government-expanding programs John McCain would have pushed - such as his anti-free speech McCain-Feingold law.

Talk about being between a rock and a hard place. However…

It’s not too late this time.

Indeed, conservatives still have an opportunity to have our cake and eat it, too. We can both defeat Barack Obama next November…AND…do it with a Reagan conservative, not a Massachusetts moderate.

We can nominate Newt Gingrich.

While the elite media is desperately pushing the idea that "Newt can’t win," it's simply not so.

• I'll remind you that that’s the same thing the media said about Newt leading Republicans to a majority in Congress in 1994.
• And I'll remind you that the elite media declared Newt’s campaign "dead" last summer.
• And I'll remind you that the elite media declared Newt’s campaign "dead" after Iowa.
• And I'll remind you that the elite media declared Newt's campaign "dead" after Florida.

But like Rocky Balboa, no matter what they've thrown at Newt; no matter how hard or how low they've hit him…he’s still standing…and he's still fighting.

And again, quoting the immortal Yogi Berra, it ain’t over 'til it's over.

Now here's why it's not over…

While the Romney campaign - aided and abetted by the mainstream media – continue to talk about winning "states" in this year's GOP nomination process, the rules this time around have been radically changed.

In the "old days," if you won a state you won ALL of the states delegates. However, under new rules for this year’s contests, very few states which go to the polls before the end of March – including on Super Tuesday next week - are "winner take all."

Which means candidates coming in second, third and even fourth can rack up delegates.

For example: In the February 4 Nevada caucus – which Mitt Romney "won" – he was awarded 14 delegates. However, Newt picked up 6 delegates, Ron Paul got 5 delegates and Rick Santorum got 3. 

Which makes it increasingly less likely that any candidate left in this race is going to wrap up the nomination anytime soon!

So like "Rocky Balboa," we don’t need to knock Mitt Romney out in the fifth round on Super Tuesday. We only need to still be standing.

We just need to slowly and methodically continue to rack up enough delegates to get us to the 12th round at the Republican National Convention in Tampa this August.

And if we do…all bets are off.

And those in the elite media - who are today saying "it can't be done" - will watch Newt Gingrich do the "impossible" once again.

And two months later…we’ll pull the plug on the Obama presidency!

• We’ll repeal ObamaCare.
• We’ll fire all the czars.
• We’ll stop apologizing to terrorists and dictators.
• We’ll stop spending our grandchildren into bankruptcy.
• We’ll cut the cost of gasoline by drilling here, drilling now.
• We’ll stop suing states for trying to enforce our immigration laws.
• We’ll put America back to work.
• We’ll put small businesses back in business.  

With Newt Gingrich in the White House – along with Republican control of the House and Senate – we will finally realize the promise of 1994’s Contract with America, including a dramatically smaller and dramatically restructured government.

But none of those bold changes for America will happen if Republicans nominate a "pale pastel" Massachusetts moderate to go head-to-head with Obama's "Chicago Machine" in November – the same machine that rolled over, chewed up and spit out John McCain in 2008.

Indeed, before we get a shot at Obama, we need to win the GOP nomination.

• Now is not the time to "go wobbly."
• Now is the time to step up and stop the Republican establishment from forcing another Gerald Ford on us.
• Now is the time to step up and stop the Republican establishment from forcing another Bob Dole on us.
• Now is the time to step up and stop the Republican establishment from forcing another John McCain on us.
• Now is the time to step up and stop the Republican establishment from forcing Mitt Romney on us.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Report...Obama eligibilty Investigation!

"President Barack Obama's long-form birth certificate released by the White House on April 27, 2011, is suspected to be a computer-generated forgery, not a scan of an original 1961 paper document as represented by the White House when the long-form birth certificate was made public," Arizona's Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio said at a press conference today in Phoenix.

This is the major preliminary finding of a six-month ongoing Sheriff's Cold Case Posse law enforcement investigation into the authenticity of Obama's birth certificate and his eligibility to be president.

Having developed probable cause to believe the long-form birth certificate was most likely a computer-generated forgery, investigators began examining other evidence of President Obama's life history.

Investigators additionally have developed credible evidence suggesting:

• President Obama's Selective Service card was most likely a forgery, revealed by an examination of the postal date stamp on the document;
 • Records of Immigration and Naturalization Service cards filled out by airplane passengers arriving on international flights originating outside the United States in the month of August 1961, examined at the National Archives in Washington, D.C., are missing records for the week of President Obama's birth, including the dates Aug. 1, 1961 through Aug. 7, 1961.

