Sarah Palin: Will she or won’t she..You decide
So, who of you are extremely excited about the candidates for
POTUS? I have a couple I do like and wish that they could get their act
together and start climbing in the polls. But, with what we have in the
top, not many are looking at the others.
I speak of Gingrich, Romney and Paul. The media is so honed in on them we don’t really get a sense of the others: Bachmann, Perry and Santorum.
I guess Mrs. Palin feels the same way as many of us.

argument before the two courts is plain. "Natural Born Citizen" was
not defined in the U. S. Constitution. It was later defined as children
born of two U.S. citizens' regardless of the location of the birth. The
U. S. Supreme Court found: The Constitution does not, in words, say who
shall be natural-born citizens. At common-law, with the nomenclature of
which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never
doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its
citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. Resolution
of that question was ultimately left to the decision of the United
States Supreme Court and during 1875, that determination was made in a
ruling and the decision was handed down: Minor v, Happersett, Both
parents must be U. S. Citizens.

ICE agency report puts serious dent in Eric Holder’s DOJ case against sheriff Joe Arpaio
Back in March of 2009 the DOJ informed sheriff Arpaio that a probe
was underway to investigate what the DOJ claimed were “alleged patterns
or practices of discriminatory police practices and unconstitutional
searches and seizures.” This is where things get sticky for Eric Holder
and the Obama Administration.
Six months prior to this investigation the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency (ICE) had already conducted its own investigation of sheriff Arpaio’s office and not only gave it a clean bill of health, they actually gave a raving review. The report said things like “The OI and DRO supervisors consider the conduct and performance of the MCSO … officers to be professional and meeting the requirement of the MOA.” And that they considered the working relationship between the feds and the sheriff’s office to be “excellent” and that cases brought by the sheriff’s office to be “high quality.”

Sheriff Joe to Obama: I'll keep doing my job ...!
Sheriff Joe Arpaio told WND today he intends to fight Justice
Department allegations that his office violated federal civil rights
laws in enforcing immigration laws in Maricopa County, Arizona.
He further affirmed that his office will proceed with the Cold Case Posse investigation into the authenticity of Barack Obama's birth certificate and his eligibility to be president, which is scheduled to release preliminary findings in February.
In the Obama eligibility investigation, Arpaio's investigative team has amassed hundreds of pages of documentation and taken testimony from dozens of experts in preparation for a final phase of field investigation.
"President Obama has just put a welcome sign on the U.S. border with Mexico," Arpaio told WND in response to the Justice Department complaint.

According to sources who watch the inner workings of the federal government, a smackdown of Barack Obama by the U.S. Supreme Court may be inevitable. Ever since Obama assumed the office of President, critics have hammered him on a number of Constitutional issues.
Critics have complained that much, if not all of Obama’s major initiatives run headlong into Constitutional roadblocks on the power of the federal government.
Obama certainly did not help himself in the eyes of the Court when he used the venue of the State of the Union address early in the year to publicly flog the Court over its ruling that the First Amendment grants the right to various organizations to run political ads during the time of an election.

Michelle Obama Secret Affair Allegations Surface

just released a bombshell and is reporting that Michelle Obama is
having a "steamy secret affair" with a Secret Service Agent. According
to The Globe, rumors started to circulate that Obama may be having an
affair after her recent admission to NBC's Al Roker that she frequently
"sneaks out" of the White House; and the ever increasing time she is
spending away from the White House may be a cover to hide "a sizzling
affair she's carrying on with a Secret Service agent."
According to The Globe's anonymous source: "The rumors are that she's getting it on with a Secret Service agent who is not part of her detail. ... Chinese Admiral Threatens World War to Protect Iran

Feds sued for hiding details of Haditha attack:

The legal team that defended a Marine officer accused of crimes after members of his battalion were ambushed in Haditha, Iraq, and caught in a firefight for their lives now is suing the federal government for allegedly hiding information about the attack for political reasons.
The lawsuit has been filed by the Thomas More Law Center, a national public interest law firm based in Ann Arbor, Mich.
The lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Washington names the U.S. Department of State as a defendant for "failing to provide records in its possession concerning an insurgent attack against U.S. Marines in Haditha, Iraq, on Nov. 19, 2005."
The attack resulted in the deaths of Iraqi civilians who were put into the line of fire by insurgents who were trying to ambush U.S. Marines. The military reviewed the circumstances before commending the Marines.
However, after politicians, mostly notably the late U.S. Rep. John Murtha, D-Pa., got involved, the military filed charges against eight of the Marines. Among them was Lt. Col. Jeffrey Chessani, who was defended by the Thomas More Law Center.

She appealed to secular conservatives due to positions espousing smaller government and low taxes. Evangelical Christians loved her unashamed positions on issues of faith.
But somewhere along the way, "buyer's remorse" set in. Some evangelicals questioned the biblical teachings on women submitting to their husbands, wondering if they might be sinning by supporting and voting for a woman president.
So, the question is: Is there a biblical precedent for a woman president?

Obama "Recovery": unemployment rate "falls" -- because work force shrinks
Before President Obama and
Washington rejoice over the newly announced decrease in the unemployment
rate they need to face a harsh reality: America is still not gaining
jobs.
In fact, the main reason unemployment “fell” is because the workforce has shrunk.
The Bureau of labor statistics reported this morning that the unemployment rate fell by 0.4% to 8.6%—what the Obama Administration would call a success. However, one key fact was left out of this report: the work force has decreased immensely since President Obama has taken office.
Those who have given up looking for jobs are not included in unemployment statistics.
“We lost the equivalent of the entire city of Pittsburgh, PA in the labor force last month alone. This is unacceptable,” Reince Preibus, Chairman of the Republican National Committee, announced via twitter.