Beginning in October 2011, the Sheriff's Cold Case Posse, consisting of former law enforcement officers and lawyers with law enforcement experience, examined dozens of witnesses and hundreds of documents, as well as taking numerous sworn statements from witnesses around the world.

In August 2011, 250 members of the Surprise, Arizona, Tea Party, residents of Maricopa County, presented a signed petition asking Sheriff Arpaio to undertake the investigation.

The Tea Party members petitioned under the premise that if a forged birth certificate was utilized to obtain a position for Barack Obama on the 2012 Arizona presidential ballot, their rights as Maricopa County voters could be compromised.

The Cold Case investigators further determined that the Hawaii Department of Health has engaged in what Sheriff's investigators believe is a systematic effort to hide from public inspection whatever original 1961 birth records the Hawaii Department of Health may have in their possession.

"Officers of the Hawaii Department of Health and various elected Hawaiian public officials may have intentionally obscured 1961 birth records and procedures, to avoid having to release to public inspection and to the examination of court-authorized forensic examiners any original Obama 1961 birth records the Hawaii Department of Health may or may not have," said Mike Zullo, the lead investigator in Sheriff Arpaio's Cold Case Posse.

The Cold Case investigators have not yet determined who, when, or precisely how the long-form computer-generated birth certificate released on April 27 may have been forged, but investigators say the evidence contained in the computer-generated PDF file released by the White House as well as important deficiencies in the Hawaii process of certifying the long-form birth certificate establish probable cause that a forgery has been committed.

The Cold Case Posse investigators advised Sheriff Arpaio that the forgers most likely committed two crimes: first, in fraudulently creating a forgery that the White House characterized, knowingly or unknowingly, as an officially produced governmental birth record; and second, in fraudulently presenting to the residents of Maricopa County and to the American public at large a forgery the White House represented as "proof positive" of President Obama's authentic 1961 Hawaii long-form birth certificate.

"A continuing investigation is needed to identify the identity of the person or persons involved in creating the alleged birth certificate forgery, and to determine who, if anyone, in the White House or the state of Hawaii may have authorized the forgery," Arpaio said.
 Among the evidence released at the press conference were five videos the Cold Case Posse produced to demonstrate why the Obama long-form birth certificate is suspected to be a computer-generated forgery.

The videos consisted of step-by-step computer demonstrations using a control document.

The videos were designed to display the testing used by the investigators to examine various claims made by supporters of the April 27 document.

The videos illustrate point-by-point the investigators' conclusion that the features and anomalies observed on the Obama long-form birth certificate were inconsistent with features produced when a paper document is scanned, even if the scan of the paper document had been enhanced by Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and optimized.

Additionally, the videos demonstrated that the Hawaii Department of Health Registrar's name stamp and the Registrar's date stamp were computer-generated images imported into an electronic document, as opposed to actual rubber stamp imprints inked by hand or machine onto a paper document.

"That we were able to cast reasonable suspicions on the authenticity of the Registrar stamps was especially disturbing, since these stamp imprints are designed to provide government authentication to the document itself," Zullo said, stressing that if the Registrar stamps are forgeries, the document itself is likely a forgery.

The investigators also chronicled a series of inconsistent and misleading representations that various Hawaii government officials have made over the past five years regarding what, if any, original birth records are held by the Hawaii Department of Health.

"As I said at the beginning of the investigation," Arpaio said, "the president can put all this to rest quite easily. All he has to do is demand the Hawaii Department of Health release to the American public and to a panel of certified court-authorized forensic examiners all original 1961 paper, microfilm, and computer birth records the Hawaii Department of Health has in its possession."

Arpaio further stressed the Hawaii Department of Health needs to provide, as part of the full disclosure, evidence regarding the chain of custody of all Obama birth records, including paper, microfilm, and electronic records, in order to eliminate the possibility that a forger or forgers may have tampered with the birth records.

Arpaio went on to say the President should also authorize Kapiolani Hospital, the birth hospital listed on the Obama long-form birth certificate, to release any and all hospital patient records for Stanley Ann Dunham Obama, his mother, and for the newly born Barack Obama, in order to provide additional corroboration for the original 1961 birth records held in the Hawaii Department of Health vault.
 "Absent the authentic Hawaii Department of Health 1961 birth records for Barack Obama, there is no other credible proof supporting the idea or belief that President Barack Obama was born in Hawaii, as he and the White House have consistently asserted," Zullo said.

"In fact, absent the authentication of Hawaii Department of Health 1961 birth records for Barack Obama, there is no other proof he was born anywhere within the United States."

Arpaio concluded the press conference by suggesting a congressional investigation might be warranted and asked that any other law enforcement agency with information referencing this investigation be forwarded to his office.
